• Colby (9/5): Comfortable and well-equipped family stay in a quiet location. - Good size house, big rooms, great amenities, lots of toys and good size backyard for the kids . Quiet location. No sheets or towels were provided and these were optional and incurred an additional cost , however this was communicated to us prior to our stay. Our primary concern related to the presentation and tone of the “house rules”. Whilst we appreciate the need to outline expectations and potential additional charges, the repeated references to fees and fines throughout the property felt unnecessarily forceful and detracted from the overall guest experience. In our view, these matters would be more appropriately addressed within the booking terms and conditions rather than being so prominently displayed.

• Felicity (10/5): Beautiful family getaway home! - Fantastic home. Very spacious. Very impressed with how much is provided to keep the kids entertained. Games, dvds, books, puzzles, cubby, etc. Great for families!! Ensuite is beautiful and nice big bathtub in main bathroom! Lovely outdoor bbq area. Short walk to the beach. Great location! Perfect for a nice getaway with the family! Will definitely be back!

• Glenys (10/5): A great venue in a beautiful location with all the amenities to ensure our comfort. - The property was spacious, for 3+adults. Two bathrooms were really convenient. The kitchen was well equipped, easy to use and clean. Being able to move from inside to outside easily was a real plus, we spent a fair amount of time sitting outside. The air conditioning was efficient and comfortable in the heat of the day. Cleaning: only a minor concern. There were other peoples hair in the toilet area and bathroom. Food scraps were left in the green bin, and I cleaned up chip packets from the bunk room and elsewhere. Clearly there had been some kids in before us! Only a minor concern.

It was my wedding and I stayed with my 4 daughters, who were My attendants - beautiful time together The hot water service didn’t work - with 5 females getting ready for a wedding this was a bit disappointing. Other than that everything was perfect.

Hosts very communicative Easy access Spaciousness Location suited our needs Purchasing linen and towels separately instead of included in the rate. No wifi (which was advised), and mobile coverage was not great. No long life milk to be able to utilise the coffee machine

• Hannah (8/5): Really family friendly - Loved how the house was set up with toys for the kids and games for the family to do together . The house was very well thought about family and loved the dvd collection . Loved the coffee machine . The house had every thing you needed and things you don’t realise you needed . Very clean and tidy . The main bed was very hard to sleep on and was small for the room . A lot of the games didn’t have all the peace’s . But the house was nice and clean

• Lynette (9/5): Great place to stay in a good location. - Nice quiet location. House was clean and is very well equipped with kitchen and laundry appliances. Two living areas is a bonus for a large group or a family. Nice outdoor entertainment area with a BBQ. The lounge suite in the main family area is a bit soft and low, not very comfortable. Lack of clothes hanging space in bedrooms. Spare toilet paper rolls would be helpful.
• Benjamin (9/5): Comfortable few days away to explore the YP. - Spacious, modern and comfortable. Our youngest enjoyed the cubby house.all kids enjoyed the access to games - we must have played 1000 rounds of ‘trivia’ noughts and crosses with the wooden set! No major issues.

• Simon (9/5): A wonderful spot for a family getaway - Fantastic location in a quiet street with easy beach access. The home was beautifully equipped and the addition of an abundance of books, games and toys was a wonderful bonus. Great host with excellent communication who went out of his way to return an item we accidentally left behind. The only improvement we could suggest is heating for the bathroom and bedrooms (the only air conditioning unit was in the main living area). Please be aware that linen is not automatically included in the rental, but can be arranged separately at an additional cost.

• Kian (7/5): Good - Location is excellent. Dishwasher is a plus Property is generally clean Toys and games for the kids. The basin water tap in the ensuite toilet was loosed and can't be used. The refrigerator freezer compartment was dirty. We had to clean it up ourselves.

It was neat and clean, the kitchen had everything we needed and there was a great variety of games and books especially for the kids, this place is family friendly, our kids loved the cuby house and spent alot of time playing outside. It's only a short walk to the beach, with a lane way to the left of the property just up the road before the bend. We loved our stay it was great value for money. You won't find a better 4 bedroom house for the cost, and we will definitely be back. Nothing

• Simon (8/5): Great place to stay with young family. Lots of memories for our first holiday. Be happy to return - House was clean and homely feel. Kids loved the toys and Cubby House. Location awesome on a quiet street. Be happy to return some day. TV was not working in main room. TV in second room had picture for about an hour and then no coverage. We didn't mind as we didn't spend much time at the house. We watched couple DVD's over our stay. Vacuum didn't have much suck which made the final clean up longer, but no real problem.

• Lynette (9/5): Excellent property - 2nd time we have stayed and will definitely use this property again. - Property has a very well equipped kitchen and was extremely clean, fresh and tidy. The location is good being only 10 mins to the Main Street of Moonta. The water pressure of shower in the second bathroom isn’t great.
• Dwayne (8/5): Very good - It was great, very well cleaned, water pressure was excellent. The board games were great with the family. I will definitely be back for a whole weekend. WE LOVED IT! I am a pretty big male as in I am over 6ft and weight about 150kgs. I stayed in bedroom 1 obviously and I was so worried I'd break the bed and my ankles were hanging off the edge was a uncomfortable sleep it sucked but wouldn't stop me from staying again I just put the mattress on the floor. Would be great to have a bigger bed.

• Kelly (8/5): Very good - The house is absolutely beautiful and its huge, plenty of room for our family 4 generations.. The confrontation with a family member who wanted their furniture out of the shed while we where staying there.. extremely rude and abusive, the owner did try to sort out..

• Cara (10/5): Beautiful spacious house - House was beautiful and big and spacious and well set up for kids as well as adults on a nice quiet street. Sunset was beautoful from the porch. We had everything we needed and the although we didn't use the games cupboard it was very impressive! So close to Port Hughes and a great closed in backyard with BBQ and outdoor setting. The only little thing disapointing was the kids were really excited for the cubby house but it was full to the brim with spiders and webs and we couldn't get the playstation to work. Definitely not the end of the world situation though cause everyone should be out enjoying things anyway. The single beds were a bit hard but also not a big deal just moved into another bed cause there was so many 😅

• Chen (10/5): The best holiday house in Moonta - The cleaning of the house and such many games for kids. Good for a long term stay. The small timber house at the backyard is not clean properly, the kids can't enjoy it at all unfortunately.

• Hassan (10/5): Perfect place to stay with a family. - I liked everything on this property. Collection of books, DVD, kids toys, board games these are just a few. The cleaniness and the facilities that this property has is amazing.
