Any abuse of threatening behavior towards staff or contractors will result in immediate termination of stay without a refund. Any booking for more than 21 nights will require a mid-stay clean at guest cost. The agent is not responsible, nor has control over building and renovation work by neighboring properties and cannot issue refunds in such circumstances. The guest acknowledges that they are required to complete an online check in form prior to the day of arrival. ID such as a license is required. Feel free to blur address on license. This information is removed from our systems 14 days after check out. There is a $3000 security deposit taken during schoolies period that is taken prior to arrival. Unless specifically stated the property does not provide linen such as sheets, towels, pillowcases, tea towels, bathmats. We can arrange the hire of these at an additional cost. Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

- Steven (5/5): It’s a nice location, but not in the luxury standed. - The view was great, the location was good for what we were there for. The property was not cleaned very well, lots of big ants all over the bench tops, spider webs throughout the property, would suggest pest control not up to date, Hot water system was not good very hard to set water for showering and a long time to get a sink full of water, was going to have a hot bath but no plug in bathtub. Internet very unreliable, dropout all the time throughout the week we were there.

Clean place and perfectly located to sea and land facilities.
Great Kitchen and lots of room. The AC remote didn't work so we had to be either overheated on 25degree default setting or turned it off and froze.
The pillows were plentiful but cheap and uncomfortable.
Having to bring our own towels and linen was a pain although a rental service is offered.
Front door lock had a key stuck in it when we arrived although we were still able to lock the front door.
