No Parties or Events: Parties and events are not permitted at this property. Failure to comply will result in your booking being canceled without refund. As such you will be required to leave the property, regardless of time of day/night. Quiet Time: Please keep noise to a minimum between 9pm and 8am. Please be mindful of your neighbors when using outdoor entertaining areas and pools. No amplified noise allowed at any time. Maximum Number of Guests: No more than the number of guests you have booked for may be at the property at any time. Parking: Please only park in designated spots. Please do not block driveways Security: Please ensure the property is fully secured when not at the home and upon check out. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of AUD 1,000 is required. The host charges this before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. Bits (8/5): A very comfortable stay on the NSW Central Coast - Kokaburra Retreat is in a great spot and very light and sunny. It was nice to have some basic supplies provided and the instructions and general information book was very useful. The common areas had plenty of space for us (nine adults) and it was all very comfortable. It is a bit of a walk to the beach but that didn't bother us at all.
