• Birsen (5/5): Deneyimleyemedik. - Konumu çok iyiydi, temiz görünüyordu. Biz tesisde kalamadık çünkü aşırı rutubet kokusu vardı. Çocuklu ailelere önermem. Pencere de yoktu. Ancak ev sahibi çok anlayışlı biriydi paramızı iade etti. Konumu çok iyi.
• Rowen (6/5): Great location and host really helpful, needs a good freshen up inside to match photos! - Great location and easily accessible by bus / tram. Host really helpful and clear instructions on how to access building. Great facilities including a kitchen, fridge and washing machine / dryer which was helpful. Photos are a bit different to reality - floors looked quite dirty and a lot of furniture and finishings very dated / old looking. Pillows weren’t great and all different.
• Sergo (6/5): Great location, but the room condition and lack of ventilation were major drawbacks. - The location was excellent, within walking distance of major attractions, and the property had a nice small courtyard area that was pleasant to use. The room itself was very disappointing. It had no proper windows, only a small opening near the entrance, which made the space feel dark and poorly ventilated. There were signs of moisture and wear, including damaged flooring and visible humidity issues. The bathroom fixtures also needed maintenance, as the faucet was loose. Overall, the room did not match the expectations set by the listing photos and felt much more basic than advertised.

• Monique (7/5): Mooie uitvalsbasis voor een citytrip. Fijn dat het op de begane grond is, waardoor je elektrische fietsen mee naar binne - De ligging is heel erg goed, vlakbij Campo dei Fiori! Het bed was meer dan goed en het water van de douche was heerlijk warm. De inrichting is gedateerd.

Aunque la calle en la que está es caótica con coches gente y ruidos . Está todo muy viejo , la cocina muy vieja el nórdico amarillo completamente , el suelo muy estropeado de humedad . Las paredes sucias y con moho incluso de humedad que hay. Lo mejor el patio para estar al aire libre .

• Noemí (8/5): Great location and the apartment met our expectation. - Property was very nice and provided a lot of information to locate and enter into the property. It’s location was really good, we were traveling with our 2 years old daughter and we could walk around the city and visit many monuments walking. We were leaving late last day and property owner provided us a place to leave our luggage and continue visiting the city so we could enjoy one entire day of visiting without worrying about it. They were very available and every time we have a doubt or question they replied us iba short term. Very nice stay and I would recommend it specially for its great location to visit the city Pillows were not very comfy

• Heather (8/5): Great location close to attractions and restaurants. - Great location close to everything. Fantastic restaurants nearby. Comfortable bed and lots of hot water for a shower. The smell, I’m not sure where it comes from, having the air conditioner on helped keep the room fresher.

Ils ont utilisé la terrasse, c’est comme s’ils étaient dans notre appartement, très écho, pas dormi jusqu’à 3h matin! On les a avisé mais ça n’a rien donné!
• Jelena (9/5): Excellent option for a single person or a couple to spend a few cozy nights in Rome - Lovely studio , fully equipped. Full kitchen even! I had no time to use any of it but it was nice to see everything readily available. Including a bottle of olive oil! The place is clean and comfy , nice size bed and plenty of closet space. Great location, nice and responsive remote hosts , easy access, all in all it’s a wonderful little gem in the middle of a crazy busy Rome’s historic center While the apartment is in a lovely courtyard , there’s loads and loads of garbage at the entrance😞 Additionally it’s a bit stuffy - BUT there is an AC as well as a metal gate through which you can get some fresh air in.

• Reynaldo (8/5): The place was comfortable and as mentioned above had a great location. - The location of the apartment was great. The kitchen utensils, plates, pans, etc came in very handy. Requests for more paper towels, toilet tissue paper and towels were delivered very timely. We were assisted, although remotely, with instructions to open the property and apartment door when we had a difficult time getting in. However, the inside door to the apartment (wooden door) was not lockable. The steel door poses a security risk in the event of a fire because you have to use the key to open it to go in and out of the apartment. The bathroom sink and shower drain were not functioning properly. The payment for the city tax was not explained well. It should have been added to the booking charges. We were initially being charged 144 euros to be paid in cash and was questionable to us. We were instructed to pay the tax at the administration office and we tried several times to get hold of somebody but no one was there. After we left the property we were given a link to pay the tax and ended up paying only 108 euros which was less than what we were initially being asked to pay.

Unfortunate that our stay was marred by the bedlinen situation. - Location, facilities, Concierge communications, helpfulness of staff. They forgot to provide bedding for the other guest booked to be sleeping on the sofabed. Staff very apologetic to have forgotten to do so but it was too late at night to provide any by the time we realised it was lacking. Additional fee for 2nd guest waived and staff could not have been more apologetic and eager to make amends.

• Ania (8/5): Great location, convenient check-in, and well-equipped for a short stay. - Excellent location, with all the main attractions very close by. The host stays in touch with you, which allowed me to make some adjustments to my booking that I couldn’t do online. We were checked in early, for which we are very grateful. The apartment had everything needed for a short stay. On the other hand, there was an unpleasant musty smell, but I think it was due to the building’s layout and the lack of a window. We also had some issues with the internet — it wasn’t very fast and often disconnected.

• Michi (10/5): highly recommended for couples or small family! staff is friendly, accommodating, check in/out process is easy - clean, cozy, accommodating (crib for our 2 year was complimentary) lots of facilities (mini-fridge, full kitchen, washer/dryer, microwave, smart tv etc), couch could fit both of us and a baby to watch tv too which was nice, and the location is so safe/convenient. Francesca was super nice and responsive too! it is in the middle of everything and lot of options for eating and famous tourist spots. check-in/out process was incredibly easy! place was alsk easy to find (green front door right next to a Galateria) after entering the green door the room is along the back wall. we felt so safe here too. we could let our baby play outside in the common area since only other residents are able to get inside. we had breakfast outside a few days and it was so nice! perfect cool weather in late December/early January. overall 10/10 no complaints about anything. we had to adjust the heater to be lower because there was condensation in the morning. had to wipe water off doors and floor in the first 2 days here but we had no more issues after adjusting the temperature! it can feel a little cramped in the sleeping area but that’s only because we had a crib for our baby, so not their fault at all. it was an excellent stay for us regardless! bathroom can also feel more comfortable if you leave the shower doors open. we had them open the entire stay to make moving around in the bathroom a little easier.

The property is situated within a cute courtyard with plenty of shops, bars, cafes and restaurants in the surrounding area. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. The host was lovely, so friendly and helpful.

It's very close to all the touristy sites as advertised. We were able to find all the food and attractions by walking. Kitchen was well stocked with necessities for a quick meal. mold in the bathroom door, musky smell of the unit when we walked in, beds were too soft, floor was sloped, comforters were old and yellow.

The host gave us helpful recommandations and our luggages were stored so we could enjoy our last day of visit. The flat is well equiped to eat in and stay (even umbrellas :-). I recommend it to discover the city. The appartment is a bit dark ( because it is facing a traditional patio and is in a old building with small windows)
• Anonymous (9/5): Nice accommodation that gives feel of living in modern Rome - Fantastic host and attentive/helpful staff. Property with in walking distance of many sites and many great places to eat. Nice functional kitchen and a quiet room area is a bonus. Very comfortable and clean. Property in need of some care. I was not certain, but it seemed that some water leakage in bathroom was happening. Television channel selection needs improvement, but on holiday television is not a major requirement. Due to accommodation electrical troubles, I was unable to stay for half of my holiday. Host’s second accommodation that was offered was very nice and in much better condition, but I did miss out on use of a kitchen for 3 days. Regardless, host worked above and beyond to ensure my stay was pleasant

• Nadia (10/5): Don't think twice book this now! - We had an incredible stay at relax chiavari house. It was very clean, stylish and minimal yet with everything you would need, the kitchenette was stocked with essentials like olive oil salt coffee sugar and the aircon worked great. The bed was firm comfortable and clean. The location was very central, easy access to the bus stops and super close to campo di fiori which has a fresh produce market every day, what a treat! Francesca was also a super host, very helpful from before we arrived. She even organised extra washing detergent for us at the last minute when it was empty. I can't recommend this accommodation enough, there are no complaints it felt like a haven! We will be back for sure! Thank you Francesca!

Francesca was a great host, she gave us detailed information about some of the unmissable restaurants/ bakeries nearby.. Also whenever we needed some help with an issue, she was there to fix it.
• Jisu (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location! Every tourist point is super close. Francesca was the great host, she really care about my staying and alway respond very quickly and kindly. The house is really cozy and lovely. Well equipped kitchen was also nice. Not a big deal, the bed makes some noise. And just suggest you'd better to bring your adapter. The building is quite old so it has old type of power socket.

The property was really well equipped and had everything that’s needed for a short break. Toiletries and hair straighteners were even provided. The owner was was really pleasant and very communicative.She gave us restaurant recommendations and check in and check out was seamless. We were allowed an early check in as well which was a bonus. It was a lot smaller than the pictures look and quite dark. Although it was really clean and well equipped,it was a little dated and the bed could have been more comfortable. The outside patio area is in a shared space.
