• Brittany (5/5): - The property was in a good location $400 for one night is pretty expensive when the kitchen had ants all over the benches and on the kitchen draws so we ended up not being able to use the kitchen to cook, the washing machine also smelt and had mould in the silicon so we couldn’t use that either. Pretty disappointing when we paid lots of money to be able to use these facilities but was unable too

• Kathleen (10/5): - The house was equipped with pretty much everything you need a coffee machine, an air fryer and even a rice cooker. It was clean and smelled great upon entry. The place was very cozy just like how a normal home feels like. They provided us with all the basic neccessities and there was plenty of space to just relax after a tiring day out.

• Thi (8/5): Quiet Family Time - Dinu was accommodating and allowed us to arrive an hour earlier than check in and did warn us prior about the steep driveway so we knew what to expect. It is a lovely brand new construction, probably 2 years old, at most. Lovely peaceful court area that had overlooking views of nice bushy backyard and no direct neighbours on the back. Could peer over and see some water from the balcony but just a bit. The place is incredibly clean, as in no dirt or cobwebs on the outside balcony crevices (that's amazing!) and has all the necessities of a nice family getaway. It is a decent walk away from all the shops, but it literally is a min drive in the car. Personally, my family and I loved it and will use it again. The steep driveway, but Dinu warned us prior. Bit of a walk from main attractions, but we were ok as we like it being quiet. The house heats up during the day as it must get a lot of sun and only real two downfalls are that there aren't any air-conditioning in any of the upstairs bedrooms but it was cold for us and the fact that the master room was locked away. Both didn't bother us, and we are nit picking now.

Some kitchen utensils were not clean. And some basic cooking ingredients such as salt, pepper, oil were not provided. Fridge was a bit small.

• Colin (10/5): Loved the place - quiet, clean, spacious and a nice walk to the esplanade. Loved the time spent - Location was perfect- just a short walk. Having separate bathrooms makes a big difference for privacy and time. Loved the Big screen TV Quiet end of a court was a bonus. Friendly Host The 2 in 1 washer/dryer - the washing always works in the machines but the dryers never works and takes hours and hours. A traditional stand alone dryer is way better and can have clothes dry in half an hour!

Was a little surprise there is no lock for the room and toilet which make us a little inconvenient. Other than that, it will be the steep slope for parking which is uncontrollable I guess.

• Anna (7/5): Overall - a nice stay. - My son liked the bed - it was very comfortable for him. Front door - front code lock - is mechanical. we could not open the front door, used garage door instead. Cleaners came before check out time. But on the other hand - they helped to open a front door.

Dinu, the host, was incredibly nice and responded to messages very quickly, making our stay smooth and stress-free. The property itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The location was convenient, allowing us to easily explore the area and enjoy our time in the city. A special mention goes to the housekeeper, who was also very kind and attentive. We accidentally left an iPad under the pillow, and she promptly contacted Dinu, who then reached out to us immediately to arrange its return. This level of care and honesty truly stood out and made our experience even more positive. We highly recommend New in Town to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. The combination of a great location, excellent facilities, and outstanding hospitality makes it a top choice. We would definitely stay here again! nothing.

Comfortable for short stays. Towel was not enough for 8 people. It was only 6 towel . Sofa bed was not comfortable for sleeping. In general property was fit for 7 people.

• Linda (9/5): Wish we could stay longer! - Gorgeous house with everything a guest could want. Adequate kitchen crockery and utensils and sleeping and bathroom areas. Clean and beautifully designed and decorated. Small maintenance issue was that the shower heads in the both bathrooms were unable to remain in the fixed position without holding on to them.

Bedroom downstairs handy for persons with mobility issues. Good kitchen facilities and appliances. Very steep downwards driveway which was just ok for suv however may be issues for longer wheelbase cars. Several doors very squeaky which disturbed others overnight - needs a bit of lubrication, easy fix. Showerheads need repair and bed downstairs not very supportive. Ants noted on kitchen bench before and during our stay.

The house is quiet, clean and functional and walking distance from the main street. As it was a short stay we hardly used the facilities but the kitchen is well organised. There was a spare fridge in the garage for larger groups. Nothing in particular, but the garden needs a bit of care, and the kitchen supplies were only tea/sugar/instant coffee. Not memorable.
