• Winne (10/5): It was a lovely home in the jungle. Everything was nice and kept well. We appreciated the AC in the bedroom. - The place was close to town. We rested here for one day after a long day of travel before heading towards Matapalo. The AC in the bedroom was very nice. The host Jose was very nice. He is a surf instructor and we saw him in the water at Matapalo. The headboard for the bed is cracking. Could be fixed.

• Matt (10/5): - Very very private. Dead end street with just a field in front with an endless amount of tropical birds or all kinds. The kitchen is staked with high end equipment. The shower is HUGE and flowers and plants overhang from outside over the wall but still under a roof. One of the best places I have stayed in CR. And Erick the host is a-frothing stoked surfer and an instructor. Loved it here!

• Meijs (10/5): Goede accomodatie! - Erg mooi huisje met alle benodigde faciliteiten. Het huisje is op 5 minuten rijden van de plaats Puerto Jiménez. Ook was het goed schoon gemaakt. -
• Marcel (10/5): Traumhaftes Haus in der Natur - Eine wirklich traumhafte Unterkunft! Wunderschön, ausgestattet mit allem Benötigten, man lebt mitten in der Natur zwischen Vögeln & Affen, dennoch sehr komfortabel und das alles zu einem sensationellen Preis. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und gerne 11/10 Punkten vergeben. Alles war perfekt!

• Fabienne (10/5): Plongée en immersion dans la faune et flore locale dans un cadre exceptionnel - L’emplacement en pleine campagne , au cœur de la faune et de la flore de la péninsule . La maison est très jolie et confortablement installée. Tout est pensé pour se sentir bien. J’ai regretté de ne pas pouvoir rencontrer notre hôte , malheureusement retenu à la capitale pendant notre séjour.

• Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful quiet and peaceful location with great balcony for watching the wildlife. Saw so many scarlet macaws, parrots and even a kingfisher from the balcony! Very well equipped kitchen and good shower. A/C worked well and comfy bed. Garden area was lovely and even some bikes to use. Friendly host who gave us some fantastic recommendations!

• Franonym (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely house, comfortable bed (with AC) upstairs. Cute living room, bathroom and well equipped kitchen with fans downstairs, including a washing machine. Beautiful garden and surroundings, lots of birds and we heard howler monkeys. Erick was a great host with recommendations for tours. It was less than 10 min drive to Puerto Jimenez. We had a great stay.
• Gabriela (10/5): Exceptional - This place is truelly amazing, we saw toucans, aras and kolibris flying around. It is very spacious with a well equipped kitchen and it is only a short drive from Puerto Jiménez.
• Gert-jan (10/5): We had a great stay at Erick’s place. If you want a great wildlife guide check out Ficus tours. - It’s a really nice place just a few km from town. The host is really friendly and helpful. Wild life is literally around the corner.

• Penny (8/5): Erick is a kind host and we loved the rural setting. - Traditional house in quiet (except for the wildlife and the local dogs!) location. Lovely garden and well equipped kitchen. It was a 25 minute cycle ride into town on the main road. We didn’t do it at night. So that limited our evenings a bit but it wasn’t a problem for us. The listing mentions a beach close by but there isn’t one
