• Karen (7/5): Pleasant few days in walking distance to town centre. - Nice, cute little quiet apartment with outdoor seating 10 minutes walk from Vatican. Close to shops and restaurants. Owner very friendly and sent lots of recommendations. He also tried to answer our questions and help with any issues. A lot of steps to climb (with luggage) to get to the house. Had to ring owner to find out how to get into property. Hob and microwave didn’t work. No instructions inside apartment. Quite damp.

• Anna (9/5): - The location is very central and close to all the main attractions by walk. It's very quiet and has a little terrace which was nice to spend time at in the evenings. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need. The communication with the host was very easy and the host is very friendly! I would recommend this place anyone visiting Rome! Everything was perfect!

• Neja (10/5): Recommendet and would stay here again. - Amazing location, you can go to Vatican everyday. Close to the metro on vatican and street with very nice shopping possibilities (some urban shops). Good restaurants near by, supermarket and even parling spaces for free. On top of all - very very kind owners, gave some very good recommendations for the restaurants/shops/cafes. Also very caring - responding within some minutes. Nothing bad.

É um achado em Roma, bem perto do Vaticano, conseguimos ir a todas as atrações a pé, conforme havíamos planejado. Foram dias especiais. A Gaia e o Fabrízio são excelentes anfitriões e nos ajudaram em tudo que precisamos. Recomendo a todos esta estadia em Roma. Esperamos voltar outras vezes.

• Sylvain (4/5): Jolie maison mais insalubre - Emplacement éloigné donc au calme, jolie maisonnette avec jardin et terrasse. Propriétaire disponible par messagerie, mais ça manque de contact humain… Emplacement éloigné donc beaucoup de marche ou de transports depuis la gare (bus pas fiables à Rome). Malgré les signalements de moisissure, rien a été entrepris en 2 ans, ça sent fortement le moisi et le renfermé. Tout sens l’humidité y compris les lits. Forte présence de moisi sur les murs de la salle de bain. Il faisait froid car le chauffage doit apparemment être coupé à une certaine date, mais il n’y a pas de chauffage d’appoint et la climatisation ne chauffe pas. La maison est insalubre à mon avis. Des travaux doivent être entrepris pour remettre la maison en état. L’évier de la salle de bain était bouché, le propriétaire, que nous n’avons jamais rencontré, est venu pour voir le problème mais ne l’a pas réglé… Du coup lavabo inutilisable pendant notre séjour à 4 dans la maison. La vaisselle n’était pas très propre à notre arrivée.

• Paulina (9/5): Rzym jest piękny - Domek to idealne miejsce na odpoczynek po intensywnym zwiedzaniu. Cicha okolica. Dobry kontakt z Właścicielem. Lokalizacja - blisko sklepy, restauracje, apteki, przystanek autobusowy. Blisko do Watykanu, ok. 2 km na Zatybrze. W domku jest czysto. Domek jest dobrze wyposażony (talerze, sztućce, żelazko, suszarka do włosów).
• Carlo (9/5): Un piacevole ponte a Roma - Alloggio molto accogliente a pochi passi da S. Pietro. A 2 minuti dalle fermate bus che permettono di raggiungere in pochi minuti il centro città. Quartiere silenzioso e piacevole. Struttura accogliente e completa di tutto. Il personale molto discreto e puntuale nell'offrire suggerimenti. Ottimo punto di appoggio da sfruttarenuovamente.

• Mariela Fernanda (9/5): Excelente experiencia - Excelente ubicación, cercano a San Pietro y a varias líneas de bus. Acogedor apartamento con todas la comodidades. Fabrizio, el anfitrión, es muy atento y ha acudido inmediatamente cuando hubo algún desperfecto. ¡Sin duda volveré! Hubo algún problema con las tuberías, pero se solucionó inmediatamente. No es culpa del alojamiento sino de las intensas lluvias que hubo durante toda la semana.

• Ināra (10/5): - Truly charming place to relax and recharge after hectic walks in Roma. Unbelievably quiet, surronded by small gardens - and that is just a few steps away from busy traffic and public transport street. St. Peter's basilica is 10-15 minutes slow walk away. Spacious, very clean.

• Marta (10/5): - Mieszkanie wyposażone we wszystkie niezbędne rzeczy, dostępna jest suszarka do włosów oraz żelazko. Kontakt z właścicielem perfekcyjny. Podpowie co, gdzie i jak. Jak nie będziecie wiedzieć jak dotrzeć na miejsce pomoze rozwiązać problem. Komunikacja Przystanek około 5 min, należy pamiętać że bilety kupujemy w sklepach oznaczonych litera T i kasujemy w żółtym kasowniku, lub płacimy karta w autobusie kasownik tap& go. Na przystankach i u kierowcy nie ma sprzedaży biletow. Watykan - pieszo około 20 minut, autobus 2 przystanki, Centrum miasta - około 30 minut autobus Sklepy EuroSpin, Carrefour - 3 min Restauracja Około 2 minut, dobra pizza i makarony (ceny ok 8-14e) Dla mnie i mojej rodziny było wszystko ok. Okolica spokojna. Jakbym miała wybierać miejsce jeszcze raz , wybrałabym to mieszkanie. Pozdrawiamy

• agnieszka (10/5): Strzał w dziesiątkę - Fantastyczna lokalizacja. 10 minut do Placu św. Piotra, 5 minut od stacji Roma San Pietro, 2 duże sklepy w pobliżu. Mieszkanie znajduje się w uroczej, ślepej uliczce, do której prowadzą urokliwe schody. Uliczka cicha i romantyczna. Mieszkanie to mały domeczek, z własnym tarasem zewnętrznym. Wyposażenie kuchni jest kompletne, ponadto telewizor, żelazko i suszarka do włosów. Idealne lokum do zwiedzania starego miasta oraz dalszych wyjazdów koleją, która na naszych trasach jeździła bez zarzutu i punktualnie. Polecam wszystkim, którzy mają w planach intensywne zwiedzanie, dużo chodzenia i nie chcą tracić czasu na dojazdy spoza Rzymu.

Le propriétaire en charge de l’accueil nous a donné de bonnes instructions, tout était très clair. Rien d’important, globalement tout était bien. Un peu ex-centré : prévoir 15min de marche jusqu’au Vatican. Alentour de la maison parfois bruyant à cause des aboiements des chiens

• Maria Salomé (10/5): A hidden gem in Rome! - The location is unbeatable, very close to San Pietro. The accommodation is beautiful, has everything you need and is a hidden gem in Rome. The neighbourhood is very quiet and the neighbours are very friendly. Also, Fabrizio and Gaia give you excellent recommendations for places to visit and eat! There was nothing I didn't like, it is one of the best accommodations I have ever stayed in and I will come back whenever I can.
• Xiaomei (9/5): A convenient location with helpful owner - Location is convenient . 1km to St Peter's Basilica, 2.1km from Vatican museum, all in walking distance; take bus 916 to Venice square and walk 1km to Colosseum; take 916 to Pantheon. The owner is very helpful. Carrefour nearby has all grocery. 20euro for taxi to Roma termini. Basically no. There are some stairs to go before you reach the property, so do not bring big luggage.

• Serge (10/5): Amazing - Our stay in this apartment was amazing. Metro was close by but we chose to walk everywhere. The centre of Rome was probably an hour away on foot but we loved walking through all the different neighbourhood's and back streets. The apartment is located in a really nice and quiet neighbourhood; away from the crowds of tourists, clean and safe, but still connected to everything. The apartment itself was super comfortable. We felt right at home. Fabrizio - the host - was extremely warm and generous pointing us in the direction of places to visit. We would definitely stay here our next time in Rome.

Please be aware- there is steps as almost to go to the 4th floor, we didn’t have heavy luggage, so it was just great exercise. The only thing why I wouldn’t come back to this place is moldy smell and black mold in the bathroom. Everything else was pretty much perfect.

• Nicos (10/5): Breathtaking, comfortable and cozy. - Location was beautiful . Quiet and peaceful . Rooms were clean and very well equipped . Beds were extremely comfortable. Our visit was in February and the apartment was nice and warm and the shower was nice and hot and good pressure. Nice courtyard to sit and have a morning coffee or a nice glass of wine in the evening sun. Location was walking distance to attractions such as the Sistine chapel and was very easy to get to the bus stop to travel a little further. Shops, cafes and a laundrette in walking distance. Fabrizio was very kind and friendly too. Not really a lot to say about not liking anything. It was all lovely.

Also, it was quite cold, because the heating system would turn off pass 19 degrees. We had to heat the apartment with AC, but it was loud and would take a long time to heat the place.

• Sarai (10/5): Fantastic spot - We had a last-minute change to our plans and had to find a ride to the location. Thankfully, Fabrizio was able to pick us up for an additional cost. Saved us the trouble since it's our first time here. The location was perfect. Down the street, you have a couple of restaurants, and around the corner is a little market. Plus, Fabrizio sent us a list of everything in the area to try. We had plenty of options for places to tour and restaurants to eat at. The bus stop is also down the block, and the walk to the Vatican was quick. There are a lot of stairs to the location. The first set is about 10. Then there's roughly 5 sets of 5 with some walking in between. My mom has a bad knee and was able to do the stairs with some breaks in between.

• Anna (10/5): Exceptional - The location is perfect. Very closed to bus station for the city center, train station and walk distance to Vatican City and Castel Sant'Angelo. The house was very clean and with all amenities inside. We had a long flight delay, but all the time we were in contact with the owner, who met us at the airport by car. Absolutely recommend!!! • Abel (8/5): Very good - Good apartment. Great AC kitchen area. Owner was very helpful and provided tips on what to do in Rome. Stairs, stairs and more stairs. Ramps to use to drag luggage were taped off so could not use them. Difficult to carry heavy luggage up the stairs to the apartment. Hopefullt they can fix the ramps.

The location is also near the Vatican city, the transportation is convenient. • Andrei (9/5): Very good location for sightseeing in Rome - The property is very close to public transport and also walking distance to the Vatican. The kitchen has everything you need, the air conditioning is perfect and it also has a wonderful terrace! Even if technically can fit max 4 persons, it is designed for a couple, with 3 or 4 it lacks intimacy.

The area was quiet, really nice and cozy surroundings, terrace. The house had everything you need for a short stay. Hosts were nice and helpful, easy to communicate. Will be happy to recommend for anyone going to explore Rome :) Sofa-bed was quite squeaky and some single blankets would have been nice (it's ok to have a double one for a couple, but a bit difficult with kids... :))

• Lizzie (9/5): Superb place to stay, just like home! - Goood and convenient location, very close to Vatican with walking distance. The area is nice, peaceful and less busy compared to the city center. The apartment is super cosy and comfortable just like home! Host is super helpful and responsive even late at night when we call. Perfect place for couple or small family. We would highly recommend! Definitely rebooking again if we come back to Rome one day. It’s a tiny bit cold and there are some mosquitoes, which is somehow understandable due to trees and gardens nearby. So a piece of advice to spray the house before you going out, then the rooms can be clear of them after you get back!
