Leonie Céleste (8/5): Apartment mit Charme in guter Lage - Gute Lage, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor der der Haustür, Ruhiges und großes Apartment im Altbau mit hohen Decken (also wirklich schön), große Küche, einfacher Check-in Kaum Tageslicht (sehr dunkles Apartment, weil Fenster zum Innenhof gehen), zu hartes Bett und zu harte Kissen (aber das ist Geschmacksache), Check-Out konnte auf Anfrage leider nicht um eine Stunde auf 11 Uhr verlängert werden
Laura (7/5): Nice stay in a great location - The apartments location is great in a lovely authentic historic building with a lift, it was generally clean. There are lots of places to eat and drink nearby and a few convince stores too for essentials. TV worked great and so did the iron, coffee machine, dishwasher etc. The apartment is showing signs of wear and tear. The sofa is in quite a bad state and is very uncomfortable to sit on. The pillows were very poor quality and worn which made for an uncomfortable night. The hairdryer is worn to the point the nozzle won't even attach. There is some mould in the bathroom which needs addressing.

Frank (10/5): Perfect place to stay. - Such a beautiful place ! Good location close to colosseum , spacy , clean , quiet , cozy , well heated when we arrived . And an artistic spirit of peaceful internationalism ; ) Nothing really to complain about. Communication with owner very good. Nothing.

Syed (9/5): - Excellent communication from the staff before and after arrival. Everything we needed was provided to us to make our stay comfortable. The location was very convenient and central in the Monti district and to major attractions in Rome. The small but very useful lift was helpful to carry bags upstairs. The washing machine was very useful if staying longer. Highly recommended! The bedroom A/C wasn't working so they provided us a portable fan to make it comfortable.

Jennifer (10/5): Perfect location, perfect apartmentsd perfect host - The location is second to none. In the historic Monti district. An easy walk to the Colosseum, and other historic sites. There is a metro station roughly 3 minutes away with one stop to Termini or in the opposite direction to Colosseum station. There are a number of convenience stores on the street also many restaurants. You could walk to the Termini station, but with luggage and cobblestones, we opted for the metro. The communication with Noelle was absolutely fantastic, she’s very proactive with information and tips for the local area. We were met at the door to the building and let in, showed around the apartment and handed the keys. The apartment seems to be recently renovated, so it is very clean and comfortable. My only, very minor complaint is that the shower itself is very small. BUT, seems brand new and in perfect condition. To be honest, a larger shower wouldn’t fit. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this location. I feel it’s a lovely area with a lot to offer. The, very tiny, lift was very much an also 😊👍🏻 The shower cubicle was small, but that is a VERY SMALL issue. It was clean and in perfect condition and seemed to be quite new.
Yohai (10/5): Charming and comfortable apartment in a good location - Lovely apartment. Quiet and comfortable, everything we needed was in the apartment. The location is nice and accessible to all the attractions of Rome. The bed was extremely comfortable!
Märt (9/5): Absolutely reccomend. - Nice and clean. Stylish. Perfect location. Bars and restaurants everywhere. Food shop (carrefour) few doors away. Few minutes walk metro station. I was in the firat floor and hear dowstairs restaurant noise. Corridor doors not soundproof. Street noise also. But for me nothing bad.
Valeriia (9/5): Superb - Very easy check-in, nice neighbourhood, lots of cafes and shops nearby. Colliseum is only 1km walk away. The apartment was clean and warm. The owner left us two bottles of water, which was very useful from the road. Also in the apartment was coffee, tea, spices for cooking. The only thing is that the apartments in life are a little older than on the photo. But almost everything is in good condition (except the sofa 😅). Recommended

The futon was low and really didn’t give seating for reading or conversation. Also the bathroom is lovely and modern but dark. Very difficult to do makeup and hair. The shadows and lighting couldn’t be adjusted.
