• Leonhard (5/5): Tolle Lage aber Sanierungsrückstau - Wundervolle Lage in einem riesigen Grundstück in mitten der Weinberge. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Haus und man ist schnell in der Ortsmitte. Als wir ein Problem mit dem Wasser hatten (Pumpe kaputt) wurde uns schnell und unproblematisch geholfen. Schöne überdachte Sitzmöglichkeiten im freien, schöne Terrasse. Die Inneneinrichtung bräuchte dringend eine Erneuerung (z.B.kaputte Stühle, ausgebrannte Glühbirnen), Die Küchenausstattung könnte erneuert/aufgestockt werden. Die Sanitäranlagen im oberen Bad haben wir nicht mehr benutzt, da die Hähne so schwer gingen, dass wir Angst hatten sie kaputt zu machen.
• Dieter (9/5): Tolles Erlebnis mit Fernsicht - Ein Winzerhaus, gruppengeeignet, etwas in die Jahre gekommen, wunderbare Aussicht aus Fenstern und von den Terrassen Etwas schwierig für Menschen, die alt sind und nicht mehr so geländegängig - damit man sich drauf einrichtet
• Veronika (8/5): The location is the point - Second time here. The location is the main plus of this place, private, with a fantastic view, and surrounded by the vineyards. Parking available at the property, self check-in. After check-in came a woman with some sanitary things, unannounced, and the next day there was a man in the garden. Turned out it was a gardener working there; however, I believe a warning/information from the owner prior to his arrival would be nice, I was quite shocked and scared, the location is remote, and I did not expect a strange man on the premises. Maybe he could have come another day, when the place was not rented by us? Just a suggestion! I rent remote places because I do not want to be bothered and value privacy above all.
• Malina (9/5): House with a soul in the middle of wineyards - I rarely visit places I find it hard to rate, but that's exactly what I've experienced here. So far, positives include excellent communication with the owners, a beautiful place with a magnificent view. If you visit in late August or September, you'll feel like you're in Tuscany. The house is surrounded and adorned with vines, and the whole place has a truly cinematic atmosphere. That's why I rate the atmosphere 11/10. On a less positive note, if you decide to spend your time in this house, you have to accept that it's showing its age and could use some renovation. Some doors wouldn't open, others wouldn't close, and some furniture was begging to be replaced, like the bathroom tiles. This is a house that has seen a lot and needs a lot from people. And it has not only a soul but also permanent residents - ants and mice.
• Marion (7/5): - Die Lage war einfach wunderschön, zwischen den Weinbergen mit Blick auf die Donau und sogar Stift Göttweig, was uns und den Kindern besonders gefallen hat war die Überraschung das es einen Pool gab. Die Betten waren bequem und die Zimmer von der Größe völlig ausreichend. Das Haus und auch teilweise die Einrichtung ist schon in die Jahre gekommen.

• Radim (10/5): - Krásný výhled, absolutní klid a okolí plné vinic. Pro ty, kdo chtějí relax a prozkoumávat město a okolí se jedná o dokonalou startovní lokalitu. Klid, ticho, soukromí
• colette (8/5): Great views of Melk Abbey in distance, lots of space to spread out and enjoy for a party of seven - It was a shorr drive to River Danube where we were able to swim each day plus small pool was an unexpected bonus. The majority of plates, bowls and mugs were chipped which is unattractive and unhygienic. No bottle opener for wine
• Veronika (10/5): Paradise in the vineyards - Amazing place where I would love to stay for a whole summer. Perfect. There was no water running upstairs in the bathroom and no lights in one of the rooms. The door in the living room should be checked, it was not possible to close them properly.
• Amsden (8/5): Enjoyable family time. - Beautiful location and setting. Lovely spot but a few simple repairs needed as a lot of things attached to walls were loose; picture nail, towel and toilet holder and wall scone. Could use dry wall plugs to anchor better.
• Yuval (6/5): Good potential house but bad maintanace - Big house sorounded by great view and vineyards. Alot of places to seat outside. Bad maintenance of several things in the house: broken ceramik tiles, craks in the walls, toilet leakage, doors are making noise when closing, shades are not closing and need paint... The saloob sofa is too small for 6 people, the wood floor is craking and maje alot of noise when walking. The location is far from the center and need car for each going out
• Claire (8/5): Very good - The house was beautiful. It was spacious and had everything we needed, washing machine ironing board, iron, fridge, oven hob , kettle etc even had some tea and sugar. Perfect for a large family or a group there was 10 of us enough beds and rooms for all (4 bedrooms all with double beds or two single beds in, plus sofa bed that could sleep two more people). One of the bedrooms has a nice balcony. There was also a cot which was perfect for my youngest son! Location is beautiful and has a lovely view. Lots of space and bbq is also available to use. House has a conservatory, another nice place to eat or relax together. The place was clean and bathroom facilities were good the house had two bathrooms and two toilets. I especially liked the bath which was a lovely large, water was nice and hot, there was a shower attachment to the bath also. There is a separate shower too in the other bathroom. There’s enough spaces for two cars at a squeeze three small maybe. We had two cars which fit fine in the parking space next to the house. I would love to visit again! The banister was loose wobbly and could be secured for better safety when going up/down stairs. Light fixture was loose on stairwell and should be repaired for safety! New keysafe maybe as the present keysafe box jammed a bit and was difficult to get the keys in/out.
