• Joaquin (8/5): Todas las visitas previstas a realizar,estaban a tiro de piedra. - La ubicación,excelente. Que me cobraran por darme las llaves.No pudimos llegar antes de las ocho y nos cobraron un extra por las llaves. Tampoco nos gustó que tuvimos que pagar el impuesto con dinero.

• michael (8/5): Absolutely ideal for a short stay in Florence and would recommend the apartment to anyone. - The location was ideal, the rooms were very airy and cool Only very small points but in Italy we would have liked a mocha coffee maker, perhaps a toaster and as always with the English a tea pot! My son was using the sofa bed and a lock on the main bathroom door would have been useful.

• Annunziata (9/5): Perfetto per cinque - Ottima posizione, appartamento spazioso con doppio bagno, dotato di tutto, adattissimo al nostro gruppo. Purtroppo due camere risentono della movida del fine settimana e risulta difficoltoso dormire in quei giorni, in camera ci sono anche i tappi per le orecchie ma purtroppo non per tutti sono un rimedio efficace

• gaurav (8/5): - located in the heart of florence in old town with all the attractions and shopping . furnished apartment with all the amenities. there is a nice bar with music playing till late night .host was helpful in finding the place . one big problem was mosquitoes and kitchen was not that clean as the apartment is modern antique apartment.outside cars and vans are not allowed inside florence .

• Tracey (7/5): Great central location - The location of the flat was superb - right in the heart of Florence and central to all of the places you would want to see, this could not be better. The flat had great character which was delightful. There was plenty of space in the flat and some beautiful fresco paintings on the ceilings. The host warned us that there was some noise from the bars nearby and provided earplugs to mitigate for this - this is the price to pay for such a wonderful central location. There is a small room with a settee in that acts as a communal area but its not very inviting and we found ourselves spending time in the individual bedrooms as they were more comfortable.

• Michele (7/5): Great for two couples or family who don’t mind a bit of city noise in order to be in the heart of Florence. - Great location for exploring Florence and short flat walk to train station. Although we didn’t use the cooking facilities the kitchen was good and had a nice dining table. Great coffee machine. The washing machine was disappointing and even after several spin cycles the clothes were still wet. Some general maintenance of loose power points is needed.

The apartment is very comfortable big with two full equipped toilets, excellent for 4 people Unfortunately to go with a car is complicated due to the traffic restrictions, be very careful with the parking places to avoid fines.

• Oren (9/5): Very nice and good location and AC - A lot of space, good location. Liked the blankets. Feels historical building and apparentlment. Early check in was good help. The matress were too soft for us. There is no option to leave bags after check out, needed to pay a clock room nearby

• Renata (10/5): - Beautiful accommodation right in the centre of Florence. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby. At the same time, you can reach all the major sights from the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio or the square with the Neptune Fountain and the Palace Vecchio within 10 minutes... One bedroom has windows facing the square, where there can be a bit of noise at night (it wasn't too much during our stay) and the other has windows facing the courtyard, where it is quiet. The keys are not in a key box but are handed over in person, so it requires more precise planning, especially if you are traveling by car like us.
• Laura Bc (9/5): Consigliatissimo per lo charme e per la posizione. - Ampio appartamento di charme raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione e posizionato strategicamente per visitare la città. Host molto cordiale; all'arrivo ci ha permesso di appoggiare le valigie prima dell'orario previsto per il ceck-in così non ce le siamo dovute portare in giro per Firenze. Due bagni, tre stanze, cucina, disimpegno e ampio corridoio. Una stanza con soffitto affrescato. Wifi e aria condizionata. Stanze dotate di quanto necessario tra ferro e asse da stiro, stendino etc. (anche la cucina, che noi non abbiamo usato, con lavapiatti, macchinetta caffè e bollitore). Ovviamente il fatto che l'appartamento sia in un palazzo storico nel pienissimo centro storico porta così sè piccoli disagi prevedibili (gradini all'ingresso, una mezza rampa di scale per arrivare all'ascensore, finestre antiche che magari lasciano passare qualche rumore dalla strada, sopratutto per le finestre sulla piazza - ma l'host fornisce anche tappi per le orecchie) ma sono dettagli assolutamente trascurabili nella valutazione complessiva ottima dell'appartamento. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Not because it's in the heart of everything, but because it's in perfect walking distance to anything you want, without all the noise of the city. The family truly enjoyed themselves, we did pasta making classes, affogato's, gelato, more pasta, even more wine, and because of that pops was always happy... Our host was so nice, generous and kind!! She was so easy to work with on timing, and this apartment was historically beautiful!!

We were told we couldn’t run the AC and to open the windows. But couldn’t leave windows open, because there were no bug screens and lots of mosquitoes and loud street noise. • Tina (9/5): Spacious, comfortable and perfectly located apartment in Florence - The apartment was so large and comfortable. With two bathrooms and two bedrooms, it was perfect for me and my two daughters (young adult and teenager) to stay. We loved the spaciousness and comfort, as well as the perfect location. It was so easy to walk to all the sights and areas we wanted to see. We would stay here again and recommend Strozzi Luxury Apartment to anyone wanting to visit Florence. The washing machine. It did not wash clothes properly and it would be great to have a more modern washing machine in the apartment which is otherwise so beautifully appointed.

• Liat (8/5): Very good - The apartment is very central in Firenze and was spotless clean. A nice lady gave us the key and showed us around the property . the apartment is very big and can contain more than 4 people (we were 4). it has 2 bathrooms which was very convenient. I missed the personal touch that you should have with apartments hosts, unlike in hotels. eg - leave us recommendations of places to be and eat around, have a basic cleaning sponge in kitchen or few tablets to the dishwasher (like in holiday parks) . I felt that the English level of the host was not so good, so had to ask questions several times until understood. In addition there was an issue with the tourist tax - different than what was sent in Booking invoice, which was very annoying and I the feeling was that I had to pay anyway more than planned (what happened to "the customer is always right"?))...it was all in emails so didnt get the chance to talk to a human to sort it out. not very pleasant as a customer to be pushed additional costs, it should have been explained beforehand properly (by stating the new full amount) or in a call.

We made limited use of the apartment and had a great breakfast in the bar downstairs. We appreciated having 2 bathrooms: one for each couple. We plan to return having loved the visit to the city and the choice of apartment.

She agreed for 12:30om but we were ready to leave by 11am. We came back at 11 and were surprised to see many people already cleaning in the apartment, our luggage was in the open.
