• Kathryn (9/5): Lovely house with everything you could need for a comfortable stay in a great location to explore Margaret River - Location was close to town, although too far to walk comfortably. Property well equipped. Comfortable beds. Great heating. Kitchen hot tap did not have hot water and main bedroom ensuite left hand hot tap did not work. Minor issues, easily overcome

• Vicky (9/5): Superb - Much better than the photos doesn't do it justice. Very clean, modern furniture, lovely rooms. Beautiful home, recommended. The central heating was not working but radiator heaters were supplied. Electric blankets, fireplace listed in advert but not available. Questioned re fireplace and was told we can take our own firewood etc. Advice is just to remove from advert then no confusion.:)

• Mary (8/5): Great for a girls weekend. - Bedrooms and living areas were spacious and clean, garden was well looked after. Very close to scenic walk along the river. minor thing, but the family/ dining area wasn't set out well. Lounges faced a fire place that didn't work - would be nicer facing the window. TV and coffee table were way too far away from the lounge.

As above - Position and space The pillows!!!!!!! , rusty BBQ with cockroaches and more specific instructions needed eg for the oven. Couldn’t get in to start with!! And tried to contact on our arrival but know one got back to us. Too many keys to fit in lock box.
• Karina (9/5): It was a comfortable stay that was a home away from home for our large party of 8. - The central heating was a great plus after coming from quite a few cold and wet days in perth. Even the toilets were heated! We enjoyed the use of the dishwasher, washer and dryer too. We liked that there was a pay-it-forward shelf where we found olive oil, and many other condiments. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and well-made, with plenty of fresh linen ready for us. The rooms looked modern and clean. Coming back to the property was something we looked forward to each day. The surroundings were beautiful and we were greeted with views of some of the local birds feasting on the trees outside the house. The house is beautifully landscaped and minutes away from the nearby weir/trekking paths and a playground. We enjoyed taking walks outside during our stay here. The trash bin outside was already already half full when we arrived and the staff didn’t respond to my messages on how/when we could take out the big bin for clearing so we could continue using the bin for our daily trash loads. Toiletries were minimal - just bars of soap. I was somehow under the impression that there would at least be shampoo as well. The kitchen drawers were a little messy though we did manage to find everything that we needed eventually. We had wanted to use the BBQ but the grills were rusted and it looked a little out of it.

• Margaret (6/5): probably not stay there again - I have previously stayed there no fridge as it broke down and so we had a bar fridge provided. No hot water on arrival, it had been turned off, we had to ring the contact number for help. also one of the back bedrooms the cupboard had an outbreak of ants. very unfortunate.
• Chongkonnee (8/5): comfortable, very strong wifi, bed can be improved by putting mat on top. Pls provide more towels - central air /heat conditioner. big living room not enough lights in living dining as 2 of the lights didint work. pls install lamps. garden is not well looked after

• Anne (7/5): Great spot but needs a bit of TLC to bring it up to the cost of stay. - Great location, common areas spacious It needs a good clean of kitchen pots and pans. Some should be discarded. Issue with stove, blew a fuse, was dirty, so old the numbers worn off dials. The sheets on king bed were queen so did not fit, no fitted bottom sheet, sheets stained.

• Sue (10/5): House was very spacious and comfortable, good location. Would stay again. - The house was awesome. Very spacious and comfortable. The top corner window in the lounge room makes it very bright in the mornings. Could do with blinds.
• Kevin (10/5): See above - The property exceeded our expectations. The property is better than the pictures show. We especially loved the open dining/meals/kitchen area. Bedrooms were of a spacious size and the beds were very good. Loved the view outside from all the front windows, and had an opportunity to light a fire in the very generous fireplace. Kitchen had all the appliances we needed, even though we didn't spend much time in the house during the day - Golf weekend Friday - Monday, but overall 10/10. Would love to buy similar to this if I had the chance....... Stay wasn't long enough.
