Any booking for more than 21 nights will require a mid-stay clean at guest cost. The agent is not responsible, nor has control over building and renovation work by neighboring properties and cannot issue refunds in such circumstances. This information is removed from our systems 14 days after check out. There is a $3000 security deposit taken during schoolies period that is taken prior to arrival. Unless specifically stated the property does not provide linen such as sheets, towels, pillowcases, tea towels, bathmats. We can arrange the hire of these at an additional cost. Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.

Andrew (9/5): Fantastic location! - We saw dolphins swimming past multiple times, hunting in the shallows too. The sunrises were next level. No surprises.

View from living room, dining room and master bedroom was breathtaking Not enough off street parking. The house is advertised for 8-9 people with only 1 car space

We paid extra for linen but we still had to put them on and take them off which was really annoying as the extra linen was expensive
Lace (7/5): Lovely spot to stay, great for a big family. Outlook was perfection - There were instruction notes all over the property, even one specifying that you couldn’t move the sink facet and one written on the inside of the microwave door. These felt excessive and unnecessary

Roxanne (10/5): very beautiful and peaceful location - The house was very clean and loved how there was no carpet. location was very nice as the backyard is the ocean we personally did not like all the notes around the house. everywhere we looked there was a note, even in the microwave.
