- Kristen (10/5): Couldn't have been better - The welcome in the beginning, we were rec'd in person with someone who helped explain everything, it was very easy - and best of all the appartment was so much better in person than in the pictures (which were already very nice). Wonderful ! Great location as well - outside of all the tourist hubbub but easy to access center and close to nice restaurants and bars. Fully recommend ! nothing !

Great location, great communication and super helpful attentive host! Thanks Caroline. Above and beyond. easy access to bienniale, st marks , vaperetto, restaurants and bars but amazingly peaceful. Good facilities. Plenty of space. Fantastic communal living room. Can’t wait to come back. X We enjoyed EVERYTHING! Book this place or we will.

- Kerstin (9/5): Cozy location in Venice - Close to via Garibaldi, with lots of restaurants around an in walking distance to Arsenale and San Marco. Spacious flat, well equipped. For us it was perfect, but you might need to be aware that there are several stairs.
- Gloria (10/5): Fantastic stay - chill and comfortable. - Spacious attractive modern rooms, and enough separate bedrooms and bathrooms for two kids and their partners. Well equipped, quiet, very convenient to water taxis and around the corner from the Laguna. It’s right next to Garibaldi street, which is lined with the restaurant and bars. Yet, it was far enough from San Marco that we were away from the tourist throngs, so the vibe was very chill (though it was also the end of tourist season - not sure what middle of summer would have been like). Right next door to the Biennale, which was why we came to Venice. Florence, the property contact, was very helpful and responsive.
