• ÜNAL (10/5): a perfect house and hosts - The hosts Andrea and Silvia, are very nice people. When we arrived, they had prepared a lot of food. Everything we needed to feel comfortable was provided. The house is wonderful, comfortable, and decorated in a modern style. We felt right at home.
• Alekszandr (10/5): A perfect place to spend your time in a peaceful environment, just a stone’s throw away from the cro - Silvia was extremely helpful and assisted us with every question we had. One of our travel companions has a gluten allergy, and she recommended many excellent restaurants for us. She also carefully selected the contents of our breakfast basket so that it suited everyone and was more than enough for our stay. The accommodation is not located directly in the city center, which made it peaceful and less crowded. However, the metro that takes you to the main attractions was only about a 5-minute walk away, or even closer. There was also a bus stop right next to the building that took us into the city center as well The whole apartment was very well equipped — we found everything we could possibly need (iron, umbrella, dishwasher, washing machine) Next time, this will definitely be our first choice when looking for accommodation Honestly, we didn’t really have any problems or anything we would seriously complain about. The only minor thing was that when both showers were used at the same time, the hot water pressure was lower. It was easy to work around though, even with four of us staying in the apartment

• Giulia (10/5): Appartamento spazioso e confortevole - Appartamento meraviglioso, spazioso, pulito e ottimamente fornito di tutto il necessario. Non mancava davvero nulla e per qualsiasi esigenza c’era la meravigliosa proprietaria, sempre disponibile, attenta e gentilissima. Eravamo in 6 e siamo stati tutti molto comodi. Posizione tranquilla e ben servita, vicina alla metropolitana e alle fermate dei bus. Abbiamo trascorso un bellissimo soggiorno, consiglio caldamente di scegliere questa struttura se si vuole visitare Roma. Nulla da segnalare
• megumi (10/5): 最高の思い出です - まずご夫妻のお人柄の素晴らしさに感謝します。ビジネスライクではなく、心からの気遣いがあったことが何よりも嬉しく、家族みんな心に残っています。こちらはカタコト英語でしたが、一生懸命コミュニケーションをとってくださいました。最寄駅に迎えに来てくれた優しいご主人に、ホームで会えたときホッとしました。奥様の気さくで明るいお人柄、気配りはローマで過ごす年末年始を楽しい気持にさせてくれました。 朝ごはん用に十分なシリアル、ヨーグルト、パン、ジュース等も用意してくださっていました。タオルや寝具、キッチン用品など、清潔で快適。生活に必要なものは全て揃っていました。近隣の方も良い方ばかりで、楽しかったですよ。 良くない点はありませんが、日本人視点での注意事項といえば、お湯です。バスタブに溜めると、水がぬるくなるのはイタリアあるあるですね。（数分すれば熱いのが出てきますが）シャワーは問題ありません。湯船文化の日本ならではです。 エレベーターやマンションの鍵施錠など、アナログな部分もありますがそれも含めて、家族で良い経験させてもらいました。
• Eva (10/5): Amazing accomodation! - I would say that the apartment was much more comfortable in real life than it looked in the pictures. It was also very clean. The owner, Silvia, was super friendly and helpful. The location of the flat is amazing — it’s close to the city centre, and it’s very easy to get to and from the airport by taking just one train. Amazing! I would definitely recommend this place to my friends if they plan to visit Rome. Everything was fine.
• Michal (9/5): - Paní Silvie nas vyzvedla na nádraží a ukázala nam vse v bytě, vysvětlila a i pomohla v orientaci, kde se najíst či nakoupit. Velmi příjemná paní a ochotná. Pokud se do tohoto bytu jede mimo letní sezónu, je třeba si vzít nejake přezůvky. Podlahy jsou brutálně studené. Tepla voda teče, ale na nase poměry je spíše vlazna a tlak vody je taky zvláštní. Ale to je možná domovnim rozvodem a nebo je to tak v Itálii obecně. Nevím.

The apartment is very spacious and bright, there is everything you need for a comfortable vacation with your family. Location too. There is direct transportation to the Airport by train or bus to the City Center. The neighborhood is quiet. In walking distance there is a grocery store.I recommend definitely stay here. Check-out until 10:00 am. Early enough if you have an evening flight.

Silvia was the perfect host and offered all the help we could ask. We enjoyed everything during our stay in Rome, thanks. -
• Secares (10/5): A cosy place, great moments! - First of all, the apartment is super nice! Everything you might need: comfortable bedrooms, very clean bathrooms, a cosy living room and an elegant kitchen where you can have breakfast or prepare some meals. The neighbourhood is very friendly and well connected to various means of transport (bus, metro, train). And the hostess is an extremely nice woman, kind and helpful with everything we needed! We spent a few marvelous days, it was a great experience! There is nothing to mention. We loved everything!

• Voicu (10/5): Very good location for families and couples - Nice choices for breakfast and you have little shops right down the corner if you want something else. Silvia prepared everything that you need for a light morning breakfast. The location is located right next to the train station and it has very good connections to the subway and bus lines that takes you directly to the points of interest. Silvia is a magnificent host and can provide you with all the hidden gems in Rome.
• Jared (10/5): Worked wonderfully for us. - Silvia met us at the train station and walked us to the apartment which was helpful as there were a few turns. She was great at communicating and gave us helpful information. The location was close enough to the train station and metro. At first we thought we were in a questionable part of Rome with graffiti and trash everywhere but then we realized that was the norm for Rome. It is a little ways from Rome’s center and there was a metro strike when were there making it harder to get to and from the sights.
• Colm (10/5): Casanova - We were contacted after booking and given many tips on what to do and where to go before we got there. We were greeted at the train station upon arrival and shown around the apartment. We were directed to the local bus stop which brought us anywhere we needed to go, and we could text and ask for any advice on how to get to certain places. That we only stayed 4 days.
• Alexandra (10/5): Amazing place in a quiet neighborhood, really close the the metro station, amazing host. - Everything was very nice! Our host (really fun person btw) was amazing, helpful and made us feel really welcome. The house was lovely, bigger than we expected and we had everything that we needed. Having a variety of snacks for breakfast was also very nice. At night it was quiet so we had no problem sleeping. The area felt safe. Overall we really had a great experience at Silvia’s place! We would love to book this place again if opportunity arises. No complaints here.
• Brian (10/5): We miss spending more time in the apartment. - Supermarket (TODIS) and local markets (Penny and PAM Local) are nearby. Train station (Roma Tuscolana) is within 10-minute walking distance. Subway station (Furio Camille) is 10 minutes away as well. The apartment is clean and cozy. We wish we could stay longer. Everything was great, appartment is wonderful, big enough for group of people. 2 big rooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen with everything you need..85 bus in front of appartment, also metro is close..I am very happy I found her profile. Her husband waited us at the train station, he is lovely too. Would recomend this place to everyone who is coming to Rome. Everything was great.
