• Marilyn (10/5): Very comfy - Just above the beach with wonderful view of Bay . Close to small shop and petrol station. Kitchen well stocked and equipped. Very large bathroom with shower and bath, 2 toilets.

• Nicki (9/5): We had fun during our time in Hobart, not too far from the city and Port Arthur. - I love that there are many toys for our children to entertain themselves while staying. The house is really close to the beach and the shop (small but has everything we need). A reminder of limited water everywhere around the house that made me anxious about our water usage. No heater in the room, especially the kid's room.

• Caz (9/5): Perfect environment near beach in a light airy, comfy beach house that has it all...... - Location/2 minutes from the beach/house has everything you could possibly need and more-books/games/xbox/netflix/air con/comfiest bed ever/comfy couches/personal touches Txt msg to say property was now available -2 hours before check in time of 2 Wasn't anything to dislike..possibly being pet friendly (for well behaved, clean pampered dog lol)

On tank water and had to restrict water use but wasn't the end of the world. Just would have been nice to use the bath.

Near the beach and the view is stunning The water pressure in the bathroom shower is very weak Every time when we turned on the taps / flushing the toilet, there is a loud noise, maybe from the tank?
• Elizabeth (10/5): Exceptional - Everything we needed was there. Home was neat and tidy. Having movies, books and games available was great. Bedrooms were a little cold, the heater didn't seem to reach to warm them.
• Stephen (10/5): Exceptional - The bed was so comfortable and I loved how I could sign into our streaming service and the snack fridge, we definitely needed it even though we love across the road it was good to get away from our place for two nights and I loved how the morning sun come into the room, I don't we didn't have to but we washed the towels and the bedding There was nothing we didn't like, sadly we didn't get the opportunity to take photos

• Lionel (8/5): A very nice place to stay and a very friendly host. - The overall presentation of the property was good, the way it was kept and the amenities provided were really helpful Well, we noticed the electric kettle was not clean from the inside, so during our stay we managed to have it cleaned using the cleaning products provided by the host, we have pictures to provide if required before and after showing the state of the electric kettle.

• Nicolle (9/5): Absolutely designed for families. They have thought of everything except for a deck of cards! - Loved the keypad on the door. Made life so easy. Would have loved a heater in each bedroom as travelling with other people I wanted to shut my bedroom door but it was so cold in the room without access to the airconditioning in the main part of the house.

• Bec (9/5): Family friendly house opposite the beach - Family friendly, games for the children and separate play room House was great, the backyard was perfect for the kids but the photos need to be updated on here as it’s a bit dated. The sandpit wasn’t able to be used due to the condition of the sand.

It was a well presented home with lovely bathroom,kitchen and play area for children with plenty of games etc to keep both adults and kids entertained. Very comfortable beds and lounge area. Nothing that we didn't like
