• Togni (10/5): - Nino is a very gracious and welcoming host with vast knowledge of everthing Roman. The flat is in beautiful tree lined section of Rome with easy bus access to the central district. The kitchen is fully equipped in the Italian way, and the bed is very comfortable. Great place to get a feel for living in Rome, while having access to all the major sitex. Visitors should be aware that the bedroom is upstairs and the bathroom downstairs, in case that matters.

Ritorneremo zenz'altro. Tutto è andato bene. Prezzo non basso, ma in linea con altre soluzioni simili, considerando che si tratta di Roma.

He met us after 10pm, as we had a late flight, and explained everything to us in detail. Also, he gave us suggestions to visit nearby shops for breakfast. - Central heated apartment, so it was still cosy during December - Location was very close to attractions - within walking distance to bioparco di Roma, villa Borghese, piazza del Popolo etc. - The place was very well kept, clean, towels and other necessities provided

• Yuri (9/5): ローマに、優しいおじいちゃんのお家ができたみたいな気持ちです。とても楽しい滞在でした！ - とても素敵で快適なお家でした。細かいところまでホストの気遣いが行き届いていました。 あらゆるところに絵が飾られていて、とても美しかった。 室内に入るときにはスリッパに履き替えるので、清潔感がありました。日本人にはとても合っています。 アメニティは必要なものは全て揃っていましたので困りませんでした。シャワーブースもしっかりしていました。 フライパンや鍋、基本的な調味料もあったのでたくさん自炊をすることができました。 またNinoは滞在前にチャットでおすすめをいろいろと教えてくれます。観光や、近くのレストランやバー、ジェラート屋さんなど。とても参考になりました。 このお家の近くにあるオリーブオイルとトリュフのお店の商品は、中心地と比べてとても適切な価格でした。おすすめです。 隣にホストのNinoが住んでいて、彼はとても親切でした。何があってもすぐに解決できましたし、思いやりを持って接していただきました。最後に、彼の素晴らしいコレクションのあるミュージアムに招待してもらえたのも嬉しかったです。 （電車が正確に来る国は少ないので、特に問題ではないかもしれないが）近くにバス停はありますが、時刻表はないので時々かなり待つことがあります。その点で、やや中心の観光地へのアクセスはあまりよくないです。でも、ボルゲーゼ美術館へのアクセスは最高です！また、周りも静かなので、ゆっくり眠ることができます。 172センチくらいの身長の夫は大丈夫でしたが、2階のベッドルームの天井がやや低めなので、高身長の人は大変かもしれません。

This time, I was able to travel more safely and comfortably than on any of my previous visits, and that’s because my stay at Nino House was such a wonderful experience. Nino House was located in a safe and comfortable residential area where local Romans live. It was also close to many of Rome’s main attractions, which made it a perfect choice. Inside Nino House, everything we needed was provided — a washing machine, kitchen appliances, and even seasonings. There were also two beds, allowing our family of four to relax comfortably. The host, Mr. Nino, shared a wealth of information about Rome and was always thoughtful and attentive. Thanks to his warm hospitality and care, we felt as if we were visiting a relative’s home in Rome — safe, comfortable, and truly welcomed. If we visit Rome again, we will definitely stay at Nino's House again. nothin

He was very supportive and helpful with suggestions of places to explore and restaurants to try near the area. The location was excellent - walking distance to many wonderful restaurants, grocery stores, and sites. And we were very close to the tram and bus stops which were also excellent. Nino helped make our stay in Rome very special!

The apartment itself was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a short stay. • Petra (10/5): - Sehr schöne Unterkunft in einem guten Stadtviertel mit Geschäften und Restaurants in direkter Umgebung. Das Appartement ist sehr schön eingerichtet und alles war so wie auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Die Anbindung mit Bus oder Straßenbahn ist gut. Nino ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer gut erreichbar. Sehr geholfen haben uns auch seine Tipps zu Restaurants, Parkgarage in der Nähe sowie Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

• Goeun (10/5): Great holidays - 관광 중심지를 벗어나 조용한 동네에서 현지인과 같은 생활을 경험해볼수 있는 장소여서 좋았습니다. 가까운곳에 버스정류장이 있어 여기저기 돌아다니기도 좋은 위치였고, 정말 안전한 동네이며, 주변에 훌륭한 식당, 카페뿐만 아니라 마트도 있어서 장보기도 편했어요. 관광만하다 지치던 차에 동네구경은 좋은 휴식시간이 되었습니다. 보르게세 공원은 꼭 가세요! 주인집이 바로 옆집인데 연락을 취하기가 편했고 언제든지 연락하면 도움를 주십니다. 화장실, 부엌, 침실 모두 다 완벽했습니다. 무엇보다 Nino가 추천해주었던 식당들은 꼭 가보세요:-)

• Alyssa (10/5): If ever in Rome, we will come back to Ninohouse! - Nino is the best host! He gave us recommendations for Rome when we made our booking months in advance and when we arrived. Our group of 4 stayed comfortably in the two beds. Nino provided everything—towels, bedding, laundry detergent, drinking water filter, shampoo and body wash, etc. It was very easy to communicate via Whatsapp if we needed anything. We made a 200 € deposit on arrival and got it back when we checked out. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet but a bit far from downtown Rome. We took the bus or metro to go downtown.

Recommend going to that place - Internet was good - Fridge was big - He didn't have too many rules I was disappointed. Everything in the apartment was either old or cheap - The pillows were thin - The bed wasn't comfortable - The couch futon base cushions kept slipping out. There were broken wood frames behind the cushions - No dishwasher and very little kitchen space

He met us when we arrived, gave us a rundown on the place and left us to it. The apartment itself has all you need for an extended stay with a fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. The location is very good. Easy transport options to get to all the attractions and Nino will give you great advice on how to get somewhere and what other things to see. Villa Borghese for example, is nearby and is fantastic. There is a supermarket close by as well as many restaurants.

• Dena (9/5): Lovely stay in Rome - My partner and I loved our stay at Nino's apartment. The space is a great size for a couple and is located in the beautiful neighborhood of Salario. It was clean and offered everything we needed. Also, Nino is a wonderful host and it was out pleasure to speak with him (and get a chance to see his immaculate library!). Thank you Nino for a splendid stay in Rome. The only thing to note was the water temperature in the shower was inconsistent.

• Cac (10/5): It's nice to have family in Rome. - About two years ago I decided to start selecting vacation rentals based on reviews of the proprietors of the properties. Rather than magazine-perfect bedrooms or weird and wonderful locations, I'd choose my next spot with the idea that I wanted to meet one of the locals and be treated as a friend. This time, I'd say my strategy worked...except that Nino didn't treat us like friends...more like family! So if you always liked the idea of having a cheery Roman uncle to give you advice about doing as the Romans do, Nino's House is the place for you. The loft ceiling was a bit low for my giant American husband, but that's on him. He's used to squeezing into small spaces while we're traveling around Europe. Overall, the layout with the double bed upstairs and the (very comfy!) sofa bed downstairs was perfect for our family of three.

It’s not only about the cleanliness, the location, or the space itself, but the fact that Nino is one of the warmest and most welcoming hosts we’ve ever met. The location is fantastic: one bus to Termini and another to all the important landmarks in Rome. There’s a pharmacy, market, and breakfast spots all within 100 meters. The apartment is fully equipped, incredibly cozy, and very quiet. All in all, this is the only place I’ll stay for any future visits to Rome. Nothing related to the apartment

The place is cozy and full of charm, making u feel like u live there. All amenities available, perfect for a couple or couple + 1 teen like us. Enjoy the city, try the host suggestions nearby and have a wonderful time in Rome. Nothing to add :)

Host was very helpful, met aus at the property, showed everything, explained about the area flat is located in, gave us a lot of interesting tips and suggestions that to see in rome in general. Also it is easy to access public transport to get to city center or Vatican. But you can just take a walk through beautiful Villa Borghese to piazza del Popolo.

It was actually nice to stay somewhere outside the craziness of central Rome so this did not bother us but for others this may be an issue.

Great for those who love wondering around neighbourhoods and into the city. Well equipped kitchen for those home cooks. Nino is a wealth of local information and happy to assist if need be. He will get in touch even before you arrive to give suggestions on what to do and remind you to get tickets to the attractions beforehand, as it is very hard to gets tickets during the peak season. On arrival he will provide more information on where to eat and best place for gelato! He is warm, friendly and his hospitality exceeds all expectations!! We highly recommend staying at Nino’s!

He clearly loves his city and gave us lots of tips not just of the typical things to do in Rome, but also his favourite spots to eat and spend time. The apartment is well located, about 30 mins from the city centre. It was very clean and well equipped if you would like to cook or prepare your own food. Very comfortable bed (mind your head as the bedroom has a slightly low ceiling!) and huge TV with Sky. Great coffee machine and I was happy to be provided with English breakfast tea bags! This place feels like a home and not just a place to stay. Grazie Nino!
