• Luis (6/5): No volvería arrendar ni a recomendar - buena ubicación y cómoda El anfitrión tiene poca empatía con sus huéspedes, no supo responder bien ante dos solicitudes: - Solicitud de reembolso por el día mi., No utilizado, debido a contingencia con el vehículo que usé para traslados entre Natales y Punta Arenas. - Solicitud de dejar la casa más tarde de lo programado, debido a horario del vuelo de vuelta, aun pagando una diferencia. En ambos casos no hubo buena respuesta de parte del anfitrión.

Els llençols han de ser clars, no negres, ni foscos, les tovalloles fan mala olor, falten tisores a la cuina per obrir paquets o tallar tetra-briks.

Lo ÚNICO que no me gustó fue la ducha del baño principal. Es una bañera que tiene demasiado alto el acceso. Mi madre mayor no puedo bañarse. A mi se me complico bastante igual. Es muy peligroso. Sería una buena sugerencia que le coloquen un banco o escalera para acceder o si es posible que la modifiquen.
• Maria de las Mercedes (8/5): Dias frios en Punta Arenas con calidez y amabilidad en nuestro alojamiento - Departamento super cómodo, habitaciones espaciosas y luminosas. Muy buena ubiación para llegar al centro a pie. Muy bien equipado y con productos suficientes para la limpieza.
• Siddharth (9/5): Short haul in Punta Arenas - Modern, simple and perfect size for 4 people. Heating was fantastic for the climate. Location is ideal as well. Cleaning can be more thorough in the bathroom and kitchen.

• Marko (9/5): The property was well-located and comfortable, but the heating system was unreliable - Very nice property, in close proximity to all major landmarks in Punta Arenas - a 15-minute walk or a few minutes' ride with Uber/Taxi. Clean and comfortable rooms. The heating thermostat would reset to 19 degrees after a while, and the heating would stop.
• Wise (9/5): Excellent value and warm, friendly host. Met us at the property even though we did not arrive until around midnight. - Very clean and equipped with everything we needed. Very comfortable beds. Loved having a washing machine and 3 bedrooms and 2 toilets. We had a little trouble figuring out how to get the hot water working but all was fine.

• Dave (7/5): Good sized home for a family in a - Nice-sized house for a family, with a complete kitchen, washer, two bathrooms, three bedrooms (two small, one medium-sized), a living room and a dining room. It’s in a Good location, about a 10-minute walk to the main square and inside the area in which tour companies can pick you up. It’s about 25 minutes away from the airport by taxi (approx. 20.000 pesos as of Dec 2022). Quite a lot of coordination is required prior to check-in. Recommend making contact with the owners via WhatsApp or via the booking.com chat as soon as you book, and have a clear agreement on the method of payment. The owners require cash (they may accept electronic transfers) and my lesson learned is that I should have brought the exact payment amount shown in Booking.com in US dollars. I’ll explain: when I initially chatted with the owners, they mentioned that I could pay in dollars or Chilean pesos. I felt a sense of flexibility but in hindsight I should have been clear with the owners on the payment and the currency. When I arrived in Punta Arenas, I took out the money at an ATM to cover the charge in Chilean pesos. Obviously the pesos I got at that point were based on the conversion that day, which was lower than the day I made the booking. When I met the owners at the location, that wanted the payment amount based on the conversion on the day I made the reservation about two months ago, which was the equivalent of about 28 dollars higher. Essentially the change in the conversion rate over the last two months bit us. I realize conversion rates are flexible and had it gone the other way over the last two months I would have benefitted…but to avoid uncertainty, and the awkwardness of trying to figure out the payment in cash, on the spot, in front of the owners, it would have been a lot easier Had I brought the amount in dollars that match the amount shown on the Booking.com reservation.
