werner (6/5): Gefahr durch fehlendes Geländer - Die Ausstattung war sehr gut. Lediglich ein Mikrowellenherd fehlte. Der Vermieter wollte die ungesetzliche Gefahr an der Treppe nicht beheben. Drei von vier Schlafzimmern waren daher nur eingeschränkt nutzbar.
