• Merete (9/5): Vi hadde et flott opphold her, kan anbefales om du vil bo litt utenfor senter av Roma. - Flott leilighet, passet utmerket for familie med 3 ungdommer. Nyoppusset. Tre soverom og to bad, god stue og oppholdsrom. Stille i tredje etasje. Rett utenfor går buss og metro er kun 5 min unna. Hjelpsom eier som ordnet taxi fra flyplass for oss og svarte på alle spørsmål vi hadde.

Soggiorno perfetto nel cuore di Roma! La casa vacanza ha una posizione imbattibile che permette di visitare le principali attrazioni a piedi, senza stress. L’appartamento è impeccabile: pulizia eccellente, ambienti curati e dotati di tutti i comfort (Wi-Fi veloce, cucina attrezzata, letto comodissimo). Ideale sia per coppie che per famiglie o per chi viaggia per lavoro e vuole una sistemazione centrale ma tranquilla. Un grande valore aggiunto è l’host: professionale, reattivo e sempre disponibile. • Diego (10/5): Un gioiello nel centro di Roma - La struttura si trova a pochi metri dal Colosseo, in pieno centro di Roma. É servita da Metro ma a piedi si possono raggiungere le mete più affascinanti della Città Eterna. Fantastiche Chiese, monumenti iconici (Colosseo, Fori Imperiali, Terme di Caracalla, ecc). L’appartamento è stato ristrutturato da poco con cura, raffinatezza. In salone soffitti a volta in pietra con una illuminazione calda che crea una atmosfera unica. Un angolo cottura in legno bianco che sembra da casa delle bambole. Bello e con tutto quel che occorre per cucinare. Macchina del caffè della Illy. Tre camere da letto nuove, con inserti di design, silenziose e con letti comodissimi. Due bagni con doccia da copertina di rivista. Pulizia al top. Mi sono sentito sicuro e a mio completo agio, anche grazie a Cristina che mi ha ricevuto in modo professionale omaggiandomi anche un buonissimo prosecco. É uno di quei casi in cui le foto non rendono la assoluta bellezza dell’appartamento. Provare per credere

Appartamento bellissimo, pulito e comodo, con tutti i comfort. - A szállás előtt a megbeszélt időben várt a tulajdonos nő (Christina) barátnőja, aki átadta a kulcsot, felvezetett minket a lakásba, és mindent részletesen, angolul beszélve elmagyarázott. (Köszönjük, nagyon hasznos volt!) A lakás a ház második emeletén van, lifttel is megközelíthető, gyönyörű, tiszta, minden kényelemmel felszerelt, van hajszáíró, mosógép, az ágyak kényelmesek, a két fürdőszoba nagy, kényelmes, gyönyörű. A tulajdonos egy kis tortával és pezsgővel várt minket, ez nagyon meleg és barátságos fogadtatás. Az utcán közvetlenül a lakás mellett kis kávézó, ahol lehet reggelizni. Összességében az elvárásainkat bőven túlszárnyalta a lakás! Köszönjük! Davanti all’alloggio, all’orario concordato, ci aspettava l’amica della proprietaria (Christina), che ci ha consegnato le chiavi, ci ha accompagnati nell’appartamento e ci ha spiegato tutto in dettaglio in inglese. (Grazie, è stato molto utile!) L’appartamento si trova al secondo piano dell’edificio, accessibile anche con ascensore, è bellissimo, pulito, dotato di tutti i comfort, c’è un asciugacapelli, una lavatrice, i letti sono comodi, i due bagni sono grandi, confortevoli e splendidi. La proprietaria ci ha accolti con una piccola torta e dello champagne, un benvenuto molto caloroso e amichevole. In strada, proprio accanto all’appartamento, c’è un piccolo caffè dove è possibile fare colazione. In generale, l’appartamento ha superato ampiamente le nostre aspettative! Grazie! • Mariette (10/5): Perfect appartment - Cristine as host was wonderful, she was very helpfull, arranged taxi, lovely restaurant tips and sincerely interrested in us. The appartment was top! Equipment complete including espresso machine, all rooms airco, much space, huge tv, we missed nothing. Location near supermarket, restaurants and nice breakfast opportunities and tram/bus to Rome center in front of the door (inside you don't hear them).

Air Con was a bonus. Great position at Gare du Lyon area- we walked most places. Top notch stay. Kettle was broken BUT a new one arrived the very next morning - I cannot think of any other issues
• Nerida (10/5): Awesome location within walking distance to do much. So clean, well equipped and roomy! - Everything was perfect - exactly what we were looking for. Typically Roman/Italian with character and a real family feel. Christina was so beautiful and kind to us (thank-you!) going way above and beyond to assist us with so many recommendations and also with changing train reservations due to a last minute strike. We had everything in the house that we needed, including plenty of space for our family of three older teens and ourselves. I would stay there again in a heartbeat! We loved everything!
• Colette (10/5): - Comfortable, stylish apartment, and well equipped kitchen. We were only here for two nights, but we would have loved to have spent more time here. Cristina is lovely and keeps in touch throughout the stay. We were there during a heatwave, and the air-conditioning was very much appreciated. The location is 15 mins away from the Collesium in one direction, and the Metro 15 mins in the other. Thanks for the excellent coffee maker, too! Nothing.
• Philip (10/5): Fantastic apartment with wonderful host. - Everything, it was clean and tidy. A beautiful apartment, well decorated and furnished and a good location for Colosseum and subway. The host Cristina was so lovely, helpful and quick to respond. Was even there when we left and called our taxi to make sure they were on their way. It’s only a personal choice but would prefer more pillows.

Very close to colloseum, if you do not want to walk you can go by tram /bus in front of the property . Carrefour supermarket is about 3-4 min walk towards the colloseum. Communication with Christina was excellent she was very responsive and helpful. Good restaurant next to the property. Li Rioni restaurants near colloseum had best pizza and pasqualino restaurant near colloseum was very good too. Everything was good had a wonderful stay
• Rachael (10/5): Spacious comfortable apartment in great location - Before arriving to the apartment communication was good with Cristina. Upon arriving we were greeted at the taxi door with an umbrella as it was raining outside. She had left a bottle of Prosecco and cherry cake for us to enjoy! You can tell she cares about her guests. The apartment was really spacious, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. We have a one year old and had all the cooking equipment needed to make food for him. The couch was really comfy and there was a big new tv for chilling out after lots of walking. We also used the jacuzzi bath which was fab! The bedrooms are at opposite ends of the apartment so it would be perfect for two couples or families with kids. The location was perfect, a short walk to the colosseum. Plenty of restaurants, shops etc nearby. Would def stay again. Thanks Cristina!
• Judith (10/5): Luxury in Rome - This is a luxury apartment!! We loved it. It was decorated beautifully. Great taste! And very clean. Cristina was so helpful and left us some tasty treats as a welcome gift. The neighborhood is a nice one. And it's only a 10-12 minute walk to the Colloseum. Close to bus, tram, and Metro. We loved it.

The apartment was comfortable and well appointed. There was noise from the apartment above and adjacent during the late evening which was a bit disruptive when getting our young girls to sleep.

Two bathrooms, one with a lovely bath. The apartment was big. Everything we could need was in there. It was better than we could imagine. Felt really safe. Would highly recommend for couples, groups and families. Loved it all.

Great for restaurants and cofes and a very genuine Italian feel. I really enjoyed staying in this neighborhood. I still walked to all major attraction like Colosseum. Highly recommended.

• Alberto (10/5): Spent amazing days in Rome using this beautiful place as headquarter for our visit - Cristina, the host of this beautiful location , provided us a very warm welcome as never seen in many years of traveling. The place is within walking distance from the Colosseum, Roman Forum, St John Basilica, Colle Oppio and the Metro. Restaurants, shopping and amenities surrounding the locations. The place was comfortable, with high speed WiFi, 2 bathrooms, cooling system for fighting the high temperature we found in Rome the past days. Cristina was very reactive for any suggestions we asked for. A place you have to consider if you’ll will to visit Rome.

• Will (9/5): Good base to explore Rome with a tram stop right outside the apartment - Cristine was a lovely host and very helpful on our departure. The apartment is spacious and in a great neighbourhood. The 3rd bedroom contains a sofa bed and you have to walk through it to the master bedroom, this wasn't clear in the photos. It was a little stuffy in the apartment so needed air conditioning on in each room. We also found it difficult to get more than a ristretto out of the coffee machine - First World problem!

• Maggie (8/5): Super location!! - Cristina was great! The check-in was perfect and easy. The location is absolutely wonderful just about a 10 minute walk from the Colleseum and just in front of the bus stop and a couple of minute walk from Manzoni subway station. We had two people in our group with limited mobility and the apartment was perfect as it has an elevator, no steps (except a small one in the bathrooms) and access to the public transport is ideal! For people with limited mobility - the apartment is nice and spacey. Please note that there is an elevator (quite hard to find in Rome!) however it isn't the biggest. It was perfect for us as our daughter's wheelchair is small but for an adult-size chair is may be too tight. I would check dimensions with Cristina before booking. The decoration is very 'Roman'. I thought it could use a slight 'refresh' but it wasn't a big issue.
• Magdalena (10/5): Comfortable stay in the centre of Rome - We were 2 couples and a 1 y.o. baby - each couple had a lot of privacy, as there were 2 separate, locked bedrooms and 2 separate bathrooms. The owner prepared a beautiful sweet welcome gift for us, and arranged a lot of comodities for my little baby! ( baby bed, chair for eating, baby bath, even some baby cosmetics- it was really special and extremely helpful). The owner was always answering my messages very fast, and helped me with booking a taxi to the airport on the last day. Flat is really beautiful, clean and has everything what's needed for a short or longer stay. I strongly recommend it to bigger groups and families :) -
• Mark (10/5): Great. - Colosseo room is a short walk from the Colosseum. It is in a block of flats and is set back from the road and so relatively quiet. The lounge area is very comfortable with a large tv if you want. The kitchen has all you need. The bedrooms are spacious and the two bathrooms a huge plus with a big bath and shower if you need. Cristina is a super host and arranged transfers from the airport and was readily available if needed. Upstairs neighbours were noisy one night but apart from closing the windows not much you can do about that.

Christina the host was so helpful she even arranged a dentist for us when my daughters braces came unattached during our flight over. This was so smoothly organized right on our arrival i was so grateful. Location is perfect for going to the Colosseum which is a must do in rome. • Daovy (10/5): Wonderful stay with a fantastic accommodation just as advertised. Great location and close to the Colosseum, but not bus - The property looked exactly as advertised. It was well kept, modern with touches of Ancient Rome. It was a beautiful place and easy to get to with walking distance to the Colosseum and other areas of interest. Right next to the entrance, is a restaurant that conveniently opened in the am to pm. So we got our cappuccino and baked goods in the morning from there since I didn’t know how to use the one in the apartment. Also, the owner was easy to get a hold of and very accommodating. We arrived several hours before checkin from our cruise and she made accommodations to store our luggage while we went sight seeing until checkin was available. This is not a dislike, but just to mention that European showers are a bit on the smaller side so if you’re tall like my husband 6’2 with broader shoulders, it will be a tight fit. We knew ahead of time that we’d run into this situation so he made it work. I’m petite and had no problem.

• Koen (10/5): perfect spot for a longer family stay in Rome - spacious and well maintained apartment, close to many attractions and well connected via public transport we have been received with the gratest kindness. the special hair drier and good avails of fresh towels were greatly appreciated. Cristina kindly arranged a taxi for us we enjoyed the quiet of “our place” in Rome, to take a rest after seeing all the beauty, to have a glass of wine, enjoy a pizza,… all is well possible. i can recommend everyone this place to see all of Rome and feel part of the city for the period of stay two small remarks: the double bathroom is very nice, but there is only one shower, so sometimes a bit of choreography may be needed. we were only 4 so no prob at all. we only missed small espresso cups :)

It was perfectly clean and comfortable. The location couldn’t have been better. Cristina gave a wonderful welcome and goes the extra mile to look after her guests. Considerable noise from upstairs neighbours very early in the morning in the back bedroom meant that earplugs were essential for me. The rest of the time it was absolutely silent! I think there must’ve been something unusual going on as it was on only 2 days of our stay at 5 am to 6 am
• Guðrún (10/5): Enjoyable stay at a beautiful well equipped super clean apartment with an amazing host - We were welcomed at arrival by Girogio our host Christina's brother. He showed us around and gave us the keys to the aprtment. This beautiful apartment really has everything you need and more. A bottle of bubbles where waiting in the fridge and it even had expresso coffee machine and coffee!!! We loved having two bathrooms and everything is super super clean. Breakfast is not included but there is a small restaurant downstairs next door where you can buy one and there are supermarkets within just a few minutes walk in both directions where you can buy fresh bread and everything else you might need.There is also a gelateria around the corner with delicious icecream and a pharmacy close by. The location of the apartment is excellent just a few minutes walk to two different metro stations and the bus stops right outside. It is also close to the Colosseum maybe 10 minutes walk and the roman forum, palatine hill and piazza Venezia. We really liked this neighbourhood and always felt safe.Christina is the most amazing host. She is very caring and attentive and checked every day to see if we were ok and if we needed anything. I had an accident during my stay and Christina went above and beyond to help us with anything she could. I don't know what we would have done without her. I will definitely stay at Colosseo room next time I'm in Roma and I highly recommend it.

It's near the Colosseum and the metro, right above a store that has breakfast in the morning and spaghetti in the evening. Everything is perfectly clean, good beds, a working elevator and best of all a jacuzzi! Would definitely recommend it.

The apartment was well equipped, spacious, sparkling clean, the hot tub was lovely. There are plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood and a couple or supermarkets in the area. Cristina the host was very nice, responsive, she even left Halloween cookies and Prosecco for us:) I would definitely recommend this place. As the apartment is only facing an interior patio, there is very limited daylight inside. For a couple of days it's not an issue but I reckon for a longer stay it could be a downside.
• Rebecca (8/5): Very good - The location for us was perfect, easy walking distance of the metro and colesseum and also only 15 mins from the main train station. There were a number of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance as well as supermarkets 5 minutes away. I liked the inside of the building, easy stairs and an elevator if required, although the apartment is only the the second floor. The apartment had lovely high ceilings and the bedrooms are at the back so no street noise, aircon in both bedrooms and the living area. We found the beds rather hard
• Rosanna (10/5): Colosseo Room was the perfect place to spend our Rome vacation! - Cristina was an amazing host! She was so helpful with directions as Rome can be quite confusing. She left a wonderful cake and bottle of Prosecco for us which was a wonderful surprise. Her home was very comfortable and the perfect place to relax after a long day of sight seeing. The location was amazing! There was a great restaurant right beside the entrance door and so many other options within walking distance. The Colosseum was only a 15 minute walk from the apartment. There was also a convenience store right around the corner to grab snacks and drinks. Cristina even arranged our transportation to the airport as we were a group of 4 with lots of luggage. Overall, I would highly recommend Colosseo Room to anyone looking to stay in Rome! Everything was amazing - nothing bad to say at all!
