Ubers were plentiful and easy to get The owners live upstairs and you can hear them walking around early in the morning. A box of tissues would make the stay complete

Being able to walk to the beach and into town was lovely to have a break from driving. It was easy coming and going, also very quiet. Nothing to fault, the owners have done a wonderful job. The property has everything you need for a short or long stay.

Allowing our little dog to stay too was so awesome, very grateful for that. No instructions for how to use the induction stove! No salt and pepper available. Also it wasn’t clear when booking that the owners would be upstairs!

Even though you had the whole level to yourself, I think it should have said that the owners lived upstairs and you don’t actually have the whole house to yourselves (it is blocked off though),it was a bit deceiving as the picture showed a whole house. It was a lovely space but I would not have stayed there had I known this before. On Booking.com it does state whole house.

Have to reverse car all the way past 5 other units to get out as you can't turn around near unit. Had to contact hosts on day or arrival for check in/access info. Would have thought this would be sent in advance, especially as payment had been processed

Will definitely stay again! Loved everything but if I had to pick something it wiyod have to be the listing on booking.com could have been a little clearer. For example it says on the that bedding and sheets is an extra cost which they arn't.
• Boyle (6/5): Exceptional place, but we weren't told it wasn't private. - Very clean, lovely house with great facilities, comfy beds, couch, good kitchen. We had no idea there would be people living upstairs, which made us feel quite uncomfortable and paranoid. Especially given there were no locks/bolts for securing from the inside we lost a few hours sleep to worrying. Also, although the insulation was good we could still hear the owners on the other side of the hosue occasionally which meant they'd be able to hear us... I can't help but think we've also booked a supposedly private house for our wedding night and it had better not be a split house arrangement like this...

• Jack's (9/5): Super clean and comfortable place to stay - Modern clean place, comfort beds, and kitchen facilities. Centre to many attractions, all within half hours drive. Not much except the problemetic digital lock door, but the host sorts out quickly by providing a physical key (minor issue).

• Terry (8/5): Very good - The location is excellent. The kitchen and untenials was very well equipped. The gym was locked for our 2 week stay. The BBQ hadn't been cleaned and was rusting. The windows, doors and screens were dirty. (this may be caused by the weather previously to our visit)
