Guest Reviews
- Chris (8/5): Good accommodation with great air conditioning and pool - Location and plenty of room Car space to small
Bins overflowing and smelly
- Meg (9/5): - Unit was very clean and well equipped. Location was fantastic and quiet for busy holiday season. No air-conditioning upstairs-only ceiling fans. This would have been fine exept the weather was quite warm and humid. It was a very tight angle to park the car in the garage due to the location of the pool.
- Katherine (9/5): Good - Close to the beach, pubs and the mall 2 Little things: internet connection was bad, no WiFi & the water system noise from the toilets were very loud everytime we flush it. Then, all good!
- Julie (7/5): Great location, quiet and comfy. Having WIFI available would have made the stay better . - Great location, kitchen well equipped, pool was clean, private courtyard & washing line. Comfy beds and bathrooms clean. Clothes dryer didn't work, no wifi, ceiling fan did not work in the room with the double bed and the ceiling fan in the room with single beds would only work on high. Both of these rooms get the morning sun and get very hot.
The fan in the ensuite made a noise when it was windy causing it to move by itself, ceiling fan in main bedroom was noisy, TV was not tuned properly with channels, garage very tight to fit car in plus no remote for garage door. Clothing under bed from.previos occupants and nail clippings in bathroom.
- Luciana (4/5): Place and location very good accept management of the place should have clearer instructions and lo - Location very good The management of the property. We had problems with garage. No instructions we had a key that didnt work and was no instructions or sign that it was electronic and had to push a button. Used phone number supplied and we were directed to international call and person at other end didnt understand waited on phone over 20 minutes before someone answered.this happened a few times until we spoke to manager and they said that they would get in touch with local person. Finally we were contacted by local person who was looking after the place and it was sorted out. Also dryer didnt dry clothes and face washer was dirty.

- Elise (4/5): Overall our stay was pleasant. The kids loved the pool! - It was a lovely property in a great location, lovely neighbours. The kitchen wear was not clean so we had to wash up before using anything, the main bed in the bedroom was not comfortable I think the slats were broken under the bed and on our second day we had to call out the handyman to replace batteries in numerous remote controls.
- Alyce (10/5): Exceptional -
- Helen (10/5): Exceptional - It has everything you would want I wasn't keen on the master bed spent 2 nights holding onto the side of the bed so not to roll into the middle
- Harper (7/5): Good - Good location, roomy apartment, comfortable beds Very tired - needs some updating, carpets, curtains, courtyard. For the nightly rate ($500) we would have expected a lot better quality
- Michelle (4/5): Little dissapointed, property needs some upgrading - Location Broken toilet in ensuite, some lights not working, mould in fan in downstairs toilet, leak through roof in kitchen from shower upstairs needed to be repaired so left with hole in kitchen ceiling
- Clydsdale (10/5): Quiet area, lovely complex and great accommodation. - The location was great. Beach across the road, with the Bowling club about 300 metres up the road, they also did a great breakfast at the club. Everything was clean, it was the first time that I didn’t need to go and get extra items as it was fully stocked. There was nothing that I didn’t like. The garage was a bit small, it would suit a small car not a Ute or suv. But there was quiet street parking just outside the complex.
- Linda (8/5): Very good - Location was great and really quiet area. Spacious bedrooms. Showers needed better cleaning, a bit of mould. Kitchen stove top had a piece of metal sticking out that needed to be fixed.
Other than that we had a lovely stay.
- Dallas (7/5): Amazing Location! - Amazing location right across from beach. Really spacious home. Kitchen was stocked well with heaps of utensils and appliances. The bbq area was great and clean and had back access to the beach which was fantastic. Had a problem with the en-suite toilet on the Friday night and that was sorted quickly the next day which I thought was brilliant!
Younger kids enjoyed the pool and used it everyday! They also loved the body boards and the board games provided.
Five minuet drive to park beach plaza or the jetty! I wasn’t able to park my car in the garage as it’s very small and with the position of the pool it makes it’s hard to enter. I was lucky enough to get parking in the visitor spots however these are limited.
There was also no WiFi which I found very odd in this day and age and also very limited phone coverage if you are not with Telstra or Optus so this made the teenagers super cranky.
The bed in the main room was so uncomfortable and I can usually sleep anywhere. I ended up preferring to sleep on a mattress on the floor instead. Everyone else said there beds were fine!
The dishwasher doesn’t open to its full extent and it makes it hard to pack and unstack.
I think with a bit of tlc this property could be amazing!!
- Bernadette (5/5): Ok only. - Good location The fan in the ensuite bathroom and the oven were noisy. There’s signage saying to clean up after the visit yet no dish brush or cleaning cloth or extra rubbish bags was provided.
- Sue (7/5): Enjoyed the area walked over to the beach and the Bowling club - The size was very good bedrooms upstair good size and comfortable all downstair rooms Great position The garage was on a angle that made it very difficult to swing a car into it (me car is a LDV which is a large car) Unfortunately there were no light in the stairs so we have to leave a light on the dinning area
- Olivia (8/5): Great location opposite beach. - Location, apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious. Nice facilities.
- Lisa (10/5): Fantaatic location -
- Chee (6/5): Good location but dated home. - The things that I like about this holiday home is that it is close to Park Beach. Apart from that it is average in that the property is quite dated such as the main door lock takes sometime to open, the security door is quite tricky to lock, the oven in the property is making noises when in operation and the soup compartment of the dish washer was broken. The garage is too small for my MVP, hence I have to park my car in one of the parking lot in the estate or off street. The metal sheet installed at the entrance of the estate for cars to go over needs to be changed or extended as my car got scratched everytime my car went in and out.
- Anonymous (8/5): will definitely stay there again - the property was a great size and in a great location no wi-fi
- Renae (7/5): Good -
- Patel (6/5): Pleasant -
- Shane (10/5): Great beach unit! - Very central to bars, clubs, shopping centre and beaches. The unit is in very quiet compound. Unit came with fully equipped kitchen, laundry and bathroom. Wi-fi wasn’t available, although this did not ruin our stay at this property.
