Alves de Souza (8/5): - A casa é boa e bem localizada. Cortinas e utensílios domésticos sujos ou mal conservados. Falta de toalha de chão no banheiro, pois o chão fica molhado. Resolver a infiltração de água na parede da sala e uma pintura deixariam a xasa mais agradável.
