  This beachfront house features sea views, a spa bath, BBQ facilities and a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine. The heated house features direct beach access and a dining and lounge area with a flat-screen TV, a DVD player and an iPod docking station. The house has a dedicated children's play area complete with toys, a chalk board and a TV with a DVD player. Also on offer is an outdoor dining area and laundry facilities. The bathroom has a hairdryer and a shower. Please note that the price is based on 4 guests. Maximum occupancy is 9 (see Hotel Policies).

Easy with young kids and the back yard is ideal for them to run around in. Jenny was a fantastic host and we are hoping to make this family trip with young kids an annual event! Thank you!

• Bruce (9/5): A perfect place, on a classic Australian beach, for much-anticipated family reunion. Unforgettable! - The location was superb - direct access to the beach, with a sensational view. We watched the sun rise every day, both from the deck and on the beach. Could not ask for more! An extra toilet (for 9 family members) would have been a relief - literally! An extra bathroom would have been convenient but, strangely, we probably bonded over the very-centrally-located bathroom/toilet. So, in the end, not a biggie!

• Anne-marie (10/5): We loved our stay at Seakissed Beach House! The location and view were fabulous. - Amazing location - right on the beach, with direct access via a short dune walk from the back gate. The house is a quaint '50s beach house, which has been extended to comfortably accommodate 8 people in 3 bedrooms. There is only one bathroom, but it is very large and has been nicely renovated, so was more than adequate for our group of 6. Pets are welcome and well catered-for. The house also has a portacot and highchair to accommodate a baby. There are sea views from most rooms - 2 bedrooms, the open plan living/dining room/kitchen, and the back deck - perfect for keeping an eye on the surfers in the family (and the passing whales and dolphins). The host was very responsive. The only improvement we would suggest is provision of a big pot/saucepan for cooking pasta etc. Otherwise, the kitchen was well stocked with utensils, in addition to bonuses such as coffee pods.

It is important we have dog friendly accomodation with high fences et - I love that it is dog friendly, close to the beach and many walks. We had to clean the bath before we could use it for the scum rings around it. The house and floors were visibly dusty and needed a thorough clean.
• Alison (8/5): Superb location on Culburra beach for relaxing get away - Amazing location and views. Ease of walking onto the beach. Clean and comfortable house. Great communication from host Front bedroom bed creaked and was not comfortable
• Sandra (9/5): Superb - The house is basically beach frontage - just a couple of minutes walk on a sandy path through bushes. Shops are less than 5 minutes drive away Unfortunately we had bad weather for a couple of days. A clothes airer would have been convenient, but there is a drier.

• Sushovan (10/5): perfect and most comfortabkle getaway close to nature and beach - perfect!!! cant say anything more. excellent and considerate hosts and super helpful. amazing beach with private access. can spend hours just on the deck soaking in the view and sounds. great for bird spotting. a request to all future guests and this is nothing on host at all. please please please pick up after ur pets. these are one of the few pet friendly accommodations lets keep it clean. do the right thing and pick up after ur pets especially in the lawn.

Very peaceful. - Just love the location Very disappointed that the ugly scraggly hedge has been allowed to grow again out in the deck area and you cannot enjoy an ocean view without standing up. For the money charged, I found it a real downer not to be able to see the ocean when sitting on the deck or inside. Please can it be removed? Kitchen dishes not very clean
