• Ilse (1/5): - Nichts Das Zimmer verdient den Namen Charlet nicht, es gibt keinen Kasten, dadurch keine Fläche um Kleidung abzulegen. Das Zimmer ist abgewohnt, es ist kalt. Das Bad ist so klein, dass immer nur eine Person drinnen sein kann, die Mini-Küche ist alt. Es ist kein wirkliches Appartement, sondern einfach nur ein Zimmer. Für mehr als 2 Personen nicht geeignet.

• Mariia (7/5): Okay for the price - The location is excellent, just a few minutes walk from the best lift of the resort! Private parking is a big plus. The WiFi worked well. In general, the apartment is a good value for money. The room description is quite misleading or outdated. It needs to be looked through. We were missing a dish washer, coffee machine, bath robes, washing machine that are listed in different “about the room/property” sections. There is no sound isolation despite it being listed, we could hear everything from the corridor and the street. There is no towel dryer or drying rack to hang wet clothes. The cleaning was not very thorough. There were several spider nets in the bathroom and the room, the floors were not cleaned in the corners, the shelves in the garderob were covered in black dust. Really uncomfortable pillows, bring your own if you can. The communication with the owner was not easy, most of my texts were not answered.

• Agnieszka (7/5): - Idealna lokazlizacja. W pobliżu sklepy i infrastruktura narciarska. W apartamencie brak wentylacji pomieszczeń, co skutkowało wiecznie zaparowanymi oknami. W łazience okno centralnie w prysznicu bez żadnej osłony.
• Marcus (9/5): Superb - Nice big apartment with good facilities. Right next to lift up mountain. Friendly owner. Slight confusion with translation for which apartment we had but all sorted quickly.

• John (7/5): A place to sleep for a ski trip and the basics. Too expensive for what you get. - Location was ideal, has all the basics you need. Bed was uncomfortable but not horrible , place needs a renovation and the front door lock wasn’t working very well.

• Jennifer (9/5): Perfect for short ski trip when every day including your arrival and departure day counts - So close to the ski lift, it’s perfect. Also, I was able to check in early so I could go skiing when I arrived at 10am and check out late after skiing on departure day. So kind to let me do this. Sounds of fast flowing Alpine water might bother some.

• Olga (10/5): Beautiful and convenient - Amazing location: - It is 2 min walk from the most convenient ski lift - it goes right to the central area of Kitzski. - Spar and Billa are 10 min walk · Host is very nice and helpful · We didn't expect any ski room, but guests can store skies and snowboards in the garage (we also stored there a stroller for our baby). · Very well equipped kitchen - you have all you need (except for the microwave, but we didn't need it anyways) The bed mattresses are too soft - not comfortable at all

• Janis (7/5): Good - Very close to ski lift and ski rent. The house does not have constant heating, which causes cooling in the rooms, mold and water accumulation on the windows.
