• Adam (9/5): - This place really felt more like a home than a vacation house. There is everything that we could ever imagine we needed - all the kitchen amenities, grill, pool and an extensive collection of toys which made my son jump from joy. After a day of hiking it was great to cool down in the pool, relax in the garden or on the terrace and watch the stars at night. The location is a good starting point for trips around Český ráj, with Liberec, Krkonoše and Poland being not too far away. The nearby town of Železný Brod offers good grocery shopping options, some cafes and restaurants. Overall, I highly recommend staying here! I think the only point of nuisance is the nearby road - during the day there is more or less constant traffic there which can be treated as white noise, but is certainly non-stop in the background. At night it dies down, but we were usually woken up around 6 a.m. by a truck or a motorbike passing by. Consider ear-plugs if you are a light sleeper.
• Dagmar (8/5): Leuk huisje, centraal gelegen aan de rand van het Boheems paradijs - Lief huisje, van alle gemakken voorzien, zeker voor gezinnen met kleine kinderen! Heerlijk een eigen plekje met privacy. De locatie, de weg beneden is echt wel heel gehorig en het feit dat je een steile helling op moet lopen is ook niet ideaal.
• Pavla (9/5): - Krásné klidné místo s kouzelným výhledem. Chatka čistá, vybavená. Postele pohodlné. Pro dospělé oáza klidu, pro syna dostatek prostoru k prozkoumávání.
• Kott (10/5): - Od prvního pohledu bylo vše skvělé. Čisto, vše nové jako by jsme byli první hosté. Kuchyň zařízená na všechno co potřebujete. S paní skvělá domluva. Chata je na dosah města s obchody na nákup. Dovolenou jsem si užil hlavně díky chatě. V širokém okolí prostě nádhera. Všechno v půl hodinovém dojezdu autem.
• Guido (8/5): Nice and comfortable holiday house with a beautiful view on the valley. - The house is on a beautifull location with a very nice view on the valley. It has everything we needed for a nice holiday. It is close to the supermarkets in the towncenter of Železný Brod, allthough too far to do in on foot. Free car parking close to the house. Location close to some North Bohemian 'classics' : Hruba Skala, Trosky Castle, Prachov rocks, Besedice rocks, Liberec town. The mattress on the bed was very thin and soft, on a hard slab. We had back pain in the morning. From the road to the house is ca 100m steep uphill. So you have to carry your luggage on foot up the hill. But if you are fit, that is not a bad thing.
