• Burkett (7/5): - Far too many emails from Port Macquarie lifestyle group. Silly, overdone, an email about every little thing. Got me annoyed by the over doing. Good location spoiled by excessive emails from Port Macquarie lifestyle group.
• Desiree (10/5): Very comfortable, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen needs more lighting above toaster area. -
• Glenn (8/5): Great place but poorly managed. - Location, pontoon, layout, everything except the poor cleaning and unresponsive property management . Dirty dishes, utensils, fry pans and a non stick fry pan shedding and rusting which is very bad for customers health. Toilet role holder broken off so no where for toilet role. Poor property management. We had boats, no response to a question can we tie up to the pontoon, so stress about this until we arrive and find a note saying tie to the side, not in front. Why don’t they answer our question?
• Chantelle (7/5): Great little place, would stay again but would be good to get some internet, new washer and dryer. - Great location close to shops. Lovely to have the wharf out the back and the walking track. Large bedrooms are great, and has most kitchen gadgets you need. Was bro overly clean- hairs on the bed and dust balls around the house - but acceptable enough to stay. The dryer is broken and sounds horrendous when you use it- a the dishwasher functions but doesn’t clean well. Probably both due for a renew. No internet as stated in ad- but feel these days a times need to offer, as the free to air TV was sketchy with reception.

• Melissa (9/5): Beautiful location and aspect. - The location was superb and we enjoyed sitting on the back patio each evening to watch the sunset. The midgies outside were ferocious… we got eaten alive on our first night.
• Peter (3/5): Location great lovely house, unfortunately would not recommend it due to it not cleaned. - The location was great, house lovely and spacious, unfortunately it was not very clean just very basic surface cleaned. Was very disappointed in how it hadn’t been cleaned. We had to clean and disinfect both bathrooms ourselves. Kitchen benches had some like sticky residue on them, all the dishes, utensils and cooking items weren’t clean either, we had to was everything we went to use. Under the table runner was so dirty as if it hadn’t been moved in awhile to clean the whole table. Under the couch was filthy dirty, not moved in awhile to clean. Under the carpet in the living room we found a child’s beanie god knows how long that had been there. Bedside lamps were covered in dust on the outside and inside of the lamp.
• Ghazzaoui (10/5): Exceptional - Location, size, view and very clean Also was able to pick up keys after hours from a nearby petrol station. No AC in bedroom, neighbour gave us weird vibes.
• Mteaupa (6/5): Enjoyable experience though! - Location was very central to our venue, we had travelled for a bday. Very comfortable and spacious! The red bin had maggets and was almost full, meaning it hasn't been taken out for quite sometime. Also the ensuite toilet, was dirty, I had to clean the toilet seat myself, bathroom could have been cleaner, there was hair on the floor and shower floor.

• Bernard (8/5): Great convenient waterfront location, exceptionally well provisioned except for linen. - The location is stellar, right across the weir from Settlement City and Panthers Club.. The property is very well provisioned with almost everything you could possibly want, even down to a Nespresso machine. Comfortable and expansive, the Internet though officially non-existent, is very fast and reliable. Streaming TV was a breeze, all you needed was your own credentials. While well provisioned the absence of a radio and a teapot was noted. The apartment, while very well located to services, is quite a trudge to the CBD and local restaurants. The interior is a little tired, it needs a freshen up. Having to hire linen was a bit of a disappointment. The ice machine in the fridge needs attention. The neighbours are nosey.
• Joshua (10/5): Highly recommend this place. Definitely stay again when we return. - Right on the water epic place to fish. Many beers drank with many fish caught. Couldn’t ask for a better location short walk to the shops an even shorter walk to go fishing. Also huge shout out to the girls from elders looking after us lads very much appreciated, I’ll definitely shout you guys some beers! We had to leave lol.
