- Marise S Avilla (7/5): Um bom lugar pra descansar - A localização é ótima. Fazer caminhadas pela Ilha é fantástico . Bem legal estar numa casa antiga, pé direito alto, muitas e grandes janelas... A casa esta bem equipada em termos de cozinha, com td que podemos necessitar. Do carpete, entendo que foi colocado para diminuir o barulho causado no piso inferior, mas é de dificil higienizacao e limpeza.O banheiro estava com o vaso sujo. Uma crosta preta no fundo, bem desagradável, mas, que com muito produto próprio e esforço, conseguimos melhorar para ser usado. Os colchoes tb deixam muito a desejar, o de casal tá cheio de caroços das molas. Não consegui usar. Os outros são de espuma muito mole. Sofás só tem capa e madeira. Sem conforto.
