• Geuvers (9/5): Ideale uitvalsbasis voor bezoek aan oude centrum en centraal in gezellige wijk - Locatie, midden in het levendige Trastevere. Goede hulp en communicatie met eigenaresse. Last van geluid, ‘s nachts en ‘s ochtends Weinig kastruimte voor kleding.
• Marius (9/5): Mitten Im Herz von Rom - Beste Lage im Ausgehviertel Trastevere. Durch Krach von der Straße fühlten wir uns nicht gestört. Ich finde, man hat kaum etwas gehört. Wer es noch ruhiger haben will, sollte Urlaub im Schwarzwald machen. Die Gastgeberin hat mit dem Schlüssel auf uns gewartet. Sehr gute Kommunikation.
• Donna (9/5): - Location in Trastevere was within 15-20 minutes walking to major sites in the historic district and in the middle of restaurants, cafes, stores in Trastevere and within 2-3 blocks of taxi stand and bus stops.. Clean, spacious, apartment., comfortable and cheerful apartment w separated space between bedroom and sofa bed. Kitchen was thoughtfully equipped and dining table was handy. Host gave us good maps and was warm and welcoming and provided cookies and ample teas and coffee selections at the apartment. Noisy area at night. You will need the earplugs that the host kindly provides. Host's' restaurant recommendation in the historic district was to a chain which seemed very popular w tourists (there was a line) but the food was super salty,, and not as tasty compared to smaller, family run places we tried in Trastevere. The service was rude (they started clearing our table while we were still eating) There's a family restaurant 1/2 block away from the apartment on the same street that serves interesting, delicious seafood pasta at reasonable prices w warm kind service.. Sorry I do not recall the name

• JOANNE (8/5): The apartment is very clean and comfortable but the stairs were precarious. - The apartment was very clean and had everything you need for a short stay.The location was perfect. The spiral stairs to the property were quite precarious particularly for my elderly mother.

• Rob H (9/5): Great place, comfortable and with an excellent location for what we wanted. - When I got to the address I expected to see a sign of some sort saying Cassetta 2. It was not there! How was I to know which button to press, to alert someone we had arrived.
• Jerome (10/5): Perfect stay - Bright, clean, well equipped. Great position near to many restaurants and cafes. Excellent as a base to tour most of Rome’s highlights. Antonella was so helpful and pleasant. Best stay we have had in Rome Property is on second floor so need to be able to carry luggage up two flights. Antonella helped us with ours and you only need to do it once.
• Klas (8/5): Nice apartment in nice neighbourhood - La casetta 2 is a cosy apartment at a small piazza very close to restaurants, shops and gelelato. As it is so close to all the great restaurants you could hear the buzz from the streets at night but not so it disturbs. My wife, son (6 years old) and I slept very good. The apartment was clean and had everything you need for a stay and if you like to cook a few dinners at home. During our stay it was 30+ C (86+ F) but it was nice and cool in the apartment as the AC worked perfectly. Nice bed, linen and towels. It was easy to get to the apartment by bus from the Train station (TicketAppy app or pay with credit card directly on machines on the bus) and when leaving we booked a cab to the airport with the Freenow app and it worked perfectly. It took about 40 minutes (in morning traffic) to FCO airport and had a fixed price of 58€. Our host Antonella responded immediately to our questions and guided us through the apartment at arrival. She was so nice. I could definitely stay at La casetta 2 again!
• Ban (10/5): An amazing stay for two in the heart of Trastevere! - The property was in a beautiful location, everything was clean, the bed was comfortable, there is air conditioning and we had everything we needed. The property is in a loud location (but ear plugs are provided) and it is bright due to natural light (but bring a mask).

• Dennis (10/5): Great spot in Trastevere. - Great location and great apartment in an area of Rome that has plenty of great eateries and is also relatively close to the major central sights. Antonella greeted us at the apartment and ensured we were settled in on arrival. The breakfast goodies and coffee and tea were very much appreciated and the kitchen was well equipped for any self catering. The bed, and pullout bed were comfortable and everything was clean and tidy. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Antonella was amazing, she was very helpful during our stay and even helped us with some dinner bookings. She really helped make our stay very easy and relaxing! • Jan (8/5): Great place to stay in Trastevere. - Antonella welcomed us at the apartment and showed us the facilities. Be prepared for the crowds. It’s fun and festive but can be noisy. Not a problem for us.

• Janet (9/5): Homely apartment in a great location - It is a comfortable apartment with a lovely, homely ambience. Good location in Trasatevere, close to restaurants and in walking distance of all the main visitor attractions in Rome. We used the bus to reach the apartment when we arrived (our host Antonella made sure we knew which bus to catch) - but during our stay we walked everywhere. Antonella was waiting for us at the apartment when we arrived, to show us round and give us the keys. She was very friendly and helpful. She left us some breakfast items, as well as coffee and tea, which was a nice touch. There was nothing we didn't like! The downside of being in a popular area was that there was quite a lot of noise from the street at night, although it didn't bother us - it was just people's voices (no traffic noise or loud music).

• Mouad (9/5): A wonderful place to stay! - The location was just fantastic, a lively neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and other amenities. A 15-30m walk to virtually all of Rome's monuments. The apartment itself is nice, comfortable and clean. The shower had no curtain (by design?), the space in the bathroom was rather tight. I would have preferred a better/bigger smart TV with streaming options.
• Liisa (8/5): Very good - The Hostess was very friendly although she didn't speak much English but we managed well with the help of google translator. The location was good in Trastevere, near the main road. Lots of restaurants nearby. The bed was comfortable. As the flat is in the middle of Trastevere you can hear the noise of restaurants every evening, so be sure to have ear plugs if you want to sleep in peace. The space between toilet and shower is narrow - I would have needed more space.

She also was able to make arrangements for our car which was very helpful. One thing to note is that the second floor apt has only a spiral staircase to access the apartment and could be a small impediment with bringing up our suitcases.
