Check in was easy enough with key in a garage lock. Townhouses are dated. Carpet is thin and walls are very marked. Furniture is dated. But reasonable value for the price.
Peddibhotla (7/5): Good if toiletries are privided - Service and cleanliness. Beautiful view. Only one bathroom and does not have locks to the bathroom doors. There was neighter shampoo nor body wash. In stead, there was only one soap to be used by all. No one likes to use the others used soap.

The garage is spacious. Friendly owner. Will come back. The step to the bathroom is high. No shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom.

Amanda (7/5): Good for a night away - Lovely rooms and spaces in the house. Nice place to stay with everything you need. Pictures show that it’s facing the beach, but it wasn’t, so I was disappointed. It’s around the corner.

Rosanna (9/5): Very enjoyable stay, amazing location, comfortable beds, great outlook, well stocked, and clean. - Location was amazing....key collection was simple and easy...kitchen well stocked, even bread in the fridge for a couple of hungry guests....good supply of towels, sheets, quilts etc had everything you could ask for and wished we were able to stay a little longer. Possibly our inability to know what to do, but TV volume was barely audible. We tried for a long time to increase it using the control (very basic)...gave up and went to bed...my sister couldn't get the ceiling fan to work (main bedroom) again, possibly our inability to work it out...but perhaps a laminated instruction sheet would have been useful.

Phil (8/5): The Christies Seahorse was comfortable, clean and perfect for our 4 day stay. - Location was great. Right near the beach. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen stocked with appropriate equipment and bonus milk and bread which we didn't use as we brought our own. But a nice touch. Aircon was a good addition. Good parking facility. Hairdryer was not in good condition which I have already given feedback on. The back gate was a bit of a hazard due to the rusty sharp edges. Had to be careful when closing.

Not all of the doors would close so with the windows open the doors just kept banging and the front sliding screen door came off its rails when opening the door which made it difficult to open and close. Needs a bit of updating.

Unlike other places we stayed, I did not receive a message from the owner with details as to how to access the property. The lock on the back door is broken, and needs to be replaced. The bedside lamp on the right side in the main bedroom was not working. The carpets up the stairs need cleaning. There was no bottle opener in the kitchen.

It had an amazing spa........spacious.........clean and everything plus more was available even a lil back yard with a barby! Carport to lock up my car safe and sound nothing.

Francesca (3/5): - The view was stunning and good location None of the general access doors worked except for the internal door to the rear courtyard (however the external gate to the courtyard could not be opened). The only way to exit the apartment was through the roller door of the garage or by climbing over the courtyard fence. If the power went out then there would be no way to exit via the garage. That's not a good situation should there be a fire. Surely this is illegal. The apartment lacks maintenance in other areas as well. For example one of the controls on the spa was broken and laying in pieces and the paint was peeling off the bathroom cupboards.

Ryan (4/5): Disappointed and not acceptable for $330 a night. - Great location The towels and bath mat were wet on arrival - too wet to use. The light in the back bedroom didn’t function correctly, same with the ceiling fan. The light came on automatically during the middle of the night. The upstairs toilet seat was cracked and stained - very insanitary. The sheets on the fold out couch hadn’t been changed.

We checked in late and had contacted the property beforehand to advise through booking.com but didn’t get a response, twice.
