• Nelsa (10/5): La mejor opción para ver Roma a tu ritmo - La casa está 100% adaptada, muy sencillo hacer vida con la silla. Los anfitriones son excelentes. Atentos y serviciales en todo momento. El barrio tiene restaurantes locales maravillosos, la zona es muy tranquila La verdad es que todo muy bien
• Gergana Gen (10/5): - The location is very convenient- close to bus stops and a supermarket. I really liked the garden - the weather was perfect and we used it for breakfast and dinner. I like that every room has a bathroom. It's perfect for parties of 6 people. The host is very friendly and helpful. I had questions about places for breakfast and grocery shopping and they answered immediately.

• Heather (10/5): Amazing location and owner - There was plenty of space for the 4 adults. Having a space for our rental car was a huge plus. The neighborhood felt very safe, we had no problem walking to and from the property at night. It was also located relatively close to the Rome City Metro and local food. The Property owner was so nice and accomadating. Although we arrived several hours before check in he allowed us to park and put our luggage inside the home. When we had any questions he was so quick to respond and help. The only suggestion I may have and this is just being very picky, maybe more comfortable seating around the large tv. Again, the couch was great but really only 3 adults could watch TV comfortably. This did not effect how much we appreciated the space.

• amna (9/5): - Host let us in remotely. He was in contant throughout our stay. He helped with any issues. Property was clean with good facilities. Location superb , close to Vatican City, with shops and food at walking distance.
• Zion (10/5): Great communication from our host! - Location was phenomenal. We were close to every place that we needed within walking distance. I’m a paraplegic and overall the place was very accessible. The outside patio was a bonus and we enjoyed that space day and night. Nothing that was apparent. My wife picked it mainly because of my wheelchair use and in all honesty would’ve booked even without the need.

• Espinoza (10/5): Very nice and comfortable! - Host was extremely nice and very helpful for anything we needed at anytime. He met us when we arrived since we got confused on where to enter by but he quickly came to help us. The whole place was wonderful and comfortable for the 6 of us.
• Gary (7/5): Nice stay but could have been a slightly better experience. - Nice quiet location. Comfy large beds. Great to have three bathrooms. Clean and tidy. Nice outdoor area at the house. Good amenities nearby. Unfortunately, a fixture on the toilet (flush button) broke during our stay. It was not in proper working order on arrival as very stiff to flush. When we advised the owner, he requested money for repair which we felt was unreasonable. We therefore repaired the fixture ourselves with a new fitting (shop owner advised us that the previous fitting was very old). Additionally, we were late checking out by 30-45 mins but had to pay €50 extra (which we feel is a bit excessive). In saying that, an extra person stayed at the accomodation than stated in the original booking (did try to adjust our booking on booking.com but was unable to do so so we informed the owner directly prior to commencement of stay) and the owner did not charge extra for that. It was not necessarily the money aspect that lessoned the experience, more the customer service aspect towards the end of the stay (very helpful at start).

• Elizabeth (10/5): This was a nice place to stay with 7 minute walks to the Vatican or subway stop. - This was not a B&B buy there was a convenient pastry shop around the corner. The only drawback was that the 2nd bedroom occupants had to go either through the first bedroom or go outside to get to the kitchen. It was minor inconvenience since we were among friends!
• Alan (7/5): Good place to choose. - Location...quiet neighbourhood away from touristic areas. Good selection of resturants and 2 bues outside , 11 minute walk to metro A. Good size bedrooms and pleasant patio. Sitting room / kitchen is not comfortable for more than 2 people. Dinning chairs are not suitable for relaxing.

• Richard (10/5): Exceptional - The property was in a great location, close to restaurants and Vatican City. The accomodation was great for families with a wonderful outdoor courtyard.
• David (10/5): Our stay was extremely nice and the owner was very helpful to get us remotely into the property as he was unable to be t - The property was well located and ideal for our short stay with each of the rooms having an en-suite for us was excellent. It also had a super little private garden that was perfect. There was nothing to not like but if I were the owner I would remove all the old odd bits of food and just provide a very small fresh/new welcome pack such as milk and small jar of coffee.
• Misbah (9/5): Excellent place to stay. Family friendly. Would love to stay there again! - Very helpful and friendly host. Parking space available. Excellent veranda with seating to have tea/breakfast outside. The only problem was insect bites after the night. We were a family of 6 including 4 children. First night 2 children woke up with itchy bug bites. Second night all of us had those. Could be bed bugs, could be mosquitos as we had the window / door open during the day.
• Chaudhry (10/5): facilities including bath with each room exceeded our expectations - a well-equipped kitchen. location was good with grocery shops/metro at reasonable distance nothing really! provision of sleepers shall add to convenience
• Nasir (8/5): Fabulous - Excellent communication with the friendly host and property in a very good location, within reach of some of the tourist attractions and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable. More soap tablets should be made available; we had only 4 small tablets for a family of 6 staying for 2 nights.
