- Raffaele (8/5): Buona posizione - La posizione è il punto forte, in quanto in prossimità della metro, e a 10 minuti di distanza da via Toledo. Inoltre il letto è molto comodo e gli infissi attutiscono abbastanza bene il rumore causato dall'affaccio su strada. Carino il terrazzo con vista sul vialone. Per finire, staff super gentile e disponibile. Il palazzo presenta alcuni lavori al suo interno, e una delle due ascensori ha il vetro scheggiato. All'interno dell'appartamento uno dei due riscaldamenti (quello nella stanza da letto) non è funzionante. Una parte della parete accanto la vasca idromassaggio è molto rovinata. Questo nel complesso fa risultare la struttura non al top. Inoltre, nonostante il letto ed il bagno fossero molto puliti, lo specchio in camera era molto sporco, e la vasca idromassaggio era un po' sporca e impolverata. Anche una volta pulita, dopo aver attivato gli idromassaggi, i getti d'acqua hanno portato dentro nuovamente altra sporcizia. Infine, i led della vasca non erano funzionanti, ed essendo la stanza priva di lampade (c'è solo il lampadario), era necessario stare con la luce aperta durante il bagno, il che è abbastanza fastidioso. Nel complesso è un buon appartamento, ma andrebbe curato un po' meglio, soprattutto la vasca in quanto dovrebbe essere il punto forte.

- Kozłowska (10/5): - Lokalizacja idealna, 500 m od portu gdzie ruszały statki na wszystkie główne wyspy jak Capri,Procida, Amalfia itd. Na stare miasto kilka minut spacerkiem. Jeśli ktoś nie je nic z glutenem,knajpka z menu bezglutenowym z pyszną pizzą zaledwie 3 min. od apartamentu. Obok portu pętla autobusowa gdzie za nie całe 22zł. można dostać sie na lotnisko. Polecam. W apartamencie wszystko oprócz żelazka i właściciel go nie udostępnia a szkoda bo to dodatkowe miejsce i waga w walizce.

I liked the large balcony, large washing machine, strong AC, and shutters for good sleep. Great location close to Via Toledo and many restaurants. I booked 5 mins before arrival so had to wait 30min before checking in. But host was very responsive so I appreciated that.

- Haim (10/5): De Gasperi House is a very nice to be in. - Vittorio, the host, is very helpful, availble and friendly. Solved the issues arised from bookig.com mishandling the reservation. He really made the exprience positive and worthwhile. The property is in walk distance to most of the local attractions and the metro. There are plenty of supermarkets at the vicinity and good restaurants and coffee shops. OK wifi and very useful initial stocking of the kitchen. Great air conditioning abd kitchen facilities. Nice shower and balcony. The price of 210 euro per night is somewhat high for the level of the property.

He was always available to answer any questions I had and provided me with recommendations for things to do and places to eat in the area. The apartment itself was also nice - clean and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed.

- Rishi (10/5): Absolutely perfect! Go for it without a doubt! - I would have rated this 11 out of 10 if allowed to. Vittorio was an excellent host and the most helpful guy there possibly can be. Was there to hand us over the keys despite a late checkin. The location of the property was really close to the port and well located where you are going to take your daily ferries to Capri/Sorrento etc. Quiet Apartment near the metro station. Convenient there is everything necessary to cook. A supermarket is 5 minutes walk. There is perfect air conditioning in the flat. The washing machine is a plus. The breakfast arranged was lovely and at a cafe just a few steps from the flat. The hospitality, the facility, the bed, the jacuzzi! EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT! Nothing to mention!

- April (7/5): Exceptional host, good accommodations but not the best area - The apartment itself was great. I could tell it was well taken care of. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom was nice. Viktor was amazing, 12/10 in customer service. He was by far our best host in all our 6 places we stayed in Italy. He was always reachable and set up a private transfer to the train station at 5am. He was constantly asking us if we were ok. I also asked for extra pillows before check in and I’m pretty sure he purchased extra pillows just for us. The apartment was very close walking distance to the ferries and this apartment was a great hub to do day trips to Capri and the Almafi coast by ferry. Sadly there were a few things we didn’t like. The beds were very hard and you could feel the springs. We are heavier people so that could’ve impacted it but I had to wake several times to roll over because my arm was numb. Other reviewers loved the bed so this could just be me. The a/c in the living room didn’t work well but the bedroom a/c was great, it’s fine for just 2 people. Our daughter was very hot sleeping in the living room. Things beyond Viktors control were our biggest complaint. They did construction right outside our bedroom window ALL night long but it was only 1 night out of 3. We came in late one evening and saw 2 very large roaches in the lobby. There were none in the apartment and we even left out pizza boxes all night long the day before we saw them. The area this apartment is in is dirty. There was a lot of trash on the streets. But to be fair there was a lot of trash on the streets in Rome, too. I think it’s just a super high touristy area given it’s close to the cruise port. Viktor asked us many times during our stay if we ok and if he do anything for us to make our stay better but I knew he couldn’t do anything about these items.
