• Peter (8/5): We like the place, mountains and communication with the property owners. - There are 3 lifts operating during the summer in walking distance (about 10 minutes walk). Nice and quiet neighborhood in 1500m mountain pass. The view from the bottom apartment was not what we expected, we could barely see some of the hills surrounding us. There was a quad parking directly at the terrace.
• Damir (4/5): Might be OK for undemanding families with small kids, avoid as group of grownups. - Location of the house is very good, 50m from the ski piste. One bedroom is nice and big. Living area is also spacious with a big dining table. Heated ski boots locker. Where to start, first of all, the landlord speaks only German and isn't very friendly nor forthcoming. When asked if the house could fit eight people he said yes and demanded extra 16€ per night for the extra person. Luckily our friend didn't come because the 8th "bed" was super small and narrow sofa in the living room, impossible for the normal sized person to sleep in. I was asked to pay "Ortstaxe" separately from the main invoice and was overcharged for 23€ which I paid and now hope to get back... One bedroom with the bunk bed is super small and the bunk bed is only 180-185 cm long, absolutely unsuitable for grownups! The second double bed is very narrow, maybe 140 cm, so avoid it for friends, might be suitable for couples. Bathroom is moldy in and around the shower, there was no soap for washing hands and only two roles of toilet paper for seven people for 3 nights. Kitchen is very small and one heater on the stow causes the whole house to short-circuit and lose power.
