• Jedidah (10/5): A really lovely place where we had a very relaxing holiday. - Lots of space, loved the pool. The location was awesome. Everyone we spoke to regarding checking in and out were very helpful and friendly.

• Suyin (9/5): Wonderful, comfortable home - Lots of amenities supplied. Great kitchen with lots of supplies and everything you could need Lots of stairs, which was only a problem as we had someone in our group with an injury. Could have more garbage bags supplied.

• Taliah (4/5): - Good location and facilities Horrible communication from staff Check in was complicated and stressful for people who were on a time crunch There was no one to speak to let us get into the property earlier even though there was no one using it earlier. Once check in time passed, we didn’t receive any details to get into the property. I had to call multiple times to get into contact with the property manager who gave us the incorrect password twice. Very stressful again for us as we had somewhere to be.
• Erik (9/5): Living the dream in Coffs Harbour - Fantastisch huis met uitzicht op de oceaan, mooi zwembad en BBQ faciliteiten. Super de luxe afwerking en goede airco. Op loopafstand van restaurants en de boulevard. Ligt langs een weg waar soms heel luidruchtig wordt gereden met motoren en op de aanvliegroute van het vliegveld. Nog een wat onverwachte claim dat er iets moest worden vervangen op onze kosten.

• Kim (8/5): Very good - house was in a good spot not far from main st House could of been a bit cleaner and also the down stairs bedroom had no air conditioner only a fan and when we used the fan it was very dirty alot of dust came out so we couldnt use it . The downstairs room definetly needs an air con Also the water pressure at the house was terrible especially if both showers were getting used we couldn't fill up the spa as it took a long time . other than that it was a lovely house and we all enjoyed our stay
• Michael (10/5): Attractive , well equiped and clean modern Family Home with all facilities in a great location - This a great property that easily accommodate our extended family. Beautifully styled and decorated we enjoyed a pleasant week, with the special attraction being the pool and outside entertainment area. The modern kitchen enabled a number of dinners to be “in-house” while the local shopping centre provided suitable alternatives when we felt like dinning out. All good.

• Jenn (7/5): Great house but the stay was let down by a lack of preparation and care. - The house is excellent. The house is cleaned well. The views are great. The pool and surrounds were filthy and the television in the main lounge had problems that couldn’t be solved. TV in upstairs sitting room didn’t work at all.
• Cheryl (5/5): Was enjoyable but could have been better - This is a beautiful home and the location was perfect for us .The home was advertised as: "The holiday home features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms" . We selected the house for this reason as there were 3 couples staying in the house. There are only two bathrooms in this house as it appears that with the bottom bathroom the shower has been taken out and laundry appliances inserted. .There was also a hot tub advertised, could not find a hot tub but there was a spa bath...needs to be advertised as such .Had a problem with the lounge room TV. This problem was reported midweek and as discussed with someone on late Thursday afternoon he advised that as we were leaving on Saturday it was not worth him coming out. The problems were as follows: 1. Lounge room TV no free to air channels tuned in and unable to be tuned in due to no aerial signal 2. Steaming channels via the internet kept freezing every half hour 3. One remote control for both upstairs and lounge room TV - on/off button not working, had to turn on/off by using buttons on back of TV . AirConditioner needs cleaning . This is really a personnel thing but the mattress in the upstairs bedroom need replacing, it is fair too soft and resulted in sore backs
