• Annalisa (10/5): Meraviglia - Meraviglia. Appartamentino pulito e curato nei dettagli, fornito di aria condizionata, strumenti da cucina, piatti, moka e tutto, addirittura abbinato. Soffitto a vista, muri di mattoni, finestre e tendoni, tavolino privago all'aperto, tutto bellissimo. La ragazza gentilissima, ben oltre le aspettative. Ci è venuta incontro per qualsiasi esigenza. E ci hanno fatto rimanere anche la mattina dopo oltre Orario check out, offerto vino e acqua. Piscina con lettini e zona relax fantastiche, super tranquillo immerso nel verde con panorami bellissimi. Parcheggio con tendone per l'ombra. Se mai dovessi avere l'occasione torneremmo volentieri. Sperduto nei colli toscani, nel bene e nel male, dipende cosa si cerca!

Sabina ist immer für einen da und kümmert sich mit ganzem Herzen um die Gäste und die Anlage. Ihre Tipps für Ausflüge und Essen geben dem ganzen Aufenthalt einen magischen Flair. Es war außergewöhnlich schön!

• Veronika (9/5): - Velmi milá manažerka Sabina splnila všechna naše přání a ochotně reagovala na veškeré naše požadavky. Bez příplatku nám vyměnila apartmán za variantu se zahrádkou, což velmi ocenily i naše fenečky :) Ubytování bylo čisté a celé místo krásné. Určitě se sem někdy rádi vrátíme. Ve vile nám chyběla teplejší přikrývka, protože tam bylo chladněji. Jediná škoda je, že voda není pitná.

Ontzettend vriendelijk, gastvrij en behulpzaam.de perfecte host voor de perfecte locatie👌 Ook stond er bij en rondom de huisjes overal kruiden en fruitbomen, waar van gegeten mocht worden. Vijgen, citroenen, limoenen etc. Het was voor ons de eerste keer en wij gaan hier zeker nog een keer terug komen 😃❤️

• Christian (10/5): - Sabina is a very friendly host. She gives a lot of recommendations for sightseeing in Tuscany. We felt very comfortable and had a wonderful time. It's also possible to purchase local wine and self-made olive oil.

If we had any questions she was always easy to contact and very helpful. The views were incredible what you would expect when staying in the Tuscan hills. The house was very clean and had everything you needed. Would recommend staying in this lovely place. The living room could have a bit more comfortable seating for the number of people staying at the property. Otherwise nothing to complain about.

• g.revita (10/5): Getaway from the city. It was magical! - Communication with the host was effortless, and she was very flexible even when we arrived a bit later than expected. I loved how the area felt so secluded from everything—if you’re looking for a little getaway in the mountains, this is the perfect place. We came from Rome and Florence, so it was wonderful to slow down on the farm. We also noticed lots of bees and essentially no wasps during our stay—a small but welcome sign of a healthy, well‑tended environment. If you're not very keen on driving high in the mountains, this is probably not for you. But there was nothing bad about this place.
• Daniel (10/5): Wunderbare 14 Tage in der Toskana - Wir als Familie (zwei Erwachsene und ein Teenager) würden der Unterkunft eine 10/10 geben. Wir wurden von Sabina super nett und herzlich empfangen und eingewiesen. Während des Aufenthaltes hat sie uns einige Tipps zu Ausflügen und Orten in der Region gegeben. Die Kommunikation lief gut im Englischen als auch im Deutschen.... Prinzipell ist die Unterkunft genauso wie man sich jene in der Toskana vorstellt. Ein wunderbarer Ausblick mit tollen Sonnenuntergängen, viel Ruhe, einigen Mücken in allen verschiedenen Größen als auch der typischen italienischen Atmosphäre mit Olivenhainen. Der Pool ist groß und stets sauber. Auch sind ausreichend Sitz- und Liegemöglichkieten vorhanden. Dadurch, dass es sich ja um eine Ferienwohnung handelt, muss man sich im klaren sein, dass man selber für seine Verpflegung verantwortlich ist. Dies ist jedoch kein sonderlich großes Problem, da alle nötigen Utensilien in der Küche vorhanden sind. Auch darf man sich freundlicherweise an den frischen Kräutern bedienen. Es steht einem sogar ein Grillplatz zur Verfügung. Hinsichtlich Einkaufen können wir eher den kleinen Supermarkt in Reggello "Supermercato Carrefour Express" empfehlen anstelle von größeren Supermärkten. Auf dem Anwesen gibt es einen zugewiesenen Parkplatz und jenen den wir hatten, besaß auch einen Sonnenschutz. Ein kleiner Tipp am Rande: man sollte auf jeden Fall, das bei Sabina erhältliche Olivenöl erwerben. Es stammt dort direkt aus der Region und hat eine Topqualität.

• Ron (10/5): Exceptionally beautiful pearl ❤️ - What a fantastically beautiful place! We stayed with six people in the four-bedroom house. Parking right outside, fully fenced, and equipped with every comfort. Mosquito screens and shutters everywhere on the windows. The bathrooms were recently renovated and very pleasant. Upstairs are three bedrooms and downstairs one. There were nine beds in total. Sabina is there when you need her, a hard-working power women together with her daughter. We were provided with vegetables from the garden, and you can pick your own herbs for dinner or mint tea. The view is breathtaking. What beautiful sunsets! Every evening is a magical moment. The village is within walking distance with a small supermarket and delicious ice cream. On Wednesday evenings, they also have a buffet here—you have to experience it! The pool is plenty big and 2.2 meters deep at one end. Each house has its own sunbeds, and we had three parasols. We enjoyed this exceptionally beautiful and fantastic place every day. We will definitely be back!! Nothing!!
• Felicitas (10/5): Ein sehr gemütliches Häuschen mit einer phänomenalen Aussicht ! Wir haben es geliebt !! - Es ist ein sehr gemütliches Häuschen mit einer phänomenal Aussicht! Die Natur ist kaum zu beschreiben. Das war das Erste was ich morgens gemacht habe... ein Blick in die weite Natur ! Der Pool hat eine optimale Größe und ist sehr gepflegt. Das Personal ist so lieb, dass man denkt, es ist Familie :) Das einzige was ein wenig umständlich ist (aber nichts mit der Unterkunft an sich zutun hat) ist die Lage bzw. die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wenn man sich besonders als Familie mit Kindern versorgen muss. Um etwas mehr einzukaufen, bei der man auch eine gewisse Auswahl haben möchte, muss man ca. 20 Minuten zum nächsten Lidl oder auch coop fahren.
• Jason (10/5): BEST PLACE TO STAY IN ALL OF TUSCANY! - Imagine having a 2 bedroom house overlooking the rolling hills of Tuscany with the comfort of having an amazing host nearby to help should you need anything. Sabrina was so easy to deal with and our daughters were enamored with her and she truly made our stay wonderful. We will definitely be back as this was our FAVORITE STAY IN ALL OF ITALY and we've been to Italy multiple times. Our kids absolutely loved it, they picked fruit from the pear trees, ran amongst the olive trees, swam in the pool and smiled the entire time we were there. They did not want to leave. The pool was a great size for our family and the other guests. THE VIEW IS AMAZING! Overlooks the rolling hills of Tuscany - great place just to sit outside and admire the view while enjoying an espresso / coffee. Parking was easy and google maps navigated us directly to the location. It's peaceful, quiet and Podere | Sorbi is the PERFECT PLACE TO STAY if you want the feel of a Private Tuscan Villa with million dollar views while also having support from the Host, Sabrina, who is amazing! IT WAS PERFECT! We would not change a thing. If you're looking for a relaxing place to stay in Tuscany - you've found it!

• Hollie (10/5): Our host Sabina made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. There was nothing we asked for that she didn’t provide - The property had all amenities as advertised. The location was exceptional as we were attending a wedding at Frattoria degli Usignoli. The mini market nearby had everything you could want and was within walking distance of the property.

This time we took advantage of Sabine's local knowledge and spent more time chekcing out Chianti and Florence. Thanks for the tips! Shame we were to late for the fresh figs. Don't miss the little bar/shop/grocer in town for fabulous aperol and capuccino with a family vibe. Everything was tutto bene, except the weather.

• Karina (5/5): Passable - The peace and quiet around the area was absolutely beautiful. Facilities around the place are well equipped. The host very nice and helpful. Left the bottle of water and coffee in the apartment for us as we came late night. Check in time no problem at all and very good communication with the host by what's app. Apartment had great view, there was kettle, gas cooker, coffee maker and other things which were handy. The place is very much out in the middle of nowhere which is nice because of the view and nature (around the place are mostly vineyards) but if you have no car you are in trouble. Nearest shop far away, Nearest restaurant 2 min by car (but table booking advisable). Road to the reception in very bad condition so be careful. Swimming pool had rules as long as a4 size paper. We didn't get in as water was cold but one of the rules said we had to wear cap. That put us off as this isn't something you want to do on your holidays... just personal opinion. Bed wasn't very comfortable.

• Charlotte (10/5): Quiet, serene and beautiful! A must stay!! - LOVED our stay here!! A perfect, quiet location and the pool and grounds were gorgeous. Our house was perfect for our group - so spacious and well set up. Great instructions sent before arrival about parking, getting in etc. Can’t fault it - would love to come back!! Nothing - perfect!!!!
• Michelle (9/5): Highly recommend this tuscan dream - Absolutely stunning property with amazing views of Tuscany. Easy to park the car. Sabina was very helpful and lovely, providing tips on how to navigate to Florence and make the most of the trip. Very spacious accomodation. If you stay here I recommend the restaurant Osteria De' Giusti a 25 minute drive away. The property is situated on top of a windy hill which is difficult and long to navigate. It is worth it for the view but tedious to make multiple trips up and down if coming back during the day.
• Jason (10/5): Super on all levels! - Very enjoyable stay. The views were breathtaking especially in the morning. Sabina was excellent to talk with and she was very helpful and informative. On our second night we couldn’t get the air conditioning to work but the evening was cool so we were fine.

• Mariella1973 (9/5): Superb - Absolutely stunning place. The villa was spacious, clean, welcoming, the pool was super clean and inviting. Perfect for our little group. Beautiful surroundings, we were blessed with good weather too. Sabina, our host, was absolutely awesome, she was on site every day and ready to answer our questions or show us the beautiful estate! Sabina told us in advance the water at the villa was not drinkable, so we bought a few bottles before hand. We later found a very handy water station in the village (just 10 mins walk from the villa) where we could easily refill at any time and free of charge. Perhaps this could be mentioned in the guest book so people know in advance.
• Dylan (10/5): Great views and great room! - We had such great views from our room, everything was just beautiful, great place would recommend! With a trailer with 2 bikes on it the roads were a bit challenging, but manageable if you put your mind to it haha.
• Coralia (7/5): Good - The view is stunning. There is a barbecue place, terrace, outdoor area is well maintained and clean, very nice personal. Far for everything, you can't buy any food or water at the location, water is not drinkable, and there are no agroturistic activities. The bed is not so comfortable.

• Marek (10/5): Wonderful. Great. Worth every cent spent. - The accommodation itself is wonderful. The location & mainly surroundings are worth every cent. You’ll get pitoresque views & sunsets, chill by the pool or good vibes by the evening while sitting on the terrace. The apartment was clean, very well equipped (especially the kitchen) & you’ll get all necessary & useful information from the booklet provided by the host. The cherry on the top is Sabina, the manager of the property who is helpful, cheerful & very nice person. I highly recommend Podere I Sorbi. I would only boost the wifi signal.
• Jeff (6/5): Large, spacious rooms; beautiful grounds; unsatisfactory furnishings. - Breakfast was not provided; however we had a stove, cookware and dishes. The location is accessible and quite beautiful, overlooking a beautiful valley. A small town with restaurants and a store is not too distant. The property does not have air conditioners and situation with air circulation from the windows left much to be desire (i.e., torn screens). One of the fans for the two rooms did not work, so of course, a comfortable room environment was not achievable.
• Peter (9/5): Beautiful location, good facilities and welcoming staff. - Wonderful grounds, lovely pool, comfortable facilities, helpful and friendly staff. Excellent location to access Florence and other Tuscan towns. There’s very little to find fault in Podere I Sorbi, but for heat sensitive Brits, 30 + centigrade without air con can make sleeping difficult and all mosquito nets need to be without holes and fully functional in order to prevent being a ready meal for mozzies.

A wonderful place 10 minutes walk from the town. Service that definitely exceeds standards - a huge thank you to Sabina who took care of everything. ideal places for a lazy holiday, but also as a starting point for nearby towns. everything was perfect!

• Polly (10/5): Amazing place, incredible views, friendly host - We had the most wonderful stay here! Sabina was incredibly friendly, accommodating and helpful giving us great tips for visiting Florence. Our apartment was spotlessly clean when we arrived and the kitchen was well equipped with pans and utensils. The pool was amazing with enough sun loungers for everyone, so no need to worry there! We were very sad to leave our balcony with its incredible views, would love to come here again! Grazie Sabina!
• Alyona (10/5): Feeling kinda proud to be the first USA visitors on the property :)) 100% recommend. - We fell in love with the property! Everything was perfect! Very clean, comfortable beds, crisp linens, some antique furniture. Sabina, the manager, was super sweet and accommodating. Upon arrival there was a welcoming basket with some fresh figs, salami and a big bottle of water, thank you very much. The views are amazing, especially when during sunset.

• Anim (10/5): We were here for a second time - We were here for a second time. It was truly great. "Our" beautiful small house had everything that you need. Moreover, the bathroom was renovated and the dishwasher was added. Florence was for the asking, only 40 minutes by car. We were there three times. It's also quite near to Bologna, Lukka, Piza. Sabina, like always, was very helpful.
