- Laura (5/5): Nice location. Listing contained a serious error, refund still sought. - Location The booking.com listing was incorrect and highly misleading. It stated four bunks in a bedroom when all there was in reality was a single bunk and a mattress. As a disability group, this was highly disruptive, and a client had to sleep on the couch for the weekend. Rather than admit liability, the owner insisted I should have read the intro email carefully which stated the bed configuration (which was after I had paid the full amount) ~ The integrity of the booking.com listing should not be in doubt, and the owner should take more time to check their own listing, the guest should not have to double check. Booking.com, to their credit, gave a small refund of about 10% - however I still wait for the owner to admit their mistake and offer a *full* refund as this totally ruined our weekend.

spa was great and out door area great for our dog. No internal stairs between gamesroom / bedroom and main area of house.

- Ramel (8/5): it was really good house we didn't even end up leaving we had enough fun there. - the property was really clean and everything was functional. it was good that we weren't bothered by the staff or felt like it was our own home. nothing to comment just maybe better ping pong balls and billiards is not accurate.
