• Aleksandar (8/5): be careful - Rossella - Kind, wonderful, warm, friendly, responsive, available 24/7 In fact, she is the main reason for the high rating. Realistically, it is impossible to rate this property, as we never actually stayed there. One day before our scheduled check-in, we were contacted by the agency managing this accommodation (by Rossella) and informed that it would not be possible for us to stay there. Instead, they offered us another property about 150 meters away, at the same price and we accepted. The new property was OK. 8/10 Fortunately, everything worked out in the end, but this was very unprofessional behavior from the owner due to the lack of seriousness and the last-minute cancellation of an already confirmed and paid reservation.

• Šimon (8/5): Overall good - Place is very well equipped, you have air conditioning, kitchen tools, couch, TV. Apartment seems newly renovated. Owner will take care of you. The location is great. For the price it is worth it. Firstly, the street is really loud, I strongly recommend buying earplugs (this is not fault of the owner, just be prepared). Secondly, the place like all ancient houses in Neapol, VERY wet. The corners of the room are starting to rot. But again this is not so much fault of the owner. What I would see as a mistake of the owner is that the wet bathroom does not have any ventilation and the shower was leaking a lot, with mold in the corners.
• Віка (5/5): Passable - Convenient location in the city center. Very very noisy. For people who sleep sensitively, it is better not to choose this accommodation option. A trash can stood next to the dishes, which is not hygiene.

• Jan (8/5): Very good - Good contact with owner, smooth check in and out, convenient location (within walking distance from most tourist attractions), clean and fairly fresh studio flat. Area is noisy, although not sure if this is specific for neighbourhood, or larger area. Nonetheless, loud music, noisy people and plenty of mopeds passing by can be heard till late hours.
