Nette und hilfsbereite Nachbarn. Viel Infomaterial liegt schon bereit. Mit der Gästekarte kostenlose Nutzung des Nahverkehrs zwischen Kufstein und Rosenheim, zahlreiche weitere Vergünstigungen. Für geräuschempfindliche Menschen muss auf die direkt am Haus vorbei führende Hauptstraße hingewiesen werden, die durchgehend stark befahren ist. Das Hauptschlafzimmer und der Wohnbereich liegen jedoch auf der abgewandten Seite.
