• Katalin (10/5): Nagyon kellemesen szállás, nyugodt környezet. - A lakás nagyon szépen felújított, jól felszerelt, tiszta, két vendégszobával rendelkezik, mindkettőhöz saját fürdőszoba tartozik, a konyha közös. A szállásadó udvarias, segítőkész, a kommunikáció is jól működött, érkezéskor várt minket. 2.emelet lift nélkül - csomaggal egy kicsi fáradságos a feljutás, bár csak egyszer kell, lefelé már könnyebb.

• Martin (9/5): Naples, une ville à découvrir - Situé à 5 min à pied de la gare, donc des lignes de métro et de la navette bus aéroport , la chambre située au 2eme étage d’un immeuble ancien est très propre, fonctionnel et confortable et donne accès à une cuisine partagée bien équipée L’hôte est sympathique et disponible L’insonorisation vis à vis de l’extérieur et de l’intérieur est insuffisante. Heureusement que la rue n’est pas très passante L’hôte ne parle qu’italen, ce qui limite les interactions

• Karla (10/5): - vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e al centro storico, intorno ci sono anche tanti negozietti e bar utili ad ogni evenienza. c’è la possibilità di prendere qualche merendina per fare colazione, la macchina del caffè, il microonde, il bollitore elettrico e tante altre cose. la camera così come l’intero appartamento è pulitissimo e nella sua semplicità offre tutto il necessario. il proprietario, Antonio, che ci ha ospitato è stato veramente molto gentile, simpatico ed accogliente. mio fratello ed io ci siamo trovati molto bene, grazie!

• Alexandru (10/5): - In primul rand, intrarea spre complex este superba Foarte multe filme celebre au fost filmate in Italia, iar acestea aveau acelasi mod de construire al cladirilor, anume intrare in zona centrala a blocului unde este in aer liber, apoi intri prin colturi spre apartamente. Vibe super pe care il ador Complexul de apartamente este foarte ok, 3 camere private si o bucatarie comuna. Am stat in camerca cu balcon si a meritat, ai priveliste spre strazi si poti admira peisajele. Amplasarea este foartr buna, la 7-8 minute de Napoli Centrale, de unde am avut tururile ghidate, extrem de usor de ajus pe jos. Esti foarte aproape si de centrul istoric, 10-14 minute pe jos. Camera spatioasa, curata, baia ok, ai destul de multe lucruri ajutatoare la bucatarie, iar Giuseppe este foarte ajutator si de treaba. Reconand cu drag aceasta cazare.

Antonio m’a aider à porter mon sac, il a été très arrangeant que ce soit sur l’heure de mon arrivé ou pour garder mon sac en attendant l’heure pour que j’aille prendre mon avion. Un service parfait, du café et des croissants pour le matin offert. Je recommande à 100% et le conseillerait à mon entourage si quelqu’un souhaite venir à Naples !
• Clive (7/5): Very satisfied with great value accommodation in a great central location. - The apartment is located on the second floor of a tenement block which makes it nice and secure, with three separate bedrooms for visitors, two of these are en-suite, and one with its own bathroom off the communal corridor. The apartment is five minutes walk from the main rail station, which gives great access to Metro, buses, and the airport shuttle, and is a good base for walking to many attractions such as the Centro Storico. The amenities and facilities are neat and clean, though the breakfast was pretty basic - croissants, and espresso from a nice machine in the kitchen. Antonio the host was there to welcome me. The entrance from the street was a bit daunting and at first I couldn’t figure out how to get in - the apartment call button is one of many within a mesh cage and wasn’t easy to identify. However, Antonio phoned me from the apartment while I was faffing about at the street entrance door, and things were quickly sorted.

Nos recibieron muy bien. Muy gentil la señora y el señor que nos esperaron. Muy bien precio/ calidad. El baño tiene secador de pelo y la ducha funcionaba excelente. Hay una cocina para beber café y hacer alguna colación. Sugerimos que arreglen la tabla del inodoro que estaba rota. A tener cuenta que está en el tercer piso del ediificio y no hay ascensor.

Lo único que sí es importante tomar en cuenta: Es un segundo piso por escalera y no está adaptado para personas con problemas de mobilidad.

• Marco (9/5): ottima struttura - ottima struttura, le stanze sono pulite e ben attrezzate, dotate del necessario come la cucina in comune. La posizione è strategica , arrivate al binario calmo (cioè la galleria d'ingresso per la stazione centrale) in 5 minuti e alla stazione/metro in 10, ma a differenza di altre zone limitrofe alla stazione che non sono il massimo, questa zona qui è tranquilla e sicura, e inoltre ha negozi nonchè piccolo mercato rionale a due passi (e la famosa pizzeria Pellone è dietro l'angolo) . Prezzo onesto, a differenza di altre strutture non dipende dalla struttura ovviamente ma il palazzo avrebbe bisogno di un restyling all'interno, e purtroppo manca l'ascensore. Sono due piani quindi non è un grosso problema per salire e scendere quotidianamente però quando bisogna farlo coi bagagli può esserlo

• Barbara (9/5): Great value for money, we would stay here again - We had a pleasant time here, would definitely recommend it. Clean and comfortable room, the AC worked very well and the shutter is definitely a highlight, made the room completely dark at night. The kitchen is well equipped, the owner is very nice. Not the nicest area but close to the train and metro station so it was practical for us. Bathroom was external and a bit too small.

The room was super clean and smells good upon arrival, the toilet was also clean. The host was amazing. He greeted us upon arrival and gave us a thorough tour of the whole accommodation which we find very helpful. We loved our 2-night stay here!!

• Vedad (7/5): Great spot near central station, ideal for whole day exploring of the city - We appreciated its near the main station. It might not look at first but the location is safe and peaceful. If you plan to just have a place to sleep and spend the whole day outside, you found the ideal accomodation! If you are a light sleeper, avoid this place. Walls are really thin and we could hear everything - from other people going to the toilet and flushing, taking a shower and leaving the fan on or in general moving around the flat. Ear plugs are a must have. Also our bed was really unfomfortable, mattress very thin so we had to put more blankets to make it okay to sleep.

With a kitchen on our disposal was cosy, it was well organized had room with bathroom perfect. The keys the privacy everything was as it should be. The water is noisy because of the old building. The staircase was old and not very clean.

• Natalie (9/5): Comfy, clean and great value for money. - The room was very clean, bright and spacious. Our bathroom was outside of the room, but it was used only by us, so not problem at all. The kitchen with nibbles and coffee for breakfast was a plus. Communication with the owner for check in was easy. The location is good, specially if you arriving in Naples by train. But keep in mind that the area around the train station is dirty and ugly. We didn’t have any safety issues, but depending on where you are coming from, it can be cause a really bad impression. There are makers, cafes and bar around. And if you like to walk, you can reach many attractions in a 30 minutes walk. Nothing. Just the area near the train station and to reach the building is ugly, but that’s not the hotel fault or responsibility.

It was very easy to find because it is in a good part of the city with lots of cafes/restaurants close by. The host was very friendly and helpful. There was a helpful information sheet that had ideas of places to go in and around Napoli. Very clean and had a free breakfast/coffee station, as well as other drinks to buy. Would definitely stay again! Everything was great
