  The 'L' shaped living area features large windows letting in plenty of light. There is a split system air-conditioning system and a large digital TV with a range of movies, including free fast speed WIFI internet. There is also a selection of board games and a lovey day bed where you can relax and read a book or have a lazy afternoon nap. The master bedroom and the 2nd bedroom both have queen-sized beds, while the 3rd bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and fans for warmer nights. The renovated, modern kitchen has a refrigerator, freezer, stove top, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils. The main bathroom (Constructed in June 2022) has a double shower and toilet, and there is a second bathroom (Constructed in June 2022) combined with the laundry with a solo shower adjacent to this room. The dining area has a 6-seater dining table off the kitchen and a 32-inch TV. The laundry has a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing facilities, vacuum cleaner, mops, brushes and detergents, while the covered outdoor area has BBQ facilities. There is a cold water outdoor shower available. Parking for a boat and 3 cars is available. Please note that doonas, pillows and blankets are provided. Additional linen is available for an extra charge of $30 per bed or you can bring your own. Please note that the maximum occupancy is 9 (including maximum of 6 adults only).
