• Chemseddine (8/5): - L’emplacement est bien, proche du rialto tout se fait à pied. Et c’est assez grand pour 4 personnes. Manque de lumière
• Nino (10/5): Super place to stay in Venice - The appartment is in the center of the town, every must see places are near by, it is also 30 minuts walk from the railway station. The rooms and bathroom are very clean, beds are comfortable to have a good resting sleep.The hostiss is very nice and helful. I highly recomend this place, we were 4, even 6 peolpe could place, while there was a big sofe in the studio also. We could not find coffee or tea, which we needed a lot and no shampoo, but it does not matter. ANYWAY the place is highly recommended.

Donc c'est était soit ballon d eau chaude , soit l électricité Seulement 2 verres à pied pour 4 personnes Pas de très grande casserole ( pour les spaghetti par ex )

Cucina completa di ogni elettrodomestico e ampia nel salotto davvero carino ed accogliente. Consiglio vivamente. Il proprietario cortese ed il check in puntuale.

• Eunice (8/5): Apartamento muy amplio - Me gustó que el apartamento fuera súper espacioso. Por un lado, está la zona del living-comedor con una mesa, un sofá y la cocina; y, por el otro lado, una habitación alargada que tiene una cama matrimonial y 2 camas individuales. El baño era amplio aunque la ducha, un poco pequeña. Sería bueno colocar una repisa para poder apoyar el jabón y el shampoo. El apartamento está en la planta baja y se puede llegar caminando desde la estación Venezia Santa Lucia, incluso con las maletas, La ubicación es excelente ya que está cerca de todos los lugares, incluido el centro de Venecia, y no es necesario tomar un vaporetto para moverse dentro de la isla. Hay un supermercado cerca, además de que Venecia está llena de locales y de vida. Pudimos hacer el check-in antes y el check-out después, lo cual fue un gran plus ya que pudimos aprovechar mejor la estadía en Venecia. Costó poder prender los aires acondicionados. El agua caliente de la ducha se acababa rápido. Un recambio/modernización de las mantas vendría bien.

• eva (7/5): Lo recomiendo por la ubicación y el precio pero en verano.En invierno frío porque el split no iba bien. - Era amplio,bien ubicado y todo limpio Que el aire acondicionado se paraba cada 2x3 y se quedaba el apartamento frío.Tampoco me gustó que te duchabas y se acababa el agua caliente en 3 minutos.Y la luz se disparaba también.

• Perez (5/5): Podría mejorar - Lo mejor la ubicación Falta de limpieza, colchones para cambiarlos, huelo mucho a humedad y se oía por el sobre techo un “ruidito” q cada vez que se movía caía arenilla
• Lana (7/5): Романтичные путешествие! - Расположение квартиры. Легко дойти до всех достопримечательностей. Рядом станция гондол. В любое время можно покататься . Рядом с квартирой канал и мостик. Этот мостик упирается в тупик , в любое время можно постоять на нем в одиночестве и полюбоваться проплывающими гондолами. В квартире дубовая мебель и Хороший дизайн. Хозяева сохранили элементы старинной кладки . Оборудованная кухня и ванная. Все было очень чисто. В 10 минутах от квартиры по дороге к станции вапаретто … Nova есть старинная типография с уникальным старинным оборудованием и литографиями. Обязательно загляните. На дверях и окнах прозрачные шторы, тк квартира на первом этаже, то прохожим легко рассмотреть нас. Запах сырости в квартире присутствует, но это типично для Венеции. Мы бы посоветовали хозяевам регулярно включать бактерицидную лампу. Она поможет от этого запаха. Индукционная плита перестала работать . Справлялись микроволновой печью.

• Carmina (8/5): - La localización a 5 min andando del puente de Rialto, cerca de supermercados y restaurantes. Zona tranquila pero muy céntrica. Camas cómodas y comedor amplio, con cocina bien equipada (microondas, inducción y nevera). Apartamento bien distribuido. Baño grande completo. Pudimos dejar las maletas en el apartamento y recogerlas por la noche antes del vuelo, todo facilidades ! Por poner algún defecto, las ventanas no tienen persianas o porticones para que se puedan cerrar absolutamente, las cortinas tapaban bastante pero no lo suficiente (luz del sol al amanecer).

• Kellie (8/5): great place. The restaurant that belongs to the owner was amazing and the hosts were pleasant. - We got the keys from the restaurant attached to the room. They allowed us to store our luggage there until our room was ready for us. the smaller beds could definitely use some newer mattresses.

• Pauline (8/5): It was a good apartment — a few additions would make it great. - The location was great, really close to the Rialto Bridge, and the restaurant where we picked up the key was great too. Good food, friendly staff. The apartment was clean, with a terrific bathroom. There wasn't much natural light and only bright overhead lighting, the cooker didn't work (although a hotplate was provided), and the only saucepan had burnt/dried on food in the bottom.

• Caroline (8/5): Very good - Great location. Pleasant and comfortable accommodation. Private and reasonably quiet. Difficult to find and no communication with host. Thanks to a previous review I knew I could ask at the next door restaurant and they were very helpful and gave me the key. They seemed, however, a bit irritated that they were always being asked to do this. A key box could be a good solution.

• James (8/5): Very good - We were met promptly by the hosts who allowed us to drop off our bags as we arrived earlier than the check in time. This is a beautifully renovated apartment, well located and ideal for a family of 4. A few minor adjustments would make for a much more comfortable stay. We chose an apartment with a kitchen because we wanted to prepare our meals, however we discovered the induction stove did not work (fortunately, there was a plug in hot plate that allowed us to prepare basic meals. It is evident the owners have never lived in the apartment as the short comings would be obvious and easily rectified. For example there was no plug for the kitchen sink and not a single tea towel was provided, some other basic utensils were similarly missing. Little annoyances like this somewhat diminished what was otherwise an excellent stay.

• Stocksie (9/5): Superb - Stunning apartment. The photos don't do it justice. Location is excellent for the airport boat and also the boat from outside the railway station. Only a short walk to St Mark's and the Rialto bridge. The owner let us leave our cases for a late pick-up. Although the apartment has cooking facilities. There were no cooking utensils. Their is an indication hob, but we needed to use a plug in hob to brew coffee.
• David (10/5): Quiet and ideal for visiting Venice island. - The location was really nice. The apartment was really clean, nice and comfy.
• Carmen (8/5): worth the money - - great location, there is enough space for a group of people, the bathroom was very nice and clean, worth the money when staying in venice so close to all the tourist gems - wifi was bad, a weird smell, the curtains are see through so people can watch you sleep if one of you sleeps in the living room, we couldn’t get in at 14:00 even though that’s the official check in time (cleaning lady was still inside)
• Jenny (8/5): Spacious and comfortable stay. - It was spacious and suitable for traveling in groups - including the bathroom. The cleanest and most spacious place we've had while in Italy. The spot is close to the port for travel to Burano and Murano. The kitchen was handy for those evenings you're too tired to head out. Make sure you have a phone handy upon arrival to make calls. The key can be a little fiddly to work especially in the not-well lit laneway at night.
• Jonbondoc (7/5): It provided a comfortable place to stay where most in walking distance - Location is the best. You are really near the shops, restos and basically in the center of where tourists would like to go Room was old but basically like venice. There was crumbling dust coming from the ceiling, again its an old building I presume and while the place looked recently renovated the building itself must be incredibly old (which is what you should expect in Venice). So its not that I didnt like it, it was the part that I least liked about the place.
• Opal (6/5): Bug bites, door troubles. communication could have been better?and poor wifi. - The location and the size—if you were with a group of family, it would be great! The renter didn’t communicate well about how I was to gain access, the WiFi was intermittent and only worked in the living & dining room area, there were spiders everywhere and these bugs that bit me at night. I found some of these dead bugs in the bedding each morning. In addition, the door was difficult to lock and unlock, the doorknob came off in my hand and I wasn’t sure I was going to be able to get out.

• Kevin (8/5): Overall great stay, large room, nice washroom and kitchen - Great location beside local restaurants, great streets for walking, gondola ride on smaller canals, and easily walk to tourist areas The stone walls were dropping small fragments on floor, and there were some weird flies in the bedroom at night! Maybe the the stone/cement could be sealed?

• Anonymous (8/5): Great location and spacious apartment to enjoy a visit in Venice - The location was very good, the apartment was spacious and although located very centrally it was quiet at night The chairs were not comfortable to sit on. Although the style of the apartment was traditional and fitting Venice atmosphere there was a lot of fabric ( like blankets, bed covers, pillows, curtains, carpets) that cannot be washed between every stay so it didn’t give a very hygienic impression.

• Shelly (8/5): Very good - Nice kitchen area and very nice bathroom. I thought the location was good,close to several things I wanted to see and do. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. A little hard to find. It will cost about 60.00 Euro by water taxi to get their once the bus drops u off. I would suggest replacing the sofa.
• Max (8/5): Best location to stay in Venezia - Excellent location, at 5 minutes from Rialto and 10 minutes from Piazza San marcos. Liked the classic style. Larisa and Adriano was very kindly with us. More lights on the kitchen it could be better.
