Property poorly maintained and not particularly clean. - Location Not very clean, poorly maintained, dishwasher broken, a few dining chairs broken , garage unusable due to broken furniture and other items, dangerous stools in kitchen. Also whole house smelt like cigarettes. Generally not clean enough for this type of property especially with Covid.
