• Jacynta (10/5): - Lovely little modern home. Only a 6 minute walk to the main area of Victor Harbor with shops, restaurants, and the beach. Essentially across the road from a shopping centre. Despite that it's quiet without lots of traffic going down the street. Everything was well kept, clean and modern. There were some lovely extra touches like flowers on the dining table, art on the walls and a packet of Tim Tams. The only downside is poor shower pressure which I suspect is more a location issue than anything particularly changeable.

• Karen (10/5): A Home Away from Home - Comfortable, spacious and stylish with all the amenities you may need. Very clean and instructions where necessary. Comfortable beds and quality linen. Nicely presented throughout. Walking distance to shops and centre of town yet in a quiet side street with off street parking. Would recommend this property to other travellers. Nothing.

• Kathleen (1/5): Disgusting, wouldn't let my dog sleep on the mattress. - NOTHING There was a DISGUSTING large brown stain on the mattress (I almost vomited at the site of it). Cobwebs everywhere outside and inside, holes in the bathroom wall, paint was peeling off the toilet walls, towel was frayed, towel rail was nearly falling off.

• William (8/5): Good place to stay and well priced. - The house was reasonably well equipped for making your own meals (as we like doing that). The location was excellent and a short stroll from shops and restaurants. Would have liked access to the garage to store our car but this was not available. Air conditioning was a bit "light on" and would have worried us if it was a lot colder that during the period of our stay.

The amenity and facilities … cafes, restaurants, hotels and shops all very close. It is a beautiful location with natural areas to explore on foot. Nothing. Met all expectations and more.

The photos did it justice, no wide lens shots, to mislead. It was very quiet. There was some complimentary biscuits, milk, tea and coffee. You are a 10 minute walk from the main restaurant strip, you are only 2-3 minute walk from the shopping centre.

• R (10/5): Definitely recommend this place and happy to stay here again - Great location - shopping centre just down the road, the beach and Granite Island causeway a short walk away. Spacious, clean, well equipped unit. Separate toilet. A litre of fresh milk in the fridge, fresh flowers and nice a packet of Tim Tams were nice extra touches. Quiet neighbourhood. The shower floor tiles just a wee bit slippery when wet, especially if you're washing your hair and there's shampoo suds. Maybe a non-slip mat?

Coffee machine and having fresh milk a bonus. Lounge seat comfortable. Excellent to have basic kitchen items in pantry. Walking distance to some op shops a bonus. Other double bed mattress a little soft could do with a upgrade. Having no scissors in cupboard drawer. No torch if the power goes out. No spare batteries for TV remote. Hot water for shower could of been a little warmer.

Comfy bed, a full kitchen, a comfy couch equipped with fluffy blankets, fresh flowers in a vase on the table, a packet of Tim Tams, and a shopping centre within walking distance. Hosts communicated clearly and happy to answer any questions that came up.

Location was excellent, close to shopping centre, food and also quiet. I'm Hot water could have been hotter; lack of instructions for microwave, appeared complicated without instructions. Light for shaving in bathroom poor, had to shave in the toilet.

A drying rack for small dishwashing jobs and spare garbage bags to line the bin on departure are all I can think of.
