Guest Reviews
- Tomasz (8/5): - Lokalizacja jest super, blisko sklep i przystanki. Prosty dojazd do centrum Rzymu i do Watykanu. Duży problem z zaparkowaniem auta, po godz 17:00.

- Marcela Paola (10/5): Excelente. - El departamento excelente, la ubicación igual. La atención del anfitrión muy buena. Se agradece todos los detalles, toallas y shampoo. Los utencilios dejados en la cocina. Tuvimos una muy buena experiencia.
- Botha (10/5): - was none - n/a The price
- B.polat (10/5): - The house was very comfortable and the hosts were very nice. If I come to Italy again for a holiday, my address is clear. We had a wonderful holiday for 6 people. Thank you, Mauro. Hi.
- Andrej (6/5): Nice, but... - The location is spacious, peaceful and close to public transport and city centre. Three separate rooms, a nice balcony. The bed blankets are no good (only a single big duvet for two people, no spare duvet or blanket available, no proper dovet covers, just sheets).
Hot water boiler does't work very good, it switches from hot to cold and back every 15 sec.
- Zorrozorro (3/5): worst stay - 地理位置还不错,离地铁离市区不远 On the first day of our stay, we found that the shower water temperature was hot and cold and could not be used. After contacting the Lessor, she agreed to repair it the next day, but was unsuccessful until the third day. As a result, we could not take a shower for two days out of the four days we stayed. After using it reluctantly, our two ladies caught a cold and fever. For such a big mistake, not only did we not receive any compensation, but they also denied that they had not received the 120 euro city tax, that we had requested to leave in the room. Fortunately, we had video evidence, and finally got a verbal apology, but still no compensation. It can be seen that the Lessor not only has poor management level, but also has moral problems. This was our worst stay ever.
In addition, the free parking described is not credible, there is no private parking space, the street parking is free but it is difficult to find a parking space.
- Emma (9/5): Superb -
- Olga (9/5): Superb -
- Ghurniq (9/5): Superb -
- Miro (8/5): Very good - Not far from centre, next to metro and bus stop. Clean and big apartmen for 6 persons, with balcony. The schower was only hot or cold
- Julie (9/5): Superb - Excellent location and owners were very responsive to any questions we had.
- Cherylin (6/5): Basic apartment in Central Rome - don't expect luxury - Fairly central, close to Metro and departmental store with large supermarket
Early self check in and out
Good wifi Not very clean, cookware and utensils were dusty
No electric kettle
Washing machine was old and not clean
No detergent
No extra plastic bags to change trash bins
Shower mixer was bad, so hot water was very intermittent
Aircon only in 2 of the bedrooms, not throughout the house
Fan in master bedroom worked only after waiting for 10 min.
- Nora (9/5): Superb -
- Edward (9/5): Superb - 5 mins walk (really just 5 mins,) to Valle Aurelia metro which is just one stop from the Vatican museum and 2 stops from St Peter's basilica. 25-30 mins from the colessum ( Rome city centre is not large). Decent sized shopping mall with a large supermarket beside the metro. Food court too but mostly fast food. Pizzeria 3 mins away and a Japanese restaurant nearby too. Recommend Boris restaurant nearby, 15 minutes walk, trendy with fab food ( super roast beef dish) pasta really good too).
Apartment is in a nice residential area and is very good for families. .3 good sized bedrooms , well equipped kitchen No dedicated living room as such, but there is a decent sized reception type room and a very well equipped kitchen. TVs in all 3 bedrooms. Good internet speed (tested at 150mbs randomly) , more than enough for everyone to be streaming at the same time). There was a fire stick with remote but we had our own Chromecast so didn't need it. The beds in the twin room are perfect for kids but are single beds so not huge. Nice balcony to sit out on too even though we didn't much as weather was a little cool in the evenings and we were exhausted from walking the city.
Everyone was very happy with the apartment and the location. Wouldn't hesitate to book this place again. As close to the city centre as you can hope for while living with normal locals and normal non tourist prices. Not much we didn't like to be honest. Very happy we booked this place.
- Iason (9/5): Superb - I like the house with lovely balcony which everyone can eat breakfast with a good view of nature. Good Communication with the owner of this apartment very patient and useful!! In the bathroom sometimes the water of shower is going cold for no reason and this part become again and again kinda annoying.
- Dermot (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was lovely and clean, well located within 5 minutes of the metro and buses. A shopping mall is only a two minute walk away and there are plenty of places to eat around. It was a perfect place to visit Rome. The apartment owners were very helpful and nice. A great experience. The heat in Rome in August was incredible at times!!!
