• Patti (9/5): We loved Craft Cottage, all the treasured items, the setting that made it feel like home. - The location was ideal, walking distance to hotels, cafes, restaurants. Firewood supplied (two logs with kindling) only lasted for 1.5 hours. It would have been good to have had enough firewood for a cosy evening.

It was a lovely furnished, cosy cottage & very comfortable. The host Anthony was welcoming. Simple clear communications and instructions. Great location. Lack of off street parking.

• John (9/5): Lovely cosy cottage in Hepburn Springs. - Great communication with the hosts. Super fast in person attendance when we called for assistance. The whole place shows love and lovely attention to detail. Very clean, large rooms and kitchen, super comfy beds, colorful and bright, happy feeling, nice ornaments throughout. All things work - locks, drawers, switches, windows, doors, faucets. Many thanks, we loved staying there. First and foremost all these things are minor inconveniences, the overall experience was great. The car has to be left in the street, there’s no adjacent parking spot on the grounds. There is some construction/renovation happening next door, to the back of the property. No noise or anything, just materials, water, etc, no big deal. The only open private open space is fairly small but tidy and secured from the street which is good for the pet to not wander off, but still, it’s small and not very private. There is only one bathroom for the two bedrooms, obviously not an ensuite and it’s a fair walk from the bedrooms, at the other end of the cottage. The living room is very cozy - a small TV screen and a small two seater plus an arm chair. Minor issues and the general impression is very pleasant, thank you.

• Nimali (10/5): Very Enjoyable Stay at Beautiful Croft Cottage - We spent a night at Croft Cottage and really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. It was very clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Good-sized bedrooms and the kitchen had everything we needed for our short stay (the biscuits and coffee pods were appreciated). The little courtyard/ garden was also lovely. The reverse cycle air-conditioners and the log fireplace kept the cottage warm and snug while we relaxed with free Netflix (Andrew was very helpful with getting the fireplace going). There is no parking onsite, but I did not have any issues parking my car on the street outside. Many thanks to Andrew and Anthony for a pleasant stay and we would love to come back to stay at Croft Cottage again!

Good sized rooms and well-fitted out kitchen. Lovely surprise of a box of chocolates, bottle of Coke and two bottles of champagne in the fridge, when we arrived. Log fire and two reverse cycle air conditioners kept us warm. Free Netflix. Owners came to the house on the first day to set up Netflix for us as the settings had dropped out. Parking on the street. The driveway which damaged the bottom of our car as we arrived close to the front door to unpack. The meagre allocation of firewood which was only enough for two nights, although we stayed for five. We had to buy extra firewood. We have stayed at various cottages in Maldon and Beechworth and the firewood has never been rationed.
