• Elsa (5/5): - The apartment was in a good location, you could visit Rome, using bus 46 and Metro was very practical The room was not was not what I expected ,if someone needs to book , you need to specify which apartment the big apartment is the better one to there are two apartments a big one and a small one The mattress was put upside down, I don't know the reason why it was on the side that was extremely hard, you felt you were sleeping on wood plank ,so for people who are not used to hard matters need to ask before booking,the pillows were very thin too Its best to ask first the owner about these, before you book

• Martina (7/5): - ottima la posizione, veramente a qualche passo dalla metro, il che rende facilissimo il collegamento con il centro città. Patrizio gentile e disponibile per ogni problema o richiesta! consiglierei un po’ più di cura dei dettagli: nella stanza matrimoniale lo stipite era completamente staccato e la caldaia non funzionava bene, dovendola spegnere e riaccendere per far tornare l’acqua calda mi è capitato spesso di trovarmi sotto la doccia senza acqua calda e costretta a farla fredda

• Vittoria (10/5): Eravamo in 5 (2 adulti e 3 bambini) e siamo stati bene - Situata al centro di Roma,quindi a piedi si può arrivare un po’ dappertutto. Non sempre abbiamo trovato parcheggio nella strada della struttura ma comunque a 500 m c’è un parcheggio

• Graziano (10/5): - Bello l'appartamento comodo vicino alla metro facilmente raggiungibile il centro e tutte le altre destinazioni. Noi eravamo in 2 ma si può stare anche in 4..Anche ben servito dai bus. Se abbiamo l'occasione ci tornemo volentieri.

• Markus Landau (8/5): Schöne Familienwohnung - Schöne saubere Wohnung für eine Familie. Alles was man braucht, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, ausreichend Geschirr. Kleinigkeiten könnten repariert werden.

• Roberto (9/5): - Posizione eccezionale, a due passi dalla metro linea A e da diverse fermate bus. Zona fornitissima di bar supermercati e tutto il necessario. Casa grande e dotata di tutte le necessità sia per il bagno che per la cucina. Fino a 6 posti letto. Zona residenziale tranquilla. Nel secondo bagno , quello più piccolo, da segnalare la porta che non scorreva bene e il doccino laterale un po' difettoso.
• Maria Eduarda (8/5): - O apartamento é muito bom e estava bem limpinho. Tinha roupa de cama e toalhas limpas, além de 2 banheiros. A máquina de lavar também funcionou bem e tinha bons utensílios de cozinha. O apartamento é muito perto do metrô, com mercados, restaurantes e cafés próximos. Estávamos em 4 pessoas e tínhamos que organizar os horários para tomar banho, porque a água quente acabava antes da vez da última pessoa, mesmo desligando o chuveiro durante o banho para economizar água. Isso acontecia pelo tempo de esquentar água na caldeira. Entrei em contato com a acomodação e eles foram bem solícitos em me ajudar, mas era um problema que não tinha solução imediata.
• Zuniga (10/5): - El apartamento está en buenas condiciones, la ubicación es excelente puedes ir a cualquier sitio fácilmente con el trasporte público, la zona es tranquila y aparentemente segura. La cama de matrimonio no tenía cubierto el colchón, y por lo tanto se podría apreciar las manchas. Desde la primera noche que nos hospedamos sentí picón en la piel y un poco de brotes. No sé si sea muy antiguo o tenga algún bicho. Los cogines del respaldar de la cama se veían sucios.

Po przyjeździe o 2 w nocy zastałem nieposprzątany apartament. Ale właściciel stanął na wysokości zadania dał nam zastępczy lokal na jedną noc .

Anche se sfortunatamente quando abbiamo soggiornato noi la fermata vicino l’appartamento era chiusa per lavori, a pochi passi si trovava comunque un’altra fermata molto comoda. Il parcheggio privato gratuito è davvero eccezionale Camera piccolina per 5 persone.

• Maria (10/5): Recommended for a family stay in a quiet but well-connected place - Location a little far from the center but close to the metro, so it's easy to get to the city center. Comfortable and clean. The owner was very helpful, helping us with everything we needed. Self check-in is online so it is very easy and convenient, especially if you arrive late.
• Silvia (10/5): Excellent modern location - The host is very kind and prompt, communication was excellent. They were very kind and allowed us to leave our luggage inside the apartment as we arrived much earlier than the normal check-in time. Location - less than 100m from the subway station. Modern furniture, fully equipped kitchen, plenty of towels, toiletries, cleanliness, powerful showers, 2 modern bathrooms, very good water flow. There are lots of shops around to buy food, a convenience store , Todis, and even a mall about 600 m away. The apartment is in a basement but the windows overlook an inner courtyard/ alley. Anyway we didn't spend much time in the apartment because Rome kept us busy outside all day long. The motorised access gate is noisy but there is no traffic through it during the night.

• Salvinija (9/5): Superb - Check-in instructions were very informative. The host answered to our questions. Apartments were estetic and clean, wthout any unpleasant smells. Kitchen equipment was enough for making food. Metro - really near. Usual electric kettle for our family would be better than a coffee kettle with teared filter. Rooms were cold, but air conditioners helped.

Broken toilet seat, no extra toilet paper, it was a bit cold in the rooms even with air inventer on, one bathroom door was with broken lock

He gave us great tips on where to eat and go in Rome. - It was very easy, however I arrived at night and the front gate was not very well illuminated. But we got in. I would have preferred to meet the host at the gate and have him to show me the apartment and all the required information about our stay in the apartment. It would make it a bit more human comfort.

• Ellen (8/5): A good place for a short stay close to a metro station - Good apartment for a short stay. Close to a metro station that takes you to center quickly. Good directions by the owner from the metro. Nice and safe area on a hill. We had a smaller one - a studio, with a sofa and a bed next to each other which was hard to get from the pictures. We expected the sofabed to be in a separate space. The apartment was clean, had enough towels and sheets. It's a basement studio, with a large window which had a shade outside (operated from the inside), which needed to be closed all the time for privacy as the curtains did not provide it. The air conditioner worked well. There is a washing machine and a dryer rack. The shower was great with hot water and great water pressure. The bed was OK, the sofa a bit used up. As others have mentioned, the Wi-Fi was not working well. The owner tried to fix it remotely, but it still was on and off. We could not open the windows because there was no net and mosquitoes were flying in. The pans were not good, all cracked and peeling. Because it's a basement, there was always a bit of a damp smell. It needs a bit of a deeper cleaning - under the bed and bed frame are dusty.

• Róbert (3/5): Poor - The availability of the Metro near the accommodation was super, as well as cafes, a supermarket, all within walking distance. Communication with the Owner was great. In relation to the price of the accommodation, the accommodation was dirty, located in the basement. Everywhere you could smell the stench from the drains. Kitchen equipment old and incomplete (e.g. 4 people and 2 cups available), floors not washed. After we ask it was washed. We were there with our one-year-old Son, who is four-legged and the dirt on his feet and clothes, dust everywhere. Worn furniture. In the bathroom, the toilet seat is broken, the shelf is broken, the toilet paper holder is broken. For 4 adults and 1 child, no wardrobe. There was only 1 closet in the accommodation, which was full of duvets and quilts. I would recommend the owner to monitor the cleanliness and cleaning of the accommodation. It could also be modernized.

• Marco (8/5): I found this to be a very convenient place to visit Rome for a few days with my wife and children. - The apartment is most conveniently placed close to a stop of the Metro A line from which many places in Rome can be reached either directly or through connections with other Metro and bus lines. Reaching the apartment with a car is not easy since the Albornoz road is closed by a gate-bar that needs to be opened by a remote control found inside the apartment. My solution was to temporarily park the car in a nearby side road, walk to the apartment to retrieve the keys and the remote control and then drive back to Albornoz. The same thing was done on reverse when leaving the apartment. Also, the road is rather steep so parking on the road may be a little tricky. If travelling by car the best thing is to contact the property early so to reserve a parking spot inside the property, if available.

• Rūta (10/5): We stayed with our family (3 persons) for a week - it was comfortable and cute. - The studio is spacious. The air conditioner works well, which was essential when it was +35 outside. Nice touches - lots of high quality white towels, kitchen with enough dishes. The host is nice and quick to respond. Location near metro and bus stops - about 10-20 min. to the central places of Rome.
• David (9/5): Superb - A very secure property, felt very safe. When we arrived, we couldn't get our car down the road to the apartment because we didn't have away to get through the gate. We blocked alot of traffic until someone that stays in the same complex opened the gate.

• Timothy (8/5): 4 days in Roma - Location was close to the metro line for easy access to the centre of Roma. The area is quiet and has shops close by for supplies. The apartment we had was spacious for two adults but could be a bit small for more adults/teenagers. Having a washing machine was a bonus, but not having any outside space to dry the washing makes it awkward even with the aircon units running in dehumidifier mode. The biggest issue was the intermittent wifi, which would just drop out randomly for long periods of time. This has also been commented by other visitors and needs sorting as it also affects the TV reception which relies on the wifi. The lack of ability to dry washed clothes.

• Jelle (7/5): Stay was ok but less value for money than our other stays during our trip. - Location was good, close to metro, plenty of stores and restaurants around. Apartment is small and doesn't use the space very efficiently. Parking on the closed off street is tricky, very few if any free spaces and the street has a steep incline. Wifi when working was good but connection wasn't very stable.

The sink in the shower was clogged. Internet was not consistent and almost everyday there very periods where it didn't work.

• Aoibhinn (9/5): Definitely satisfied, nice apartment in a beautiful city. - The bathrooms were large, the bedroom was big with a wardrobe. The showers were hot and there was a hairdryer and towels and everything. There was a dishwasher. The tram station is nearby and some buses run near. There are a few coffee shops nearby. We ate dinner at Cacio e Pepe, which was walking distance and nice. We were unprepared for the weather and were freezing, the apartment was not warm.

The double bed is a bit too soft. The room was dark because some lights were burned and they did not replace them. The heating is provided by an air conditioning that doesnt quite have enough power for the entire room

Although it is near main street, it is very quiet. I recommend it for families and i would come again!! The smell of mold in the room. It was not very clean.
