Guest Reviews
- Kenneth (10/5): Definitely coming again and we have sold a few friends on it to! - Its position, layout and easygoing decor It smelt like someone had a big crab cookup until we aired it out for a day.
- Barry (7/5): - Easy access to shops and beach ⛱️ No wi-fi, bad idea when it's not great outside. Watch DVD's that are older than me.
- Tracee (7/5): - Very open and plenty of seating Two lots of bunk beds for adults to sleep in and only air con in the lounge dining kitchen area. Both bedrooms were very warm
- Leonie (10/5): Very good accomodation and very quiet and relaxing. - Close to shops and the beach. Very quite location. Easy walking or driving to the beach and shopping centre. Nothing.
- David (8/5): -
- Stacey (8/5): - Location Weird that the shower room doesn’t have its own door
- Karen (7/5): - Location was good No aircon in the bedroom..no ceiling fan in the 2nd room only a pedestal fan.
- Corrina (9/5): -
- Kellee (8/5): - Very clean. Would be perfect for a fishing trip or surfing trip. Master bed was not very comfortable.
- Allen (8/5): Very good - There were no essentials such as laundry powder, dish washing tablets, bin liners, and no basic cooking ingredients eg salt and pepper.
- Christine (5/5): Very nice location. However interior of property could do with some updating. - Self Catering. Large house in quiet street very close to shops and amenties Poor quality of interior
- Colleen (8/5): Very good - We just like the area and will be back March flies haha
- Ben (9/5): Superb -
- Roger (10/5): Exceptional - Fantastic location, clean, tidy and all the amenities plus more than expected
- Sharon (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rosemary (9/5): Superb - A quiet, simple house, with pretty much everything needed, only 2 streets from the beach and 3 streets from the town centre.
With light blocking curtains, aircon, a fully set up kitchen, a full laundry set up, and a working tv, I was able to take care of my two little ones with ease and have a great holiday. I couldnt get the garage door to unlock from the outside (definitely could be my own fault), and the place is not fully fenced, so some extra caution was needed with the kids, but these things did not hinder our stay at all. We had a lovely time there.
- Sophie (7/5): Good - The location, being walking distance to town and the beach. While staying there, the smoke alarms were playing up and had to listen to the noise for 3 hours. From 6 am to 9 am.
- Perkins (9/5): There was just 3 of us but it can cater for up to 8, great base for a mad fishing group, had 2 fridges and a large chest - It was basic but not without all the critical facilities If I was to get petty the toilet has a slight sewerage smell but given the age of the place you can’t expect the plumbing to be flash
- Kylie (9/5): Superb -
- Jarred (9/5): we had an excellen weekend and will be coming back again. getting to old to sleep in the swags with. - staff were helpful when I called regarding my stay. how and where to pick up my keys after hours.
- Brian (9/5): It was very relaxing & we enjoyed everything. The owners even left us two big pineapples. - It was very comfortable. It was well appointed with beds / furniture/ kitchen utensils. Nothing.
- Retha (6/5): Pleasant - Great location
Comfortable size Very uncomfortable bed
- Catherine (8/5): Great facilities. - Great location within short walking distance of surf, beach and shops/eateries. The house is large and comfortable with all amenities. Good BBQ and kitchen facilities for cooking. Huge dining table and comfy couch. Small outdoor patio area. No linen supplied. That was extra cost and organisation. Also the house is across the road from a medical clinic so on the Monday of our stay there was a lot of traffic, deliveries and people coming and going. House also had a water leak that we reported on Saturday but was not fixed until Monday.
- Glenn (9/5): Great stay - Clean and close to town Nothing
- Elwyna (7/5): Overall a great house. Love coming here. Just needs a good exterior clean and perhaps a new lounge suite. - Location, spacious, price. Very quiet also. The windows ,screens and patios were all very dusty and grubby. It would really benefit from a yearly deep clean. The rug in the lounge was also very dirty. We’ve been coming here for over 10 years and noticed that the lounge was no where near as comfortable as it once was, with much of the seat support /springs gone.
- Alison (9/5): Good value for money. - Great location, walking distance to the towns amenities. Very quiet overnight.
Very clean everywhere and kitchen fully equipped. This is our second stay, and we will be back as keen divers.
Older style property, good value for money, which is unusual in Rainbow Beach.
- Jacqui (10/5): Fantastic value for money in paradise - Location location location. Walk out the door, turn left and a short stroll to the beach, turn right a short stroll to cafes, pub, bottleshop, restaurants. The place is older but was perfect. Clean, neat, had everything you need. Air-conditioned. Plenty of room, plenty of parking. Staff at the agent where fantastic. Highly recommended Couldn't fault anything
- Scott (8/5): Very good -
- Chris (9/5): Excellent stay - Was an excellent budget accommodation. House was dated, but everything in excellent condition. All facilities and amenities were there...BBQ, garden chairs, quiet air con, fans, kitchen utensils. Would not hesitate to rent the unit again. Very convenient to the beach and the town centre. A small thing.....too many keys on the key ring that didn't appear to do anything. Mentioned this to the real estate agent and they said they would check into it.
- Jacek (8/5): Very good -
