• Heidi (9/5): Great place to stay and would suit a variety of needs. - Plenty of room. The house is presented well. It’s a bit close to the train tracks but it’s ok once you’re used to it

• Tarsha (8/5): Very good - The trains were very noisy. We weren't told about them, so when it came past in the middle of the night the whole house lit up with lights and the first train was incredibly loud.
• Katharine (7/5): Great spot near beach and excellent amenities. Will stay here again - Kitchen is amazing! As was the water pressure , and added bonus of hot outdoor shower. comfy beds, nice family area to watch tv. Sunny back yard, lots of games, google music too. The fence needs fixing. We had to put some things up against broken panels so our dog couldn’t escape. Lots of sand and ants just near entry so made it hard to stop sand from coming inside.

• Fabian (9/5): Second time we have stayed here and had a great stay each time. - Clean and Spacious. Perfect for 4 couples. Well stocked Kitchen with everything you need. Great outdoor area Bit of train noise late at night, but no too bad.

As mentioned, please address issues abov - Key collecting: description of 'to the right of the gate... we drove through the 'gate' and then hunted in front yard and could not find. the double glass doors appeared to be an entrance to the house.... when the real estate agent was contacted she explained that these double glass doors were the 'gate'. May I suggest changing this on the instructions? A fan in bedroom number 3. Fixing the stuck windows in bedroom 1 and bedroom 2. Please provided standard coffee cups? The 'buckets' that were in the cup drawer were very unpleasant to drink from and the tea cooled down way too quickly with the huge circumference of the cups! Outdoor furniture was uncomfortable. Some cushions please? Some reclining outdoor chairs. The heated toilet seat?? Ummm, no! No thanks.
• Smith (3/5): Family Holiday - The noise complaint and complaint about lights on ,My son left 2 days early with my autistic grandson as he felt uncomfortable about relaxing and staying there , great family holiday home but I wouldn't stay again as our stay was ruined by complaint from neighbours ,we had planned our family holiday for a couple of months and very disappointed and feel I wasted my money ,
• Tracey (8/5): We enjoyed our stay at Emily house. It accommodation - The property was short walk to beach and bowling club etc. It was clean and comfortable and the shower pressure was awesome The train line is across the road and the windows in the front 2 bedrooms rattle as the larger trains go past.
