Some after hours instructions would be good as it was a bit tricky to find in the dark (Google maps takes you to the wrong spot).
Only 1 of the 3 ceiling fans worked. I think the remotes needed batteries.

- Steven (9/5): Superb - The unit is showing its age a bit from wear and tear as I noticed the paint on the ceiling is starting to crack and peal and the tiles are showing their age but apart from that the unit is fine

- Maxwell (9/5): Comfortable space, close to facilities. Very well maintained and presented. - Great location, close to many facilities. Comfortable space. Reception on the tv was poor. Could only pick up ABC, SBS and WIN channels.
- Durman (5/5): Passable - Location was near to our meeting It was cold in the unit the water spindle in the shower needs replacing. The toilet plunger was stiff. Number on the door hard to find behind screen door. Keys could be colour coded.
The $60 booking fee was a shock.
Emails kept stating our booking was pending and not confirmed.
We arrived just before the office closed but are not convinced we could have picked the keys up without a code number if they were closed.
- Eryn (10/5): Great Location - The apartment was set back from the street and quiet, spotlessly clean, and the beds were very comfortable.
The kitchen is modern, and the apartment has everything needed for a young family, we particularly appreciated the stick vacuum and clothes washing facilities.
The location is great for walking across to Livvi's place (playground) and the Marina for a coffee, it's also an easy drive to the cbd and beaches.

- Michael (7/5): comfortable and overall happy, just needed a few improvements - kitchen, location the key to get into screen door of Unit block did not work (front or back), so got locked out one evening and had to knock on neighbours window to open it. found out next day that another renter had same issue.
Not enough kitchen items (plates, bowls, dish mop, oven trays…etc)
Only four bath towels provided, but had five people staying.
Dryer was very noisy and did not work that well.
A new bathroom mat would be a good investment compare to the one provided
