Mccready (7/5): The location and the lake view was superb. Would consider rebooking if lawn was better maintained - The location was great. The lounge was super comfy and the living space was a good size for us all The lawns could have been mowed and maintained, especially being classed as “pet friendly”. Put recent pics on the advert (different furniture). Also didn’t realise it was 2 storeys until I had booked (may have been on the advert, but I didn’t look properly). The beds definitely need better mattresses, 2 adults ended up sleeping on the lounge due to the poor quality beds!

Kerryn (5/5): Passable - Location was good No aircon in bedroom, fans wouldn’t work, property needs a heap of maintenance, we couldn’t get the internet working for a day and half so we had no tv because it’s run off internet, washing machine is extremely noisy, other than that it’s a ok place to stay
Christine (3/5): Like Fawlty Towers. - Good location and pleasant outlook across river. Beds comfortable,. House relatively clean. No wifi which also meant no TV. Fans didn't work. Fly screens off windows, in area with high likelihood of insects, so couldn't get cross breeze. Sliding door downstairs hard to open and no lock on downstairs screen door. Yard unkemp and overgrown at back. No weekend access to sort issues out. No clear directions as to how to collect keys. Glasswear inadequate. Several of stove burners didn't work and no instructions on how to use stove.
Kalesita (7/5): Good - Place had amazing space for everyone great location lake and beach just a walk away. Balcony nice and big, rooms were big enough kitchen space great. Had a issue with the wifi but the staff were able to fix that for us, staff had great customer service. Some graffitti on mainbedroom wall and mirror. The rooms on bottom level 2 of the windows did not lock and one was sealed closed so couldn't open and beds squeaked so much. Kitchen needs to be stocked with more utensils, oven proof trays (no bakeware at all) and stuff to use to cook. 2 of the elements was not working we bought our own gas burner and bbq so didn't really matter for us but if we didn't I would of been trying to cook with 1 big element and a small element. Also they're is no playset on the property so need to take that photo down.
Tas (10/5): Great sized family home near the lake, beach and town! - Great location! Only 100m to the beach. And 10 mins walk to town. The lake was just across the road as well. Massive house. Seemed newly renovated. Great for a big family. Excellent yard for a dog.
Brock (7/5): Good - The house itself is very large and spacious with a good layout. The property is in a good location, about 5 mins drive to the town centre. The yard was not well maintained, and the cleanliness of the house was not great either. The kitchen could do with some additional pots and pans, as well as basics such as salt and sugar. The property is not as advertised, specifically the play equipment in the yard does not exist and was a major reason why we chose this house. This was quite disappointing. It also had the feel that it had not been rented out in some time.
