• Kozaburo (10/5): ミラノを満喫でき、素晴らしい時間を過ごすことができました。 - 地下鉄の駅から近く、ミラノ中央駅も歩ける距離(20分程)でロケーションは素晴らしいです。 部屋の雰囲気も良く、近くに地元のパン屋やピザ屋が沢山あり、どの店もとても美味しかったです。 スーパーもすぐ近くにあるので、水や節約ご飯も困りません。 食器類や冷蔵庫、ドライヤーなどが揃っており数日の生活は不便無く過ごせます。 洗濯機が無いので、長期滞在する場合はコインランドリーなどを探しておくことをお勧めします。

• Soni_sonimig (7/5): - Metro al lado, así como supermercado y otros servicios. El menaje de cocina está muy completo, y hay algunos productos útiles como café, aceite, vinagre, papel film.... Hubo un malententido y la casera nos estuvo esperando para hacer el check in a las 2pm, pero nosotros llegábamos a las 2am, y a esa hora no era posible, tuvimos que hacer tiempo en el aeropuerto y ella nos dejó amablemente las llaves en un bar del barrio que abría sobre las 7am. El apartamento tiene una puerta (cerrada con llave) que parece dar acceso a la vivienda de al lado, se puede ver que hay otra vivienda por el agujero de la llave. El hecho de que exista esa puerta en la habitacion (para la cual el huesped no tiene acceso) se me hace algo incómodo, además se escucha todo y pierdes intimidad. La limpieza en el barrio es algo deficiente, hay deposiciones de perro por las aceras, y vimos que estuvieron sin recoger los 4 dias que estuvimos.

• Javier (9/5): Buen alojamiento para una estancia corta - Apartamento con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en Milán. No es céntrico pero tiene el metro (línea 1) a 2 minutos y a 15 la estación central de tren. La habitación es amplia, la cama bastante cómoda, el baño grande y bien equipado. La zona de cocina es pequeña pero cuenta con todo lo necesario. La anfitriona fue muy amable y nos ayudó en todo lo posible, tanto antes de llegar como al marcharnos. La hora del check-out la veo excesivamente temprana (10:30), aunque es cierto que te permiten entrar también antes de lo que suele ser habitual.
• Janette (10/5): Ďakujeme ☺️ - Veľmi milý ubytovateľ. Skvelá lokalita s dobrou dostupnosťou. Výborné reštaurácie a kaviarne v okolí. Pešia dostupnosť na hlavnú stanicu. Staršie okná, čiže bolo dosť počuť hluk z ulice, ale v noci sme sa na to našťastie nebudili.

Supermarché juste à côté, facile de s'approvisionner pour faire des repas simples dans le logement. Bien équipé pour notre usage. Super salle de bains Du bruit depuis la rue mais supportable pour un court séjour

• Yasin (8/5): Milano için ideal bir yer - Konum oldukça iyidi, hem metro istasyonuna çok yakın hemde etrafında süpermarketler vardı. Tam saatinde check in yapabildik. Bu zamana kadar kaldığım hem ev hemde otellerde en azından bir su bırakırlardı maalesef hiç bir şey yoktu. Havluların değişme zamanı gelmiş, temiz olmalarına rağmen materyalinden dolayı kötü bir kokusu vardı maalesef

• Ben (10/5): A great apartment in a safe and secure area, very convenient access to hosts and easily able to access the city centre! - Thank you so much Andrea and family for a great stay! The apartment is in a safe and secure apartment block, with the hosts living next door, convenient for check in and if any problems arise (which they didn’t). Andrea was there for an in person check-in, which was great after lots of private check ins throughout our journey. There is a large supermarket next door which is ideal and it’s extremely easy to travel into the centre! This accommodation is a great way to save money staying out of the city centre but still having an easy and enjoyable trip!!!

• Alexandra (8/5): Lovely apartment to stay in Milan for a few nights - It was clean and spacious. Super close to the supermarket and the metro and tran stop. The area was lovely too. It was very noisy even with the windows closed, you could hear the traffic and people walking down the street. The bed is also really squeaky.
• Nihan (9/5): Cozy apartment away from tourist crowds - Easy checkin although we arrived earlier than expected. The apartment is just like it is described. It is cute and cozy, it has everything necessary to cook. The bathroom is huge. The water pression is perfect. The location is not in the middle of touristic center, so it feels more “local”. There are bars and restaurants (including one Sicilian restaurant that we loved!) around and at night it is calm. The bed was really comfy! And take a look at “Kiribati” book that is in the apartment and written by the owners (I guess) it is very interesting! The windows have already double glazed glass but I think with a small adjustment of the window to the wall, it can be more soundproof. The neighbourhood is calm but at night trash trucks pass and they are a bit loud for light sleepers.

• Wayne (10/5): Excellent apartment for two in a buzzing area of the city. For Milan on a budget, stay here. - Quirky and stylish apartment. Fabulous, huge bathroom. Lively area; bars, restaurants, takeaways, supermarkets. 2 minutes walk to a metro (Pasteur was 10 minute ride to Centrale). 20 minutes walk to the Duomo. Antique tramline running on the next street. Loved it all, will return. Thank you Angeli for going out of your way for us, and your neighbours helping us. Bonus: loved the illustrations in your husband's book on Kiribati!

• Simona-andreea (7/5): 2 nights in Milan - The location is very good, it is near the metro station and the supermarket. It is also very clean. We were feeling like having the washing machine under the bed. The windows were not very sealed so it was very noisy. Even that the towels looked fresh, they had a bad smell. Some sheets for the pillow and an iron would have been nice to be available.
• Armia32 (10/5): Exceptional - We loved this little apartment, extremely clean, with a large bathroom, comfortable bed and equipped with everything one may need for a short stay. Wifi worked well (we were working during the day and that was easily done). Location is great, walking distance (20min) from central station and 2 minutes walk from the metro M1 station. Some good coffee places, a bar with an excellent vibe (GhePensiMi), a great bookstore (on the same street with the apt.), several grocery stores, pharmacy etc at walking distance in the neighborhood. Owners are extremely friendly and helpful, respond quickly to messages. Check in and check out very easy. We will keep this address in our favorites for our future trips to Milano! If one needs to cook in the appartement (we didn't!) this seemed a bit uncomfortable because there is a very small electric stove. The neighborhood did not feel very safe to walk at night, but we never had any issues so it's probably just a feeling we had.

• Ancuta (10/5): Exceptional - Very close to the Metro line M1 that takes you right in the center of the city, supermarket across the street, pizzeria, cafe bar. The bed was very comfy, the room warm, and the host Andrea very kind 😊 don't hesitate in booking this apartment! For us it wasn't a big problem at all, but I feel I should let others know that you may hear noises from outside because of the window.
